(Clearwisdom.net) Since November 1, 2009, the Minghui/Clearwisdom website has been publishing articles from the Sixth Internet Experience Sharing Conference for Practitioners in China. This is an annual event for mainland Chinese practitioners to share their experiences. Regardless of age or gender, every practitioner is using a variety of ways to clarify the facts and save sentient beings. In cultivation, they continue to look inward and eliminate attachments. Every article is filled with pure, honest words, touching the hearts of overseas practitioners. In the process, we have all learned from them and made major improvements.
Since the conference began, practitioners from all areas of Taiwan have read and shared the articles at group study sites. Many practitioners feel that the articles have encouraged and propelled them in their cultivation.
Incorporating Truth-clarification in Daily Life
Liu Jiarong is a practitioner from Yonghe, Taipei. In her spare time, she often drives to nearby villages to publicize the facts about the persecution of Falun Gong and distribute copies of the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party. She said that many villagers often visit family members in China. When in China, they may have been influenced by the lies of the Chinese Communist regime and developed negative thoughts about Falun Gong. After she explained the facts to them, they were able to discern the truth from the lies.
Ms. Liu said she was very touched by the sharing articles, and she said the articles were very pure. She commented that mainland Chinese practitioners have incorporated truth-clarification into their daily lives. They have studied the Fa well and built solid foundations for their cultivation. They have a deep understanding of the Fa and use it to evaluate their every action. They have wills of gods while using every waking moment to save people. When they decide to do something, they don't hesitate. Taiwan practitioners have also come to realize that saving people is not just lip service. They feel that they should be like the practitioners in China, clarifying the facts as much as they can in different settings.
Ms. Liu also said that practitioners in China have also re-engaged practitioners who slacked off or gave up cultivation. They showed care for the practitioners suffering from sickness karma. She felt that through their cultivation, they have transcended their vicious environment. Their articles were clean and sincere, without any hyperbole.
Propelled by Articles
Mr. Lin is an elementary schoolteacher from Xinzhu, and a new practitioner. He said that in a peaceful environment, it is hard to imagine the kind of hurdles and dangers practitioners in China have faced in order to overcome the information blockade and submit their sharing articles. They were not afraid of the powerful regime. The urgency they gave to saving people propelled Mr. Lin, who said that the articles were a good yardstick for his own cultivation state. He asked himself whether he could persevere if he were put in such a dangerous environment.
Inspiring to One's Own Cultivation
Mr. Gu Tingcai is a practitioner from Taichung. He said that he was inspired by the articles. He felt he has a long way to go to improve his cultivation compared with the practitioners in China. Although he is cultivating in the same Fa, his understanding has been lacking. The practitioners in China are in such difficult environments, and their respect for Master and the Fa is touching. When they are faced with danger, they handle things with upright thoughts. Their righteous thoughts are strong, and their human attachments have been eliminated. As a result, they pass the tests quickly. In contrast, in his own cultivation, he has lingered at the same level and the same conflicts for a long time.
Mr. Gu said that he read an article that said a young practitioner traveled with his mother everywhere to post banners and distribute materials publicizing the facts about the persecution. At a very young age, he knew to set aside his own safety and save sentient beings. He had few attachments and had cultivated a lot of compassion. His every thought was righteous. The whole article exuded purity. Mr. Gu said that reading articles by practitioners in China helped him set a solid foundation for his cultivation.
Clarifying the Facts to Managers and Coworkers
Mr. Xu Zhiji, a practitioner from Chung Ho, said that many articles talked about clarifying the facts to managers, coworkers, neighbors, and even the police. He realized that he should clarify the facts more often to those around him, including his coworkers, family, and friends.
One of the articles was about turning a class with bad grades into one with the best grades. The students changed from the worst kids to "little angels." The secret was Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance. Even when Dafa practitioners are in dangerous situations, they still act with the greatest integrity.
Deeply and Thoroughly Clarifying the Facts
Practitioner Ms. Chen Jiying from Taoyuan said that the articles show that practitioners in China have studied the Fa well and have very few human attachments. The article "Raising Our Level When We Do the Three Things Well," tells of an older practitioner who was putting a small booklet about the persecution on a car windshield when the driver, a young man, opened the car window to yell at the practitioner. The practitioner was unmoved and had no fear. He told the young man kindly, "Young man, you should stop yelling. You don't know how important this material is to you. You see, there are so many human and natural disasters in the world. As a driver, you need to be safe all the time. You should read this material again. It tells you how to save yourself when a catastrophe strikes. Now will you still treat me the same way?" The young man's expression changed from appearing hostile to calm to friendly. He held still and read the booklet very attentively, as though he couldn't move.
Ms. Chen said that at critical moments, the practitioner only worried about others and did not consider his own situation. He was concerned about the sentient beings who are waiting to hear the facts. Because the practitioners were able to clarify the facts deeply and thoroughly, they have turned the situation around. It is now less dangerous than before. The practitioners have indeed taken the lead [in suppressing the persecution] despite their vicious environment.
