(Clearwisdom.net) Xu Zhanfeng and other guards at the
Education Section of Jilin Prison took Shi Wenzhuo, Zhu Dexiang,
Liu Yuhe and two other practitioners on Oct. 19, 2009 to the
"strictly controlled" team to abuse them, and used the excuse that
they didn't follow instructions to put on the uniforms.
On Oct. 25, these five practitioners were force-fed.
Mr. Shi Wenzhuo, from Jiutai City, Jilin Province, was
illegally sentenced to nine years, and has been held in Section
1 of Jilin Prison since Dec. 2003. He was transferred to Section 3
after 2006, and has been subjected to the Death bed torture and
put in the "strictly controlled" team many times. He is very weak
and has very obvious symptoms of high blood pressure and heart
problems.
Mr. Zhu Dexiang, from Jiutai City, is currently held in Section 3
of Jilin Prison. He has been put into Section 10 for an enhanced
"transformation" process, and is also in the "strictly controlled"
team.
Mr. Liu Yuhe, from Huadian City of Jilin Province, was unlawfully
sentenced to eight years, and is held in Section 5, and has been in
the "strictly controlled" team many times, where he was tortured
until he was disabled. He has been beaten many times by inmates who
were instructed to do so by the guards.
These practitioners have been on a hunger strike to protest the maltreatment. The practitioners have been trying to file complaints, but the prison administration has blocked all their messages. The guards and management neither listened, nor forwarded their complaints, but also retaliated and put pressure on these practitioners. They also humiliated, physically and mentally abused and tortured the practitioners. They even deprived or damaged practitioners' personal belongings, such as pens, books, notebooks, personal letters, clothes and even quilts.
According to incomplete statistics, practitioners in Section 5 also include: Feng Gongcai from Liaoyuan City; Xin Wei from Changchun City; Ye Songchang from Tonghua City; Zhao Chunguang from Changchun City; Tan Qiucheng from Yushu City. Practitioners in Section 3 are Ma Desheng from Qingyuan County, Liaoning Province; Yun Qingbin from Changchun City, Jilin Province; Zhang Wenfeng from Dehui City.

leader of Section 2, and played a major role in mistreating
practitioners Sun Qian, Wang Jian and others.
