Law Enforcement Officials from Hegan City Who Persecuted Falun Gong Meet with Unexpected Misfortune
In Hegang City, Heilongjiang Province, law enforcement officials broke the law when they persecuted Falun Gong practitioners.
Xiao Delong, head of the local intermediate court, sentenced practitioners illegally. He had to go through an organ transplant and his life depends on drugs. His successor, Teng Xiancai, carried on what Xiao was doing, publicly smearing Falun Gong. In September 2008, Teng and his wife were arrested for embezzlement.
Zhang Qingchun, former associate director of Hegang City, Public Security Bureau directed the inmates to torture Falun Gong practitioners. He was responsible for arresting hundreds of Falun Gong practitioners in the spring of 2002. In the spring of 2009, the newly retired Zhang died of a stroke.
A police chief of a subdivision, Dai Duohua was responsible for arresting and sending Falun Gong practitioners to forced labor camps. When she was in office, dozens of practitioners were sent to forced labour camps. Many of them suffered terribly and their families suffered as well. Recently Dai Duohua was diagnosed with cancer.
Zhao Yanfeng, associate chief of the city's public security bureau was diagnosed with a brain tumor.
Wang Zhijun of Xingshan District Public Security Bureau was actively involved in persecuting Falun Gong practitioners. He has suffered liver problems. In 2004, when he was on a business trip in Harbin City, he had an acute attack of liver problems and had to be flown to Beijing No. 302 Hospital for medical treatment. He was in a coma for a few days. He also has heart problems. His monthly medical expense is around 1000 yuan.
Gao Ruilin, Associate Party Secretary of Fengshuigou Mine, Yuanbaoshan District, Chifeng City, Dies Unexpectedly
When Gao Ruilin was in office, he forced two practitioners to buy out their retirement and dismiss three others. In February 2009, he died of cancer. His boss Lian Qinggui, the party secretary also committed a lot of misdeeds. Lian's son recently died of illness.
54 Year Old Wang Qiurong of Baoding City Neighborhood Committee, Hebei Province, Dies from a Stroke
Wang Qiurong, 54 year old, was a neighborhood committee director. She cooperated with local law enforcement officials to persecute practitioners. She ignored advice that she might receive retribution for so doing. On September 26, 2009, she died from a stroke.
Liu Zhonghui, Former Shouguang City Party Secretary is Fired for Embezzlement
Since Liu Zhong hui assumed office, he has been involved in persecuting Falun Gong. His son was killed on April 10, 2009. He was suspended from his job for embezzlement.
