(Clearwisdom.net) At 5:00 a.m. on September 20, 2009, officers from the National Security Group of Shaodong County broke into Falun Gong practitioner Ms. He Benxiang's home, which is located in the Household Electrical Appliance Market of Shaodong County. To enter her home without her permission, the police smashed the front and back doors of her apartment. Failing to find anything they were interested in, they took her MP4 player.
This was the third time that officers from the Shaodong National Security Group and local 610 Office agents broke into Ms. He's house without permission or legal justification. Their actions have caused wide criticism among local residents. In early July of this year, when Ms. He was not at home, officers from the National Security Group went to her home and confiscated her computer, television, telephone number book, residential permit document, and an image of the Falun Gong founder. Ms. He later called Liu Jianbao, an official at the 610 Office of Shaodong County, and asked him who took her things. She told the officer that her child needed the computer to study, but the officer did not give her any explicit answer.
On July 29, the same group of officers ransacked Ms. He's home and took 17 private pictures and some copies of the Minghui Weekly. She was arrested and held in a detention center in Shaodong County for twelve days, and was not released until August 11.
On the morning of September 19, the same group of officers broke into her home to arrest her, but Ms. He, risking her life, climbed over the wall and escaped. The police said they were acting on orders from the government of Shaoyang City, Hunan Province. They said that they were arresting Falun Gong practitioners because of the forthcoming National Day on October 1, and that the arrested practitioners would be released after this "sensitive period."
According to the latest news on September 22 from China (http://search.minghui.org/mh/articles/2009/9/22/208817.html#09921231220-17), Falun Gong practitioner Mr. He Yunfeng was also arrested and sent to a brainwashing center at about 5:00 a.m. on September 20.
At about 5:00 a.m. on September 20, about 20 officers from the Police Department of the Beita District of Shaoyang City, the Baichunyuan Police Station, and the Baichunyuan Street Office went to Mr. He's home and arrested him. They said they came to send Mr. He to a study class for Falun Gong practitioners.
Mr. He has been sentenced to forced labor twice since 1999. He has served a total of three years and three months in forced labor, and had his term extended for three months. He was released from the labor camp only two monthsago. His father died in late August and his mother was grief-stricken and in need of his care, but the police simply arrested him and sent him to brainwashing center.
