The open letter stated the CCP has utilized lies and violence during its sixty years of rule. With the wide spreading of the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party in China, more and more Chinese people have realized the evil nature of the CCP. An average of fifty to sixty thousand people announce their intention to quit the CCP every day.
The open letter also mentioned the international community's condemnation of the CCP's persecution of Falun Gong and called on the Japanese government not to yield to CCP pressure. It also called on the United Nations and governments to follow the Human Rights Convention and help stop the persecution.
