(Clearwisdom.net) Ms. Tu Fuhong from Shandong Province was arrested at Baihua Park in the Zhong District of Jining City on May 13, 2009. Recently, officials from the Zhong District Court illegally sentenced her to eight years. Ms. Tu did not acknowledge the charge and appealed.
Ms. Tu is in her thirties and lives in the Zhong District. On May 13, 2009, she took her son to Baihua Park to play. When she clarified the truth about Falun Gong to people in the park, a police officer on patrol arrested her and took her to the Hongxingxincun Police Station. That afternoon, she was sent to the Jining Detention Center and has been detained there ever since.
Ms. Tu was arrested in 2006 and subjected to two years of forced labor. She was abused at the Shandong First Women's Forced Labor Camp in Jinan City. At that time, her son was only five years old. After she and her child had been reunited for fewer than seven months, they were forced to separate again.
