(Clearwisdom.net) (Correspondent from Liaoning Province) Mr. Bi Shijun and his wife in Xiguan Village, Xiongyue Town, Bayuquan District, Yingkou City in Liaoning Province have been missing since September 23, 2009. Their whereabouts remain unknown. Their friends, Mr. Shen and his wife were taken into police custody.

On September 22, 2009, officer Wang Hongkui, led a group of police officers from the Bayuquan District National Security Bureau to pay a surprise visit to the home of Bi Shijun's parents in Mashizhai Village, Gaizhou City. Mr. Bi's parents told the police that he did not live there. The police then went to his brother's home, and his brother told them that he did now know where Mr. Bi lived.

On the morning of September 23, 2009, Mr. Bi borrowed a relative's car and went out, but never returned. His wife took their children to the school, and then took her friend, Mrs. Shen, to Mrs. Shen's home on a motorbike.

At about 2:00 p.m. on September 23, police officer Wang Hongkui led a group of police from the Bayuquan District National Security Bureau to visit Mr. Bi Shijun's home in Xiguan Village, Xiongyue Town, Bayuquan District. No one was at home at the time. The police entered Mr. Bi's home and confiscated Mr. Bi's computer, Dafa books, and a box full of satellite dishes that had just been shipped from Shenyang City. Mr. Bi runs a business installing satellite dishes. One satellite dish costs well over 300 yuan.

The police then went to the home of Mr. Bi's in-laws to search for Falun Gong materials. They lied and said that Mr. Bi and his wife were being held in the National Security Bureau and that the Bi's had hid some materials at the home of the in-laws. However, they did not find anything. Mr. Bi's home and the home of his in-laws' have been under surveillance every since. The police follow whoever visits either of the homes.

On the night of September 23, 2009, police officers from the Bayuquan District National Security Bureau arrested Mr. Shen and his wife who live in Haidong, along with practitioners Ms. Yang Lijun; Yu Zhihong and her son Wang Zhiyuan; Dong Bing, her parents, and her brother who is not a practitioner. Ms. Yang and Dong Bing's mother were later released.

The whereabouts of Mr. Bi and his wife remain unknown. Their elementary school aged children are left at home unattended. The grandmother of the children, Ms. Wang Aiyun, suffered a brain hemorrhage years ago due to the persecution she was subjected to in the Masanjia Forced Labor Camp in Liaoning Province, and needs a caretaker.
