(Clearwisdom.net) On April 19, 2008, Divine Performing Arts presented its second show at the Prinzregenten Theater in Munich. It was also the company's final performance in Europe in 2008. The German audience was pleasantly surprised. Spectators said they were deeply touched and highly praised the show.

Sylvia Sahel is a retired teacher who taught art history in Munich University. After watching the show, she said, "This was an outstanding performance."

This was an outstanding performance

Sylvia Sahel has extensive professional knowledge of different cultural forms, including dance and color. She said, "The Divine Performing Arts show is excellent. The content includes tradition, historical experience, and modern dance."

She thought that this was an outstanding performance, that audience members could understand its content, and that it was very helpful to post the translated lyrics on the backdrop. "The little girl performed most gracefully, which really added to the show."

She said, "I appreciated it very much. 'The Power of Awareness' has political and social meaning, which reminds people that today's reality is not always peaceful and joyful. The three words ("Truthfulness, Compassion and Tolerance"), which were displayed for 'The Power of Awareness,' exactly explains and covers the theme of the whole show."

As a cultural comparison, Ms. Sahel spoke from her field of knowledge: "European history is totally different from Chinese history and the histories of other areas. However, in the histories of all areas, no matter how ancient or modern, the focus of people's efforts finally end in basic human values."

"For example, the basic ideas that were revealed in the Divine Performing Arts show: kindness towards others, remembering instructions from Gods, and believing in Gods." She added with a regretful tone, "However, it is pity that people in the modern world are all engaged in struggles."

The choreography and production are extraordinary.

"The effect of the show is not simply entertainment, but a journey into inner feelings. It involves people's spiritual lives with respect to politics and society. Therefore, I sincerely appreciate the show."

She continued, "I will tell all of my friends how beautiful the women dancers of the Divine Performing Arts company are, how excellent the dance programs are, how exciting the show is and how beautiful the costumes are. All of this--the dancing, music, and drums--is just perfect. I loved the show very much."

"The actors performed very well. I believe that all of today's audiences would admire them. The choreography and production of the show are extraordinary."

I was deeply touched from the beginning to the end

She indicated she was deeply moved by the show because she knows it is impossible to portray such messages in China. Last October she went to visit China for three weeks. She fully understood that there is no freedom of speech in China. Therefore, she felt it was important that the Divine Performing Arts show could express the desire for freedom, dignity, and a kind heart. She said she was touched from the beginning to the end.

As the interview ended, Ms. Sahel asked the reporter to tell Divine Performing Arts that their show pleased "every audience member."
