She said, "It is important to discover and follow the right path in life."

Bucharest economist Laura Lupea commented, "It is very spectacular and beautiful, colorful and moving. I like these artists very much, I have never seen a performance like this. The bright colors in the performance were very impressive to me."

An Austrian banker who is working in Bucharest said that he was impressed by the Divine Performing Arts Chinese Spectacular. Mr. Von Thadden said that besides watching Peking Opera on TV, he had never seen a Chinese cultural show. He said, "It's very exotic with beautiful dresses. They dance beautifully. There is a special aesthetic that makes it so different and [there is] a very beautiful way of moving with the colors. I think the content was pretty self-explanatory but it is very traditional and it is a very different tradition from the European one. It shows a very different world. It is a moving and positive show."

Mrs. Von Thadden liked the colors very much. She said, "I think that it is really very attractive how they perform."

Their eight-year-old son Sebastian was very excited and told the reporter, "I liked everything in the show."

A music professor who mainly sings opera and popular songs said that he had not seen such a wonderful performance for a long time. He thought the show was very beautiful and of a high caliber. He said, "I'm a music professor, so I could see some opera and ballet elements in the show. The colors were rich. The costume colors were so diverse that I was amazed."

A Bucharest lawyer brought her 86-year-old mother and her five-year-old daughter to see the Chinese Spectacular after finishing her ten hour workday. She said she was moved to tears by the messages that the show encompassed.

As a Romanian who had experienced the pain of living under the communist autocratic rule, she said, "I can understand why these artists have to leave China, but their belief is still left in their home country. I can see their best wishes for their home country."

She said emotionally, "Those three words, 'Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance' are the most essential message. They should remain in the hearts of all people living on this planet."
