(Clearwisdom.net) On July 14, 2008, in preparation for possible foreign media visits, the Chinese Communist officials in Beijing transferred about 50 practitioners who were steadfast in their belief in Falun Dafa to the Masanjia Women's Forced Labor Camp in Shenyang City, Liaoning Province. Practitioners were either from the Beijing Women's Forced Labor Camp or the Dispatching Center in Beijing. Those whose forced labor terms were about to expire had their terms unlawfully extended by six months. In the Masanjia Forced Labor Camp, the Strictly-Supervised Division has been newly established. This division holds both practitioners transferred from Beijing and local practitioners who have held firm their belief in Falun Dafa.
The guards in the Masanjia Forced Labor Camp brutally tortured these practitioners. They handcuffed practitioners and then lifted them off the floor; tied up their limbs and stretched them across a bed; or applied electricity to their armpits, groin area, or heads and other sensitive body parts. Some practitioners were handcuffed and lifted up around the clock for days. Almost every practitioner in the Strictly-Supervised Division has been tortured. Ms. Qiu Shuqin from Beijing suffered brain injuries. Her whereabouts are unknown, although the guards claim that she has returned home. Ms. Zhang Lianying from Beijing has endured all sorts of torture on a dozen or so occasions. The torture is still ongoing at the labor camp.
Male guards were temporarily convened from administration departments in the Masanjia Forced Labor Camp. Liu Yong, head of the security division, was put in charge and carried out torture himself. Guards who participated in the torture were: Li Jun, Wang Qi, and those with surnames of Chen, Yan and Fan, among others. The male guards have now left. Guards from the Women's Forced Labor Camp have taken over the Strictly-Supervised Division, where about 20 or so practitioners remain. Other practitioners have been assigned to other divisions. Guards currently in charge are: Wang Yanping, Wang Xiaofeng (top official of the Women's Forced Labor Camp), Peng Tao, Zhang Liang (male), Dong Bin, Huang Haiyan, and Zhang Chunrong. Zhang Jun, head of the No. 3 Division, and Zhang Zhuohui are in charge of this division.
