Ever since Ms. Cong Peijing was arrested by police officers from Rixin Police Station on October 14, 2008, she has been holding a hunger strike to protest the persecution. Her lumbar vertebra is seriously dislocated and she is unable to move. Her current situation is distressing. Even so, the authorities of Yaojia Detention Center and Rixin Police Station refuse to release her.
Recently, Ms. Shi Hongbo's mother received a phone call from the director of the Rixin Police Station and was notified that Ms. Shi was sentenced to one and half years of forced labor.

2. [Weifang City, Shandong Province] Ms. Wu Faqin Arrested
Around 7:30 a.m. on October 28, 2008, four agents from Kuiwen District Police Department and 610 Office broke into Ms. Wu Faqin's home. One of them covered her mouth; another one pinched her throat tightly making it hard for her to breathe; and the other two dragged her toward the stairs. Her neighbor and her family member saw only the whites of her eyes and noticed that she could hardly speak or breath. Ignoring the cries of two 70-year-olds, the agents forced Ms. Wu into a car and drove away.
It has been learned that Ms. Wu has been detained in Weifang City Detention Center.
3. [Jilin City, Jilin Province] Ms. Mi Hong in a Detention Center
Ms. Mi Hong, 43, lives in the Changyi District of Jilin City. On July 11, 2008, she was forcibly taken away by police officers from Dongjuzi Police Station under the pretext that the Olympic torch would pass through Jilin City and security would be a concern. She was detained in the brainwashing center located in Xiushan Hotel. She is now in a detention center.

Ms. Hu Feng Ling, 45, was forced into a car by four men in plainclothes from Laizhou City Police Department at 7:30 a.m. on October 21, 2008. Her Dafa books and materials were seized and she was taken to Laizhou City Detention Center.
Mr. Qu Chengye lives in Shahe Town, Laizhou City. At 6 a.m. in the morning February 2008, he was arrested by police officers from Jinzhou City and detained in Jinzhou City Detention Center. It is learned that he has shown symptoms of sickness due to the abuse.

7. [Chiping County, Shandong Province] Follow-up on Mr. Gao Hengfeng's Arrest
Mr. Gao Hengfeng was arrested on October 17, 2008. He has been held in the Liaocheng City Detention Center. His family is not allowed to see him. The police officers searched his home and seized about 30,000 yuan worth of property, including more than 10,000 yuan in cash, some equipment, and consumables.

8. [Huaian City, Jiangsu Province] Ms. Lin Fengying Sentenced to Three Years of Imprisonment
November 20, 2007, Mr. Dai Mingxuan and his wife, Ms. Lin Fengying, went to the Huaiyin District to visit Ms. Zhu Guilian, who had just been released from a detention center. They were arrested and taken to Wangying Detention Center in the Huaiyin District. Police officers seized their Falun Gong informational materials and cash with truth clarification messages printed on it.
On August 2, 2008, Ms. Lin was arrested again and sentenced to three years of imprisonment. On November 4, 2008, the sentencing letter for a second trial was delivered to Mr. Dai Mingxuan.

At noon on July 1, 2008, a plainclothed police officer deceived Ms. Jing Bin into opening her door. After that, more than 10 police officers, led by Bu Yunfei, rushed in and searched her home. On September 26, 2008, Mr. Zhang Shurong and another practitioner were followed and arrested while they were handing out Falun Gong flyers. This other practitioner has been released. Mr. Zhang is still detained in Hebei Town and is being abused.
11. [Beijing] Supplementary Information on Ms. Hou Aihong's Arrest
Ms. Hou Aihong, 42, was arrested and taken to Shuangqiao Police Station when she was caught distributing Falun Gong flyers in Shuangqiao community on November 3, 2008. At about 5 p.m. that same day, eight police officers from State Security Division of the Chaoyang District searched her home and seized her Dafa books, informational materials, a computer, and a printer. On November 4, 2008, she was transferred to Chaoyang District Police Department.

On August 19, 2008, five practitioners from the Dinghu District in Zhaoqing City were arrested and detained. Among them, four have been released. Mr. Tan Deming was sentenced to one year of forced labor and taken to Sanshui Forced Labor Camp at the beginning of September 2008.

Mr. Gao Wenjiang from the Yuanbaoshan District in Chifeng City was arrested while he was distributing Falun Gong flyers on the morning of September 23, 2008. He was tortured in the detention center in an attempt to gain a confession.
18. [Yantai City, Shandong Province] Supplementary Information on the Arrests of Five Practitioners
On the morning of October 23, 2008, Ms. Du Shujuan, Ms. Zhou Jinghua, Ms. Li Zonglan, Ms. Wang Ruiyu, and Ms. Huang Xiaoling, all practitioners from the Muping District, Yantai City, were arrested at the home of Ms. Du Shujuan's daughter by officers from State Security Division of the Muping District Police Department. The five practitioners are all more than 50 years old. Ms. Li was released the same day. The other four have been detained in Muping District Detention Center. The police officers searched the homes of Ms. Du and Ms. Wang and seized some equipment and material.
19. [Shandong Province] Mr. Geng Daofu Beaten in Zhangqiu Forced Labor Camp
Mr. Geng Daofu, 47, lives in Jiazhuang Village, Sinsi Town, Heze City, Shandong Province. He was sentenced to forced labor and taken to Zhangqiu Forced Labor Camp in 2007. He was beaten by guard Liu Lin and some of his cell-mates. His hands were handcuffed behind his back and he was beaten until he passed out. He lost his hearing as a result. On the night of October 1, 2008, he was brutally beaten again.
20. [Shangqiu City, Henan Province] Ms. Wang Xiulan Sentenced to Forced Labor
Ms. Wang Xiulan, in her 50s, lives in the Qiuliangyuan District, Shangqiu City. On October 4, 2008, she was arrested at home by Cao Jianmin, deputy director of State Security Division of Suiyang District, and officers from Huayuan Road Police Station. In October 2008, she was sentenced to one year of forced labor and taken to Shibalihe Forced Labor Camp.

On the morning of September 22, 2008, Ms. Suo Fengxian was arrested by police officers from Huayuan Road while she was shopping in the farm market on Huayun Road. The next day, she was covertly taken to Shibalihe Forced Labor Camp for one year of imprisonment.

At 9:10 p.m. on May 21, 2001, Ms. Sun Suying and Ms. Kong Yanbin were arrested by Zhao Jiguo, police officer with the Guta District, Jinzhou City, while they were distributing Falun Gong flyers.
On August 20, 2001, they were covertly brought to court and sentenced. Mr. Li Feng, born in 1964, was an associate professor of Jinzhou City Medical College. He was sentenced to three years of imprisonment. Ms. Sun Suying, born in March 1954, is an employee of Canvas and Leather Plant in Jinzhou City. She was sentenced to two years of imprisonment. Ms. Kong Yanbin, born in November 1954, works in the Textile Wholesale Station in the Guta Disrtict. She was sentenced to one and half years of imprisonment. Ms. Li Suxia, born in June 1954, lived at 251-22, Lianganli Community, Guta District, Jinzhou City. She was sentenced to one and half years of imprisonment.

Ms. Shi Yingchun lives on Bohai Street in Hulutao City. While she was handing out Falun Gong flyers on August 2, 2008, she was arrested by Bohai Police Station officers and detained in Suizhong County Detention Center. She was sentenced to seven years of imprisonment, but her family was not notified. On October 22, 2008, she was taken to Shenyang City Women's Prison.
Mr. Wang Zhuo, who is Ms. Shi Yingchun's son, was arrested from home at 3 p.m. on October 21, 2008. His home was searched and his laptop computer, two copies of Zhuan Falun, and CDs were seized. He was taken to Masanjia Forced Labor Camp on November 4, 2008, but was refused admission. He was taken back to Huaji Police Station.

Mr. Wang Kaiming is an employee of Gaosheng Oil Extract Plant under Liahe Oil Field. After he was arrested at the beginning of May 2008, his family was prohibited from seeing him or sending him clothes. He is still wearing unlined clothing. On October 28, 2008, he was taken to
Nanshan Prison in Jinzhou City.
