Solemn Declaration

When I was in a forced labor camp, the police forced me to sign the Three Statements. If I didn't sign it, they would not allow me go to the restroom, sleep, or wash my hands. They would also physically torture me. They used the most malicious words to insult Master and Dafa. The guards also threatened me by saying they would write those words on my bed sheets. If we objected, they would beat us. I personally witnessed the guards break the feet of two practitioners. Under intense pressure and against my will, I signed statements for which I now find it hard to face Master and Dafa.
I hereby solemnly declare that everything I said and did in the labor camp that is contrary to the actions and words of Dafa are completely null and void. I will firmly cultivate Dafa until completion. I will atone for the losses I have brought to Dafa, and I will do the three things well.

After the start of the persecution on July 20, 1999, I went to Beijing to appeal, and the police arrested me. They then took me on a so-called "tour" of the prison. Because I did not study the Fa well enough, I had a lot of human emotions. Under pressure, I signed a Guarantee Statement that I would never go to Beijing to appeal again. In the beginning of 2001, they arrested me and put me in a brainwashing center. Under unhealthy influences, I, too, started to have demented thoughts about Dafa. Against my will, I signed the Guarantee Statement and the Three Statements. When I clearly thought about it, the reasons for my own evil thoughts were all mainly due to fear, human emotions, and not enough understanding of the Fa.
I hereby solemnly declare that while in the brainwashing center, every thought, word, and action that were not up to the standards of Dafa are all hereby null and void. I completely negate everything that the old forces arranged. I will walk the road Master arranged for me. I will openly and righteously cultivate Dafa and do the three things Master requested us to do. I will follow Master and the process of Fa rectification. I will follow Master to my consummation and return home.
