1. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Supplementary Information on the Arrest of Associate Professor Ding Zeyang from Sichuan University
At around 9 a.m. on September 13, 2007, two police officers from the State Security Division of the Chengdu City Police Department and the director of the Jiuyanqiao Police Station in Wuhou District, Chengdu City, Xiang (male, given name unknown), along with police officers Liang Lei and Wang Li, went to ransack Professor Ding Zeyang's home in Sichuan Univerity. They confiscated Falun Dafa books, Falun Dafa materials, Master's picture, and a computer. They took Professor Ding into custody. He is now under interrogation in the Jiuyanqiao Police Station.
Professor Ding is 61 years old and has been teaching in the university for over 30 years.
2. [Anshan City, Liaoning Province] Practitioners Ms. Liu Suzhi and Mr. Qi Ximin Arrested
On September 11, 2007, several police officers from the Nanhua Police Station arrested Ms. Liu Suzhi and Mr. Qi Ximin from their homes in the Tiexi District in Anshan City. They also ransacked their homes and confiscated Dafa books. When Ms. Liu refused to go with them and resisted, they shoved her into the car.
3. [Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province] Practitioner Mr. He Daozhen Detained in the Jing'an County Detention Center
On August 19, 2007, when Mr. He Daozhen and practitioner Yu (gender and given name unknown) "clarified the truth" to people at the Renshou Township Bridge in Jing'an County, Jiangxi Province, they were reported to authorities and arrested. Practitioner Yu was released when Yu's family paid the 2,000 yuan bail. Mr. He is detained in the Jiang'an County Detention Center.
4. [Qinhuangdao City, Hebei Province] Shahezhai Village Committee Tempts Villagers to Report Falun Gong Practitioners
In Shahezhai Village, Shimenzhai Town in Funing County, Qinhuangdao City, the village radio broadcast a notice that "anyone who catches a Falun Gong practitioner distributing Falun Gong materials will be awarded 1,000 yuan." Slogans defaming Falun Gong are also posted in the village.

5. [Zhaoyuan City, Shandong Province] Practitioner Ms. Zhang Qingfen Arrested
At around 7:30 p.m. on September 10, 2007, officials from the Armed Forces Division of Daqinjia Town in Zhaoyuan City and police from local police station arrested Ms. Zhang Qingfen at her home in Wangjiazhuangzi Village, Daqinjia Town. Meanwhile, there were many cars dispatched to wait by other practitioners' homes until midnight. Ms. Zhang's whereabouts are unknown.
6. [Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Wu Yanhong, a Contract Teacher at No. 7 Elementary School Affiliated with the Daqing Petrochemical Factory, Arrested
On the morning of September 14, 2007, Ms. Wu Yanhong, a contract English teacher at the No. 7 Elementary School affiliated with the Daqing Petrochemical Factory, told her students about withdrawing from the CCP and its affiliates. However, one student's parent reported her to the Daqing City Police Department. Police from the Daqing City Police Department, Wolitun Police Department, and the local police station arrested her.
7. [Siping Area, Jilin Province] Two Female Practitioners Sent to Shuangliao City Detention Center
It was reported by officials from the police department that two female practitioners were transferred to the Shuangliao City Detention Center from the Siping Area. Their names are not known.

9. [Youyi County, Heilongjiang Province] Practitioner Mr. Lin Zehua Arrested
On September 12, 2007, police from the State Security Division of the Shuangyashan City Police Department and police from Fenggan Town, Youyi County arrested Mr. Lin Zehua. They ransacked his home and confiscated a computer, a printer and more than 20 copies of the "Nine Commentaries on the Chinese Communist Party." Mr. Lin's home is in Fengang Town, Youyi County. He is a cab driver and lives with his son and parents.

On September 10, 2007, the Futian District Court in Shenzhen City sentenced Mr. Zeng Ming, Mr. Luo Laisong and Mr. Zhang Xinqi to eleven years, seven years, and four years in prison respectively.
On April 5, 2006, the three practitioners were arrested separately, and their homes were ransacked. The court didn't notify their family about the hearing. The three of them are being detained in the Futian District Detention Center.

13. [Zibo City, Shandong Province] Practitioner Mr. Liu Guangbao's Home Ransacked
At around midnight on September 11, 2007, officials from the Zhoucun District 610 Office, police from the State Security Division of the Zhoucun District Police Department, and police from the Wangcun Town Police Station broke into Mr. Liu Guangbao's home. They ransacked his home and confiscated a new motorcycle and other valuable belongings valued at more than 4,000 yuan. Mr. Liu was not home at that time and was not arrested.
Recently, Mr. Bi Yanhua from Wangcun Town was forcibly taken to the Zibo City Brainwashing Center. Practitioner Hou (gender and given name unknown), a teacher from the 19th Middle School in Zhoucun District, was forcibly taken to the Zhoucun District 610 Office.

14. [Zibo City, Shandong Province] Practitioner Mr. Gu Yongjun Arrested
On the morning of September 12, 2007, officials from the Zhoucun District 610 Office, police from the State Security Division of the Zhoucun District Police Department, and local police arrested Mr. Gu Yongjun from Yangjia Village, Shangjia Town in the Zichuan District, Zibo City. They confiscated all equipment and materials in the Dafa material center. Mr. Gu is detained in the Dazhuang Detention Center in the Zhoucun District. At around the same time, several practitioners from Mengshui Town were arrested.

15. [Changde City, Hunan Province] Practitioner Ms. Yuan Donglan Arrested Again
In 2002, police arrested Ms. Yuan Donglan, a practitioner from Changde City. Ms. Yuan escaped with righteous thoughts and has not been able to go back home for five years. On August 11, 2007, police from the Changde City Police Department followed Ms. Yuan's husband and found her rental apartment in Chenzhou City, Hunan Province. Later, they broke into her place and confiscated a computer, a printer, and other belongings and arrested her. Ms. Yuan is detained in the Changde City First Detention Center. Police notified her family to send her things twenty days after her arrest.
When the police were taking Ms. Yuan away, she kept shouting "Falun Dafa is good!" The police beat and kicked her brutally. She had bruises all over and had difficulty walking afterwards.
Mr. Yuan's mother and elder sister are both practitioners. Her sister, Ms. Yuan Dongbo, was sentenced to two years of forced labor in 2002 and detained in the Baimalong Forced Labor Camp in Zhuzhou City, Hunan Province. Her mother, Ms. Song Zezi, was taken to a brainwashing center in the Yuyuan Hotel in Changde City in July 2002. She was detained there for two months, then sentenced to one and a half years of forced labor. In 2004, not too long after her release, police arrested Ms. Song again and sentenced her to four years in prison. She is detained in the Changsha Women's Prison.
16. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Practitioners Mr. Chen Yuchun and His Wife Arrested
Mr. Chen Yuchun is a practitioner from Kangping County, Shenyang City. Between 9 a.m. and 10 a.m. on September 13, 2007, several police officers arrested Mr. Chen and his wife while they were on their way to work. They forcibly put them into a car and drove to Faku County. The police released his wife on the afternoon of the same day. Then the police ransacked his home and confiscated a computer, a printer, and some materials.

18. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] A Female Practitioner Arrested
A female practitioner, in her fifties, lives in the New Lianhua Zone in Chengdu City. At around 9 a.m. on September 13, three police officers from the Longzhou Road Police Station in Chengdu City forcibly took her away. It was reported that they carried her down from her residence in the fifth floor and pushed her into the police car. Her whereabouts are unknown.
19. [Wanquan County, Hebei Province] Practitioner Mr. Li Lianbing Arrested and His Home Ransacked
At around 1:30 p.m. on September 14, 2007, police officers from the State Security Division of Wanquan County Police Department broke into Mr. Li Lianbing's home and confiscated 3000 yuan cash, a computer, a copier, a television set, a tape recorder, CDs, paper, Dafa books, three MP3 players, and four ink drums. They also confiscated many personal items. Mr. Li was taken away.

20. [Heilongjiang Province] Practitioner Ms. Liu Hui from the Qixingpao Farm Arrested
Ms. Liu Hui and Ms. Zhu Yamei are practitioners from the Qixingpao Farm of the 93 Farm Corp Police Department in Heilongjiang Province. On September 6, 2007, police arrested Ms. Liu and Ms. Zhu while they were distributing truth clarification materials. They were sent to the 93 Farm Corp Police Department Detention Center. The police also arrested Ms. Liu's husband, Mr. Lin Jinpeng, and Ms. Zhu's grandson, Sun Tao. They were interrogated and detained for more than 25 hours.

21. [Huan Province] Xinzhao County Government Officials Tempts People to Persecute Practitioners
On September 11, 2007, the Xinzhao County 610 Office, with the Xinzhao County Political and Law Committee, the State Security Division of the Xinzhao County Police Department, and the Xinzhao County Judicial Department, started to harass practitioners on a large scale. On the radio, they broadcast the requirement that each county government unit and each town or township closely monitor Falun Gong practitioners. People reporting practitioners to the authorities would be rewarded up to 500 yuan.

22. [Xinjiang Uighur Autonomous Region] Persecution Situations
The following information was reported in mid-August:
The Xinjiang Police Department issued warrants for practitioners Mr. Wang Hongjun, Ms. Li Jiaolin, and Ms. Li Guiqin. All police stations and neighborhood committees have received the warrants.
Practitioner Mr. Han Jinzhong has been sentenced two years of forced labor twice since the persecution started in 1999. His second release was earlier this year. However, in August 2007 police from the Shuimogou District Police Department in Urumqi City arrested him again.
Practitioner Ms. Li Xiaoping was arrested in mid-August 2007.

On July 20, 2007, practitioners Ms. Xu Hui and her son, Mr. Cai Chao, unfurled a banner on Tiananmen Square that said "Exposing the CCP Crime of Harvesting Living Falun Dafa Practitioners' Organs." They were detained in the Dongcheng District Detention Center after being arrested, and they were taken to the Distribution Ward of the Tuanhe Labor Camp in Daxing District on August 30, 2007. The police didn't notify their family. Mr. Cai Chao's grandmother is 87 years old, and his father has to take care of her, so he cannot go visit them.Note:
(1) Small Cell - The detainee is locked up in a very small cell individually. The guards handcuff practitioners behind their backs in a fixed position, in which the practitioners can neither move nor lie down. The small cell is very damp and no sunshine comes in. Detainees have to use a bucket in the cell as a toilet. Only half of a regular meal is served during the daytime. At night the rats run around. The stench in the small cell is so bad that it is difficult to breathe.
