When we cultivate ourselves diligently, we can improve our levels very rapidly in other dimensions. I saw the following phenomena with my celestial eye. I'd like to share my understandings with fellow practitioners. Due to the limits of my cultivation level, they are only for your reference.

The essence of the Fa-rectification cultivation
When I rose through different levels, I saw incomplete celestial bodies. I was shocked and I had similar feelings as the time I saw there were only a few stones left in the Imperial Garden in Beijing. Some celestial bodies had almost nothing left. However, when practitioners improved their xinxing and did well with the three things that Teacher asked us to do, those celestial bodies immediately healed up. They were actually bodies of gods. When I continued to walk my way up, I found that many fellow practitioners had parts of their bodies untransformed yet. When they improved their levels, those parts got transformed. I came to understand more about the meanings of Fa-rectification cultivation.
In the even higher cosmic dimensions, I saw many righteous gods. In fact, some fellow practitioners showed up in those dimensions as gods. Teacher has finished the Fa-rectification in those dimensions and only kept a little portion of the cosmos there for practitioners to cultivate in. We are supposed to improve ourselves and complete our cultivation there.

Where are the powers that have been trying to stop the Fa-rectification cultivation
When improving myself during cultivation, I saw some beings from high levels directly enter the Three Realms. They control everyday people. They have great abilities and their purpose is to stop Falun Dafa practitioners from cultivating. They are the powers that have been trying to stop Fa-rectification cultivation. This phenomena has existed from the beginning. The only way to solve this problem is that we practitioners improve our cultivation levels and send forth righteous thoughts.

Where the old forces' arrangements come from
When improving my level in cultivation, I saw one kind of arrangement by the old forces. Here is an example of how it exists. I know a fellow practitioner. She has the attachment of jealousy. The jealousy is a spirit and is separate from her body. It looks like her and can influence her. The old forces then took advantage of her attachment. They put a lot of black karma and evil gods in the dimensions below the one in which the spirit resides. The karma and evil gods surrounded her body. When I sent forth righteous thoughts, I helped her dissolve the karma and those evil gods and the spirit of jealousy. Her situation improved. However, the spirit of jealousy exists in many levels. Therefore, we still need to send forth righteous thoughts to eliminate that spirit. Meanwhile, as a cultivator, she needs to fundamentally remove her attachment of jealousy.
We can see that the old forces' arrangements came from their taking advantage of people's attachments. The old forces would take control of those who have bad thoughts. When practitioners have attachments or distorted notions that were implanted by the old forces historically, they may unintentionally take the path arranged by the old forces.

Falun Dafa practitioners are cultivating and improving ourselves as one body
The current cultivation situation that I saw is this: Falun Dafa practitioners as a whole have gone beyond the Three Realms. The current focus is in a dimension at a high level cosmos. In that dimension, Falun Dafa practitioners have formed one body. Meanwhile, many people who have predestined relationships with us have also joined this one body. The part of our body that has obtained the Fa is being transformed. I believe that all the powers that have tried to stop the Fa-rectification will be gone soon. As to how to speed up the cultivation progress as a whole, fellow practitioners, please make good suggestions. The direct impact of our speeding up our cultivation progress is that the persecution would be stopped. We would enter a state where we would cultivate and save sentient beings without suffering from the persecution of Falun Gong.
We all know that Fa-rectification cultivation and the persecution are two different concepts. Fa-rectification cultivation is not dependent on the persecution of Falun Gong. During the cosmos' Fa-rectification and our Fa-rectification cultivation, there were bound to have many things happen. However, there is no reason for the persecution to exist.
Here, I'd like to remind fellow practitioners to cultivate ourselves more diligently and catch up with the Fa-rectification progress. I saw how magnificent it is when practitioners are returning to their true self. From another perspective, Falun Dafa practitioners are gods that came here to obtain the Fa and cultivate themselves.
