(Clearwisdom.net) Falun Dafa practitioner Fan Xuebin, a young man, was tall and strong before his illegal five-month detention. Now he looks like a skeleton; he can barely walk and his face is deformed. He was tortured in an iron cage, and the authorities carried him on a stretcher to a sham court proceeding where he was sentenced.
On January 29, 2007, Fan Xuebin was arrested in his home by the Yingkou Security Police. They took his computer, a copier, 2,000 CDs, a recorder and transcriber, and other items. Since then, he has been detained in the Yingkou City Detention Center.
On June 20, at about 9 a.m., the Yingkou City, Zhanqian District Court, directed by Chinese Communist Party (CCP) personnel and Lin Qing, a 610 Office agent, sentenced Fan Xuebin.
Even though he is in such serious condition, the authorities still handcuffed him and shackled his feet.
In court, although Fan Xuebin was very weak from torture, he continued to uphold the goodness of Dafa and explained the truth to the judicial personnel who were slandering Falun Dafa.
