(Clearwisdom.net) On June 8, 2007, Chinese Commerce Minister Bo Xilai accompanied the President Hu Jintao on his visit to Sweden. In the afternoon, in accordance with Swedish law, the Swedish Falun Gong Association served Mr. Bo with a lawsuit at the Stockholm Police Department. The lawsuit holds Bo responsible for his crimes of murder, torture and kidnapping.

When Bo last visited Sweden, in September 2006, the Swedish Falun Gong Association sued him for the first time. After consultation with the Justice Department, however, the Swedish Police did not initiate litigation due to Bo's diplomatic immunity. This does not mean that he did not commit the alleged crimes.

Swedish Falun Gong representative Dan Alfjorden briefly summarized the indictment: "During Bo's tenure as the Governor of Liaoning Province from 2001 to 2004, he invested huge sums of money in building prison facilities in order to coerce Falun Gong practitioners into giving up their beliefs. Masanjia Labor Camp alone cost over 500 million Yuan (US$60 million). Liaoning became one of the provinces where Falun Gong saw the most severe persecution. According to statistics from the Clearwisdom website, there were 369 documented deaths from torture of Falun Gong practitioners in Liaoning Province, which ranked No. 3 among all provinces in China. According to eye witnesses, during Bo's tenure some two thousand Falun Gong practitioners' corneas were harvested through operations."

Bo has been indicted by Falun Gong practitioners for murder, crimes against humanity, and torture in a dozen countries, including the U.S., the U.K., Germany, Ireland, New Zealand, Russia, Australia, Korea, Spain and Canada. Evil will not go unpunished. Whenever Bo visits a foreign country, he will face legal action against him.

According to a practitioner from Stockholm, practitioners have collected 13,825 signatures condemning the organ harvesting atrocities and the persecution of Falun Gong.
