(Clearwisdom.net) Former Chinese diplomat Chen Yonglin, who defected recently from the Chinese consulate-general in Sydney, visited Vancouver on June 9, 2007. He exposed the CCP's tricks in its foreign affairs policies, and pointed out that many CCP officials have escaped to Western countries. He expressed that the trend of quitting the party initiated by the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party will make the CCP collapse soon.

Political Affairs Department in the CCP's Embassies and Consulates
Mr. Chen pointed out that the CCP's foreign policies are not for the benefits of Chinese people, but for keeping its governing in China.
He said that the CCP has been trying to control overseas Chinese organizations, Chinese student associations, overseas Chinese media, and even government officials of other countries. Currently, the focus of the CCP's foreign policies is on the overseas different-opinion groups. Mr. Chen said, "There is a department called Political Affair Department in every Chinese embassy and consulate, whose main task is to watch and suppress five groups: Falun Gong practitioners, Taiwanese independent activists, Tibetan independent activists, Xinjiang independent activists and democracy movement activists.
Nine Chinese Media Controlled by the CCP Enter Canada
Mr. Chen said that the CCP controls overseas Chinese media in three ways: financial support, including advertising in the media, collaborating with the media and helping Chinese media enter other countries. Mr. Chen said, "Nine Chinese media controlled by the CCP have entered Canada recently. Some Chinese communities in Canada said that it was the Chinese people's free choice. But it is wrong and unfair to the Chinese in Canada."
Mr. Chen said, "We know that all the media in China is controlled by the CCP, and Chinese people have got used to the brainwashing by the CCP. But Chinese in Canada are free and they have the right to avoid the brainwashing."
CCP Buys Other Countries with the People's Money
Mr. Chen expressed that the CCP accepts financial help from Canada and Australia, but meanwhile it offers three or four billion dollars in support to African countries, so that those countries would back the CCP at international human rights conferences.
Exert Pressure on Other Governments on Falun Gong
The mayor of Vancouver, Sullivan, who has told the public that he was treated as an emperor in China, requires Falun Gong practitioners to uninstall their fact-clarifying boards in front of the Chinese Embassy. Sullivan denied that he had been pressured by the CCP. Mr. Chen Yonglin expressed, "The CCP always tries to buy foreign officials by treating them exceptionally." He said, "When I was working at the Chinese Consulate in Sydney, one of my tasks was to exert pressure on Australian government officials on the Falun Gong issue. It is impossible that a Western official didn't have any pressure from the CCP on the Falun Gong issue."
True Story of Overseas Chinese against Falun Gong
Mr. Chen said that the CCP also exerts pressure on Western governments through the Chinese communities it controls. He said, "In May 2001, a 40-member Chinese community, which is controlled by the Chinese Consulate, wrote to the Prime Minister in Canada, saying Falun Gong ruins the relationship between China and Canada. The CCP took this action as an example and asked embassies and consulates in other places to learn from it."
In 2000, the CCP asked embassies and consulates in many countries to take actions like that. In the UK, the Chinese Embassy invited many Chinese businessmen for dinner and refused any media from attending the dinner. During the dinner, the Chinese officials brought up Falun Gong, and asked all the attendees to attack it. The Chinese Central TV Station (CCTV) video-taped the whole process. Later, CCTV aired the program in China titled, "Overseas Chinese in UK are against Falun Gong."
Many CCP Officials Escape China
Mr. Chen pointed out that the CCP's governing of China is at the weakest status and many officials escaped China, including some high ranking officials. Mr. Chen said, "It is very hard for the CCP to keep its governing in China now, so it is the best time for the officials to escape."
He said, "Now is the best time. I am telling the officials at the Chinese Embassy in Canada: the Canadian Government will accept every one of you. So, why don't you defect from the embassy now?"
The Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party Initiated the Trend of Quitting the Party
Mr. Chen expressed that the CCP is afraid of the Nine Commentaries, because it exposes the true evil nature of the CCP. He pointed out that this book has been helping many Chinese people to get rid of the fear of the CCP and realize that the CCP is not equal to China. He said that many people have quit the party and the trend of quitting the party will lead to the crash of the CCP. He said that many high ranking CCP officials have sent their families to foreign countries, and it means that they all know the CCP is about to crash and they don't feel safe in China anymore.
Mr. Chen verified that the family members of Jiang Zemin and Zeng Qinghong have received immigrant status in Australia. He said the reason that they sent their families to Australia instead of America is because the US has stricter human rights laws and they are afraid that their families would be deported back to China in the future. Mr. Chen said he believes that all the high ranking CCP officials have done the preparation work for the CCP's collapse. He said, "We will see the CCP's collapse in the near future."
