(Clearwisdom.net) Practitioners from Norway distributed information about organ harvesting in the city center of Stavanger on April 27-28. They wished to inform people in Stavanger about the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) atrocities of removing organs from living Falun Gong practitioners and selling them for profit.

To illustrate this they used a large effigy, which lay covered on an operating table. A practitioner was dressed as a surgeon and removed a heart. Another practitioner was dressed as a police officer and was monitoring the operation next to a suitcase filled with money.

Many people reacted strongly to the information they received. Some had heard about the persecution, but few knew about the illegal organ harvesting. They were shocked and asked what they could do to help. The practitioners had prepared a petition with an appeal to the Norwegian Prime Minister and the Norwegian government, to protest the organ harvesting and the persecution of Falun Gong in their contact with the Chinese authorities. Periodically there was a line of people waiting to sign the petition, and give their support.

It was obvious that many became indignant at what they heard. They were glad that we held the activity and that they had an opportunity to sign the petition. Several people read the flyer and came back the next day to sign the petition. One man took several flyers with him to give to his colleagues.

The feedback from people in Stavanger was: "Go for it!" "Continue your work!" "I support you!" "Something has to be done!"
