Falun Gong practitioners in Taiwan often receive invitations from schools or communities to demonstrate the exercises. At the demonstration in Chiabei primary School, more than twenty students from the school were included. Chang Chin-chan, coordinator of the Falun Gong group at the school, said, “I practice Falun Gong and experience the grace of Dafa. With permission of the school president and parents, I use the lunch break to teach students the exercises and read Falun Dafa books. Step by step, the students improve their behavior and study hard. Several teachers have come to learn Falun Gong. They also teach students Falun Gong during lunch break. It has been nearly three years. Thus there are so many students to participate in the exercise demonstration.”

When demonstrating the set two, more than one hundred practitioners raised and held their arms in front of their heads, it was very quiet across the playground and the peaceful exercise music resounded in the air.

One person asked why CCP persecutes Falun Gong as it is so good. A practitioner explained, “The CCP cannot tolerate Falun Gong’s promotion of ‘Truth-Compassion-Tolerance.’ Out of personal jealousy, Jiang’s faction initiated the persecution in July 1999 and slanders Falun Gong with its propaganda machine. Falun Gong practitioners have endured persecution for almost 8 years. Nearly one million practitioners have been sent to prisons, labor camps, and mental hospitals. Many practitioners were killed. The persecution is still going on.”
