1. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Persecution of Several Falun Gong Practitioners
Many practitioners were persecuted in the Shuangyang District in Changchun City, Jilin Province in early 2007. The arrested practitioners include Mr. Zhang Dagang, Mr. Xie Fusheng, Mr. Wang Zhongping, Mr. Zhou Yandong, Mr. Li Changlin, Mr. Zhao Dequan, Mr. Li Li, Mr. Yang Shuhua, Ms. Zhang Rongfang, Ms. Wang and a practitioner surnamed Qin.

3. [Shandong Province] Seven Practitioners Held at a Brainwashing Center
Policemen Dong Ning and Zhao Xianwen arrested seven practitioners from the Shengcai Area between July and October 2007. They are Mr. Tan Shuyu, Ms. Sun Yanmei, Ms. Zhang Baoling, Ms. Zong Shanfang, Mr. Cui Baogeng, Mr. Jing Hai and Mr. Song Qing.
Mr. Tan was sentenced to two and a half years of forced labor. He suffered severe disease symptoms in the brainwashing center. Police attempted to put him into the Wangcun Forced Labor Camp, but officials from the forced labor camp refused his admission because of his condition. Mr. Tan and Mr. Cui are still being held at the brainwashing center.
Zong Shanfang, Sun Yanmei and Song Qing are being held at the Youqi Jishu Brainwashing Center.
Zhang Baoling could not straighten her back because of severe pain resulting from tortures in the Shengcai Brainwashing Center. She is extremely weak and has been transferred into the Shengcai Hospital. Ms. Zhang has been sentenced to one year of forced labor.
Jing Hai's detention location is unknown.
4. [Anqiu City, Shandong Province] Three Practitioners Arrested and Some Practitioners Harassed
Police from Anqiu City launched a new round of persecution of practitioners at 9:00 p.m. on November 2, 2007. They broke into practitioners' homes and ransacked them. Arrests of two practitioners have been confirmed. They are 46-year-old Ms. Tian Ruixia, living in the Dongguan Residential Community affiliated with the Anqiu City Flour Factory, and 41-year-old Ms. Guo Jianying, living in the city's Teachers Mansion. Police broke down the door of Mr. Wang Haiqing's home in the city's Flour Factory. Only Mr. Wang's 11-year-old child was at home. He was so frightened that he cried loudly. Mr. Wang's neighbors condemned the policemen, and the police eventually left.
The police went to Ms. Sun Yufen's home in the Flour Factory's Residential Community and attempted to arrest her, but failed. The police went to Ms. Liu Xiaoyan's mother-in-law's home in Linwu Town and arrested Ms. Liu on the morning of November 3, 2007 but released her later that same day. A woman practitioner from Shipuzi Town in Anqiu City was arrested. Some practitioners from other towns were harassed.
5. [Chiping County, Shandong Province] Supplemental Information Regarding Persecution Incidents of Several Practitioners
Ms. Zhang Huaying from Songzhuang Village, the Zhenxing District was arrested the same day as Mr. Song Zhaochen, on October 21, 2007.
Mr. Yin Chengjiang from Hanji Township was arrested on October 24, 2007.
Ms. Wang Xiuqin from Mizhuang Village, Leping Town, Chiping County was arrested on October 26, 2007. Ms. Wang's sister, Ms. Wang Xiurong, was also arrested. Police ordered the sisters' family to pay 30,000 yuan. The family has paid 12,000 yuan. The sisters staged a hunger strike and were released six days later.
6. [Jinan City, Shandong Province] Personnel from the Pingyin County National Security Division Persecute an Elderly Woman Practitioner, Ms. Zhang
Ms. Zhang from Pingyin County, Jinan City was followed on October 28, 2007 when explaining the facts of Falun Gong. National Security Division chief Yin Feng led some officers and ransacked Ms. Zhang's home. They arrested her and confiscated a lot of personal belongings. Ms. Zhang is presently being held at the city's detention center.

7. [Tangshan City, Hebei Province] Three Practitioners Arrested
Patrolling special agents arrested Ms. Gao Caiying, Ms. Yang Xiuying and Ms. An Guizhi from the Kaiping District, Tangshan City on October 30, 2007. The arrest happened when the practitioners explained the facts of Falun Gong in a market. The police ransacked Ms. Yang and Ms. An's homes. They also ransacked Ms. Gao's home in her family's absence. They confiscated a CMC TV receiver, one of Master Li's pictures, some Dafa books and Ms. Gao's salary card. Ms. Gao and Ms. Yang are presently being held at a detention center.
8. [Dai County, Shanxi Province] Persecution Incidents of Mao Xiangqing and Liu Ruixing
Mr. Mao Xiangqing, 53 years old, is from Nieying Town, Dai County, Shanxi Province. Dai County National Security Division chief Ding Jing, political head Qiao Shuangyou and Xinzhou City "610 Office" head Zhang Jianlin arrested Mr. Mao on September 13, 2006. Mr. Mao was later sentenced to one year of forced labor and was released in August 2007. Someone has been following and monitoring him since his release. He was deceived into going to a police station on October 23, 2007. The police then arrested him again. He is presently being held at the county's detention center.
Mr. Liu Ruixing, 55 years old, is from Ekou Town, Dai County, Shanxi Province. The police arrested him at his home on a morning in March 2006. They confiscated more than 4,000 yuan and some machinery and truth-clarification materials worth 20,000 yuan.
After being held for one year and seven months, Mr. Liu was recently sentenced to seven years in prison at the Xinzhou City Intermediate Court. Mr. Liu has appealed.

9. [Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province] Xie Chunmei and Fan Saiying Arrested
Someone reported Ms. Xie Chunmei and Ms. Fan Saiying to police at 9:00 p.m. on October 29, 2007 when they posted truth-clarification signs and flyers. Personnel from the Nanchang City Security Bureau followed them and later ransacked their homes. They put the two practitioners into the city's Xihu National Security Division. The police brutally beat them. Ms. Xie was bruised. The police confiscated three computers, two printers, some Dafa books and truth materials. Ms. Xie is presently being held at the city's No.1 Detention Center. Ms. Fan has been released.

11. [Nanchong City, Sichuan Province] Several Practitioners Arrested
Personnel from a police station in Huohua Township, the Jialing District, Nanchong City arrested eight practitioners from Lile Township the night of October 21, 2007.

Personnel from the Baiyin City Police Department arrested 62-year-old Mr. Wang Jidu, a retired employee from the city's Post Bureau, and ransacked his home on October 29, 2007.

17. [Xianghe County, Hebei Province] Dr. Wang Jianming Has Been Held at a Brainwashing Center for More Than 20 Days
Police from the Xianghe County "610 Office" and from the police department arrested Mr. Wang Jianming, a doctor from the county's Chinese Medicine Hospital, on October 11, 2007. They put him into the Weifang City Brainwashing Center.
Mr. Wang had been sentenced to forced labor twice and detained and fined several times. He still has scars left from the torture he suffered during his last term in a forced labor camp. Mr. Wang's wife could not withstand the relentless persecution and divorced him. Mr. Wang and his father led a life of suffering. His father's disease relapsed and he died.

18. [Weifang City, Shandong Province] Police Arrest Zhang Qirui and Ransacked Three Practitioners' Homes
Six officers from the Kuiwen Police Department broke into Mr. Zhang Qirui's home with a master key at noon on November 1, 2007. They ordered Mr. Zhang and his wife to sit still on a sofa and then ransacked their home. They arrested Mr. Zhang and confiscated some cash, a TV, a VCD player, some Dafa books and a satellite TV receiver.
Five officers from the police department broke into Ms. Wei Caihua's home at the Nanhu Community at 10:00 a.m. on November 1, 2007. They confiscated a satellite TV receiver and some Dafa books. They also broke into Ms. Hu Xiufen's home with a master key. They ransacked the place in the absence of Ms. Hu's family and confiscated a TV and a VCD player.
19. [Qianxi City, Guizhou Province] Persecution of Mr. Wang Dengqiao
Mr. Wang Deqiao, in his 40s, from Qianxi City, Guizhou Province was put into a detention center in the middle of September 2007. His wife divorced him after the persecution began on July 20, 1999 because she could not bear the pressure and harassment by the police.
20. [Beijing] Persecution of Li Shiying
Ms. Li Shiying was arrested on July 13, 2007. She was then sentenced to two and a half years of forced labor. This is her second forced labor sentence. The previous forced labor term ended in November 2006. Ms. Li is presently held at the Beijing Dispatch Center.
