On August 2, 2007, dozens of policemen from Funan County broke into the home of Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Han Yongping and confiscated his Falun Dafa books and truth-clarifying materials. They arrested Han and his wife and sent them to the custodial station. Han's wife and another practitioner were detained for several days and fined 1000 yuan before they were released. Han refused to write the so-called guarantee statement and was persecuted there.

2. [Fuyang City, Anhui Province] Falun Dafa Practitioner Ji Chuanyin Sentenced to Forced Labor Camp
Local police arrested Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Ji Chuanyin from Jiulong Town, Fuyang City, Anhui Province when he was at the hospital with his twelve-year-old son, who suffered from uremia. His critically-ill son asked to see his father many times but was always refused. Thus, he didn't see his father again before he passed away. Ji was sentenced to another three years in a forced labor camp after he had served the full sentence. He is now detained in Nanhu Forced Labor Camp in Anhui Province and is being persecuted there.

4. [Tanghe County, Henan Province] Falun Dafa Practitioner Cao Qingsong Persecuted
On September 28, two plainclothes policemen followed Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Cao Qingsong from Yuantan Township, Tanghe County, Henan Province when he was clarifying the truth to people. He managed to walk away with righteous thoughts, but police confiscated a laptop, a printer, and some Dafa books and truth-clarifying materials from his home. They also took some personal property including his mobile phone.

On the morning of September 26, 2007, Liu Hongtao, director of the National Security Division of the Public Security Bureau in Qi County, along with policeman Ma Binghong, broke into Ms. Hou Jialing's shop and arrested her. She is now detained and being persecuted at the custodial station in Qi County.

6. [Changde City, Hunan Province] Falun Gong Practitioner Chen Huiyin Illegally Sentenced
On the morning of October 17, 2006, more than ten plainclothes policemen arrested Falun Gong practitioner Ms. Chen Huiying, of Quling District, Changde City, Hunan Province at her home and took her to the Second Custodial Station. She was illegally detained there for ten months. At the time, Chen's husband was suffering from severe coronary disease and had 950f his stomach removed. He was unable to care for himself. Police ransacked her home and confiscated all the Falun Dafa books and truth-clarifying materials. Her husband was very frightened. He had a relapse of the heart diseases and required additional hospitalization.

8. [You County, Hunan Province] Dafa Practitioner Hong Qiu Arrested
On September 28, 2007, officials from the 610 Office in You County, Hunan Province ransacked the home of Ms. Hong Qiu. They found a note that said, "Withdraw from the CCP and you will be safe," so they arrested her. She is currently detained at the custodial station in You County.
Police have ransacked Hong's home and arrested her several times. In 2001 forty-year-old Hong went to Beijing to appeal for Falun Dafa. She was arrested and sent to a brainwashing center. She was forcibly detained at the custodial station for one month for not cooperating with the officials.
9. [Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province] Falun Dafa Practitioner Ji Guoxiang Arrested in Yunnan
In early 2007, Mr. Ji Guoxiang moved from Taiyuan City to work in Qujing City, Yuanan Province with his work unit (China Chemical Engineering Second Construction Corporation). On September 6, he was arrested by the police on night patrol. He is now illegally detained at the Zhanyi Police Station in Qilin City. Police searched his computer at his workplace and pressured the directors there. The Yunnan Provincial Public Security Bureau at the same time gave orders that the over 20 construction companies from all over the country who were stationed there must pay 20,000 yuan each as bond for security purposes.

10. [Xichang City, Sichuan Province] Falun Dafa Practitioner Mao Kaiming Died Due to Persecution
Dafa practitioner Ms. Mao Kaiming from Xichang City, Sichuan Province died as a result of persecution on August 20, 2007. Fifty-six year-old Mao was detained in forced labor camps four times and sentenced to jail once. She was still in detention at the forced labor camp when she died.

16. [Jiajiang County, Sichuan Province] Falun Dafa Practitioner Li Yuhua Illegally Sent to Forced Labor Camp
On April 11, 2007, Wang Xiulan, Party secretary of the local Community Committee, and Gao Shijun from the local police station, along with others, arrested Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Li Yuhua from Cheng Town, Jiajiang County and ransacked her home. Li was sentenced to three years in a forced labor camp and sent to the Longquan Forced Labor Camp. This is the third time she has been sent to a forced labor camp.
17. [Dongguan City, Guangdong Province] Falun Dafa Practitioners Zhang Guangping and Qiu Liping Arrested
On July 11, security guards reported Ms. Zhang Guangping and Ms. Qiu Liping who worked in the Shajiao Power Plant to the police when they were distributing truth-clarifying materials in Shatian Town, Dongguan City. They were arrested and taken to the Shangqiao Cutodial Station in Dongguan City, and their homes were ransacked. They were sentenced to one year in the Shanshui Women's Forced Labor Camp.

18. [Chongqing] Falun Dafa Practitioner Zhong Daqing and Three Others Arrested
Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Zhong Daqing, 55, is from Yangjiaping, Chongqing City. She is a retiree from Chongqing City Tongguanyi Locomotive Terminal of Chendu City Railroad Bureau. She was arrested on the morning of September 28, 2007, and is currently illegally detained at the Yuqingshi Custodial Station in Zhongliangshan, Chongqing City. On the same day four other practitioners were also arrested.
19. [Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province] Falun Dafa Practitioners Wei Peiling and Li Yuzhen Arrested
On September 23, Falun Dafa practitioners Ms. Wei Peiling and Ms. Li Yuzhen from Yuexiu District, Guangzhou City were arrested. Wei Peiling is detained at the Tianpingjia Custodial Station at Yuxiu District and Li Yuzhen was sent to the Chatou Law School where she was subjected to brainwashing.
20. [Hengyang County, Hunan Province] Crimes of the 610 Office and the Police Station in Goulou Township
Officials from the Political and Legal Committee, police and the Village Party secretary in Goulou Township have been strictly monitoring Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Dai Kuisong since August. They went to harass him at his home several times, and questioned his visitors. They arrested any practitioner who visited him. Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Hong Fuyin was arrested as a result.
21. [Hailar, Inner Mongolia] Falun Dafa Practitioner Fan Baojie and Others Arrested
Liu Tao and ten other police officers from the Railroad Public Security Bureau in Hailar, Inner Mongolia arrested seven railroad employees at Yitulihe District on September 6, 2007, including Mr. Lu Chuanwei, Mr. Fan Baojie, Mr. Liao Han, Ms. Wang Juan, Ms. Zhang Yuxiu, Ms. Ma Lan and Mr. Zou Yugui.
On September 8, Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Lu Guixiang, who owns a hair salon, was arrested and her home was ransacked.
22. [Yangchun, Guangdong Province] Falun Dafa practitioners Li Lixue and Lian Riguang Arrested
On November 30, 2006, Falun Dafa practitioners Ms. Li Lixue and Mr. Lian Riguang from Yangchun, Guangdong Province were arrested. They have been sentenced to five years in jail.
23. [Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province] Falun Dafa Practitioner Jia Shu Arrested and Practitioner Wang Bo's Home Ransacked
On September 23, 2007, Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Jia Shu from Heishan, Guangzhou City was arrested and her home was ransacked. Officials from the 610 Office in Haizhu District and police from the Chigang Street Police Station ransacked Wang Bo's home. They confiscated Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party books and computers.
24. [Xiangfan City, Hubei Province] Falun Dafa Practitioner Qiu Laxiang and Others Arrested and Their Homes Ransacked
On September 24, 2007, officials from the 610 Office in Xiangfan City and more than ten policemen from police stations in different districts ransacked Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Qiu Laxiang's home. They confiscated all her Falun Dafa books and computer equipment and forcibly took her away. She is now detained at the custodial station.
On the afternoon of that day Yang Dongsheng, director of the Security Office of the 609 Research Institute, and four officials from the 610 Office broke into the homes of Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Zeng Jihua and Ms. Wang Fengling and confiscated their Falun Dafa books.

25. [Dandong, Liaoning Province] One Falun Dafa Practitioner Arrested
In September 2007, the wife of Mr. Zheng, an engineer from Dandong Fiber Plant, who was Director of Falun Dafa Assistance Center in Dandong City before he was persecuted to death, was arrested.
26. [Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province] Details of Persecution of an Older Falun Dafa Practitioner
On May 31, 2003, a seventy-five year-old Falun Dafa practitioner went to see a couple who also practiced Falun Dafa, and was arrested. She was held at a custodial station for five and a half months and was severely tortured. She was sentenced to three years in jail for clarifying the truth about Falun Gong to people. On November 13, 2003, she was detained in the Guangzhou Women's Prison and tortured there. She was released on January 17, 2006 but was under surveillance every day and had limited freedom. Her work unit stopped paying her pension.

On the afternoon of August 23, 2007, Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Zhang Cuihuan was reported to the police when she was distributing truth-clarifying materials. Police from the Beichang Police Station in Beichen District of Tianjin City arrested her. She is now detained at the Beichen Police Station.
31. [Beijing] Falun Dafa Practitioner Wang Qingzhao Arrested
On the morning of September 28, 2007, police from Chaoyang Public Security Bureau and Liulitun Police Station, along with officials from the Liulitun 610 Office arrested Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Wang Qingzhao from Bializhuang, Chaoyang District, Beijing City. They ransacked his home. He is now illegally detained at the Chaoyang Custodial Station.
32. [Guizhou Province] Falun Dafa Practitioner Huang Huanzhen Arrested
On the morning of October 1, 2007, police from the Xihu Police Station arrested sixty-nine year-old Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Huang Huanzhen at the Jiaxiu Building. She was later transferred to Xingguan Police Station. In the afternoon police from the Xingguan Police Station and the City Public Security Bureau illegally ransacked her home and confiscated all of her Dafa books and Master Li's photo.

Falun Dafa practitioners Mr. Li Wei, Mr. Liu Qinghua and Mr. Meng Xiangchen were arrested on May 1 and May 4, 2007. They have been detained at Changtu County Custodial Station and were sentenced to three years in jail. They are appealing and demanding unconditional release.
34. [Shanghai] Additional Information about the Arrests of Falun Dafa Practitioners Lu Jinquan and Geng Jianhua
On September 26, Falun Dafa practitioner couple Mr. Lu Jinquan and Ms. Geng Jianhua were arrested. Their whereabouts are unknown.
Lu Jinquan was a regiment officer in Shangdong Air Force. He was transferred to civilian work in Shanghai and became deputy director of Huangpu District Bureau of Civil Affairs. In 2001 Shanghai police arrested the couple and they were illegally sentenced to two years in a forced labor camp, and were severely tortured. After they were released, they were constantly harassed by the police and deprived of work.

On September 29, 2007, Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Teng Guihong from Bayuquan District, Yingkou City, Liaoning Province, was reported to the police when he was clarifying the truth about Falun Dafa to people. Police from the Haixing Public Security Bureau arrested him. He is now detained at the 3rd Custodial Station in Yingkou City.

On the afternoon of June 25, 2007, police from the National Security Division of Gaizhou City, Liaoning Province and from Shuangtai Township Police Station broke into Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Gong Engrong's home and arrested both Mr. Gong and his daughter, Ms. Gong Yueai. They confiscated their computer and photocopier which was valued at 10,000 yuan. Police also extorted 5000 yuan from the family. The father and daughter are now illegally detained at the Bayuquan Custodial Station.

On September 27, 2007, officials from the 610 Office in Xiong County and the Town Government in Xiongzhou Town, along with police from the Shilipu Police Station broke into the home of Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Zhang Xiaodian from Shilipu Village, Xiaong County. They deceived her and took her to the Shilipu Police Station. She was detained there for one night and was deprived of sleep. Early the next morning they forcibly took Zhang to the Baoding Brainwashing Center, but the center refused to accept her because she had hypertension. The director of the Shilipu Police Station forced her family members to write a guarantee statement before he released her.

He is now illegally detained at the Changyi Custodial Station.

On September 26, 2007, police from the Shanhaiguan Public Security Bureau in Hebei Province arrested Dafa practitioner Mr. Deng Wenyang. He was sentenced to one year and nine months in forced labor camp. He was sent to the Gaoyang Forced Labor Camp in Gaoyang City. Ms. Zhao Chunming, Ms. He Xiujie, Ms. Deng Guiyun and Ms. Dong Yuxian were sentenced to one year and six months in a forced labor camp. Police Zhang Deyue sent them to the Kaiping Forced Labor Camp in Tangshan City.
Ms. Wang Shuqin was released because of health problems. Ms. He Xiuhua, Ms. Gao Shuzhen and Ms. Zhao Huanzhen were forced to become homeless to avoid further persecution.

On July 12, 2007, police from Jianhua Public Security Bureau in Qiqihar City and Meng Peiying and Li Ronghua from Dongwu Police Station attempted to arrest Falun Dafa practitioner Ms .Zhang Yizhen. Zhang was forced to jump from the fourth level of a building and became homeless to avoid further persecution.

They are now being illegally detained at the Second Custodial Station in Zaitou, Dianbai County.

At about 8:00 p.m. on September 15, Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Sun Shuying from Wangfanzhuan, Dongjiao, Baoding City, was arrested and sent to the Yangzhuang Police Station in Dongjiao. She was fined 4000 yuan and was not released until the next day.

They were illegally arrested. He Daozhen was sentenced to one year in a forced labor camp and was sent to the Provincial Women's Forced Labor Camp in Nanchang City.
