Reading Recalling Teacher's Compassion

(Clearwisdom.net) I cry whenever I read the article Recalling Teacher's Compassion. I deeply feel Teacher's immense compassion and feel that I was there in the scene that the article described. I have never met or seen Teacher in person, but I feel that Teacher is always beside me. Here, I would like to share some of my experience.

1. Practice

I used to be in the military. After I retired, I got a job in the local government. One of my relatives introduced me to Dafa, and I saw Zhuan Falun for the first time. I read the book only superficially the first time, feeling that the content is very good. Later I had a dream: I was riding a huge white elephant and going to the Falun Gong exercise site in my hometown. I felt it was very strange because I had never seen an elephant before, not to mention a white elephant, so how did I come to be riding a white elephant?

A few days later, my father sent me a copy of Zhuan Falun. My father was new to Falun Gong at that time, but he felt that Falun Gong was very good. Some miraculous things happened to him. On the fourth day after he began practicing Falun Gong, while sleeping, a big Fa wheel came out from his body and woke him up. On the eighth day, my father heard Teacher telling him; "I will purify your body tonight." Then he suddenly felt burning hot in his body, which lasted for the whole night. On the very next day, his persistent back pain and hyperplasia had disappeared. He felt very light and healthy.

After I got Zhuan Falun, I started reading it eagerly and read it through in one day. The book solved so many of my doubts about life. I felt so happy and realized that this was what I had been longing for all my life. When I was reading Zhuan Falun, I had burning feeling from my throat to my lower abdomen. Then I relieved a lot of blood and pus. I realized that Teacher was purifying my body. At that time, I hadn't started practicing yet. I felt it was unbelievable! Just reading the book cured my health problems.

Later, my father traveled over one thousand kilometers to my military unit to deliver video tapes of Teacher's lectures and exercise music tapes to me. Since then, my wife and I have practiced Falun Gong.

2. Studying the Fa and Cultivating Myself

One day shortly after I started practicing Falun Gong, when I just went to bed, I was awakened by something quickly spinning like a fan above my head. I also felt something moving in my abdomen. I realized that Teacher was planting a Falun into my body.

Because the military is a very closed environment, I didn't have many opportunities to meet other practitioners. So, I studied the Fa and exercised at home. Sometimes I worried when I couldn't understand Teacher's words and had nobody to share with. Once when I was studying the Fa, I thought; "How does the Falun spin, horizontally or vertically?" I kept thinking about this for a whole day. At night, when I almost fall asleep, but my mind was still clear, I saw Teacher come to me and point to my forehead. He told me: "When your celestial eye opens, you will know." I felt the power of Teacher's immense compassion, and tears ran down my face immediately. Then I saw a picture: a white haired, old Tao was beside Teacher. I could see the picture no matter if my eyes were open or closed. The next day, when I read Zhuan Falun. I saw a Falun behind each word. When I read Zhuan Falun with a very peaceful heart, I could see colorful lights coming out from the book. My heart was full of excitement and joy. Later in another dream, I saw the Falun in my abdomen like white jade. I saw it so clearly and could touch it with my hand.

I clearly understand that even though I'm far away from Teacher and living in danger, Teacher is watching after me and taking care of me. Teacher is not just taking care of me, but also my child and my family. Whenever my child has illness karma, it always happens to be on holidays and weekends and never took longer than a couple of days to be over, no matter how serious it appeared to be. In the past ten years, I saved a lot of money on medical care. It is true that with one practitioner, the whole family benefits.

3. Thanks, Teacher

Under Teacher's protection, I have cultivated for about ten years. During the eight years of persecution, I have held steady to my belief in Teacher and the Fa, no matter if it was when I was detained because of clarifying the truth, when I was monitored, when I was forced to retire from the military, or when the authorities tried to force me to turn in Dafa books. I never gave up, but protected all my Dafa books. The reason I have been able to come such a long way is because of Teacher's immense compassion and Teacher's enduring for me. I can't express enough my appreciation to Teacher. I can only say from my heart: "Teacher, I will do the three things well to pay my respect to your immense compassion."
