1. Jin Xingku, in his 40s, was from Suizhong Town, Huludao City. He reported Falun Dafa practitioners to the authorities many times. At the end of June 2005, he used handcuffs and a fake police certification to harass practitioners. Around July 24, 2005, Jin Xingku was suddenly diagnosed with three types of cancer. He died soon after. He was in great pain when he died. People who heard the news said he was facing karmic retribution.
2. Cao Zhende was the deputy secretary of the Politics and Law Section in Weiping County, Xingcheng City. He was very active in persecuting Falun Gong. He personally sent practitioners Yang Jingxin, Zhao Yuhua, and Lu Guiqin to Masanjia Forced Labor Camp. All local practitioners were harassed and threatened. Their homes were searched and Dafa books were confiscated. Some of them were ordered to pay a fine. Cao Zhende got liver cancer. The hospital refused to take care of him. He died on March 3, 2005. He was only 53 years old.
3. Liu Zhenping was the former branch secretary of the Communist Party in Liutun Village, Haibin County, Xingcheng City. He sent four local practitioners from the village to forced labor camps. In the summer of 2001, Liu got a strange disease. His internal organs all festered.
4. At the end of 2001, Suizhong City Public Security Bureau took two practitioners in a police car to Masanjia Forced Labor Camp, which is a widely known dark den where practitioners are persecuted. When the police car was driving back to the bureau on a very flat highway with no cars in front or behind, it suddenly flipped over. Four policemen were in the car. The injuries they incurred were exactly the same as those of the practitioners they had persecuted. Among the four policemen, Chang Weixin, an officer with the Politics and Law Section, was the cruelest, and his injuries were the most serious.
5. Zhang Xiaodong, the former deputy chief of Qianwei County, Suizhong City, always slandered Dafa at public meetings. His personal driver, Shen Wenyou, frequently sent secret information to Zhang to persecute practitioners. On the 7th day of the first lunar month in 2002, Shen Wenyou drove Zhang’s whole family home. The car crashed into a big truck on the way. Shen died on the spot, while both of Zhang’s legs were broken.
6. Zhang Wenquan from Dawangmiao County, Suizhong City often slandered Falun Dafa. Practitioners told him, "Good is rewarded, evil provokes retribution," but he paid no attention. In February 2002, in expectation of getting a monetary reward, he reported practitioners to the authorities. His neighbor joked with him, "Don’t do it. Many say that those who persecute Falun Gong will get retribution." Several days later, he found it hard to breathe. After he went to a hospital in the town, he was given oxygen for some days. He did not get any reward but did have to pay more than 1,000 yuan in hospital fees. He died eight days later, after he was sent home.
7. Jiao Wanxiang, male, 50 years old, was the chief of a police substation in Xintaimen Town, Huludao City, Liaoning Province. After July 20, 1999, he personally persecuted many practitioners. He beat them, sent them to forced labor camps, and extorted money from them. In December 2001, Jiao Wanxiang was driving from Xinwaimen Town, passing by a highway in Wanbaoshan. His car crashed into a tree. His car was destroyed and he had two broken ribs. One of his legs was broken, too. After that he himself said, "This is retribution for the bad things I’ve done!"
