On January 4, 2007, Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Sun Shuqing, who lives in the Gaoxin District of Jilin City, Jilin Province, was reported by a security guard when passing out truth clarifying materials inside the Changmao Garden neighborhood. Policeman Yao Zhenggang and others from Beishan Station in the Chuanying District of Jilin City arrested Ms. Sun Shuqing and detained her in Jilin City Detention Center that same day.
