1. [Jidong, Heilongjiang] On the afternoon of December 26, 2006, Three Female Practitioners from Jidong City Were Illegally Arrested at the Railway Station. They Are Now Being Held at the Railway Detention Center.
Practitioners Mr. Li Guanghui and Ms. Liu Haiyan were illegally arrested by the Guobao police of Diaobingshan City at about 6 in the afternoon on December 28, 2006. They are now being held in a local detention center. Their computer was stolen.

The 610 Office of Tonghua County plans to hold a brainwashing session in order to persecute practitioners. Personnel from the Tonghua City and Tonghua County 610 Offices, along with the head of the police substation of Guanghua town, Xu Zhiqiang, went to harass practitioners in their homes. They forced practitioners to write guarantee statements to give up their cultivation. The schoolmaster of Guanghua Town Primary School forced his pupils to sign their names to denouonce Dafa and to poison the minds of other pupils.

4. [Dongguang County, Hebei Province] Practitioner Mr. Li Huaixing to Be Sentenced
On the evening of December 6, 2006, practitioner Mr. Li Huaixing of Dongguang County was arrested by security bureau officials. He was prosecuted by the procuratorate of Dongguang County and is to be sentenced.

5. [Xinji, Hebei Province] Dong Shuangsuo and Seven Other Practitioners Arrested
On the night of December 27, 2006, a group of officers from the police substation in Tiangongying Town, led by Ding Chao, went to Xilangyue Village of Tiangongying Town and arrested Mr. Dong Shuangsuo and seven other practitioners. Mr. Dong’s wife was also arrested the next day. Mr. Dong Shuangsuo was taken to Xinji, and the others were held by the Tiantongying Town local government.

On December 26, 2006, the head of Guobao team of the public security of Wanquan County and others, barged into the homes of practitioners Ms. Huangjinrong, Ms.Bai Sufen, and Ms.He Yutao, ransacked their houses, and arrested them. They were takento Shisanli Detention Center of Zhangjiakou City.
7. [Qinhuangdao, Hebei Province] Two Female Practitioners Arrested; Their Whereabouts Unknown
On the night of December 28, 2006, two female practitioners, both of whom are over 50 years old, were arrested by patrol officers of the security section of Hebei Teacher’s College of Science and Technology (Qinhuangdao Branch School), while they were distributing truth clarifying materials at the college. They were taken to Qinhuangdao Guobao team (the public security bureau's 610 Office) via Baitaling police substation. The person in charge there is Lu Ping.

8. [Yongzhou, Hunan] Practitioners Ms. Wang Yuerong and Ms. Wang Sujuan Abducted and Detained
In the middle of December 2006, practitioners Ms. Wang Yuerong and Ms. Wang Sujuan of Yongzhou, the Zhishan District, were arrested by police officers from the Zhishan District, including Yang Wu, Chen Jianwei, and others, while the pair were distributing truth clarifying materials. They were also assaulted. Ms. Wang Surong's face was beaten so badly it became swollen and distorted.
10. [Hengshui City, Hebei Province] Practitioner Ms. Wang Wenpin Illegally Detained for Over a Month
Practitioner Ms. Wang Wenping was arrested and her home ransacked for clarifying the truth to the teachers and students in Qinghua University on the web. She has now been illegally detained for over a month.
11. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Practitioners Mr. Meng Yinhong and Ms. Rong Lianfang Arrested
Practitioner Mr. Meng Yinhong of Dongjiao Petroleum Factory of Chengdu City (around 60, an engineer), was arrested at home on December 14, 2006.
Practitioner Ms. Rong Lianfang from Dongjiao of Chengdu City, around 57, was arrested by Erxianqiao police substation around the middle of November. Ms. Rong’s home is in the Foreign Trade Warehouse dormitory of Erxianqiao.
12. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Practitioners Ms. Li Zaili and Ms. Li Houli Detained in the First Detention Center of Wuhan City
Ms. Li Zaili and Ms. Li Houli, sisters, were reported for distributing truth clarifying materials on the evening of December 20
Practitioner Ms. Xiao Suqing of the Baiyun District in Guangzhou City was transfered to a brainwashing center in Chatou Legal System School on December 22, 2006, for further persecution after she was detained in Xiejiazhuang Taihezhen by the public security bureau branch of Baiyun District for 15 days.
14. [Xinhua County, Hunan Province] Practitioner Ms. Chen Su-e Arrested
In December 2006, four officers from Yatian Police Substation of Longhui County barged into practitioner Ms. Chen Su-e's home, ransacked her it, and arrested her. She was brought to the Xinhua County Public Security Bureau. She has since been allowed to return home.
The 610 Office in Xinhua County recently has been following and monitoring practitioners.

15. [Zunyi, Guizhou Province] Three Chishui City Practitioners Sentenced to Forced Labor
On November 2, 2006, arrested practitioners Ms. Zhu Xingbi, Ms. Wang Zexuan, and Mr. Huang Zuyuan were sentenced to two years' imprisonment in Bazhong Forced Labor Camp of Guizhou on December 29.
16. [Yunfu, Guangdong] Practitioner Mr. Lai Zhenxian Detained for an Extended Period
In February 2002, the 610 Office in Yunfu, arrested practitoner Mr. Lai Zhenxian and took him to the Yunfu Brainwashing Center, but he successfully escaped.
On February 26, 2003, Mr. Lai, who is from Zhouxi of Dongguan, was arrested for the second time. He was sent back to Yunfu and was cruelly tortured while in custody there. Then he was sentenced to three years in Sanshui Forced Labor Camp. There he was beaten with electric batons for refusing to give up his beliefs. His term of imprisonment was prolonged by half a year for that reason. He was released on August 29, 2006, but the 610 Office in Yunfu told him to go to work at the agriculture bureau the second day after he returned home and also arranged to have him watched in his work unit.
Around September 26, 2006, Mr. Lai was arrested for a third time and is now in custody in the Sanshui Brainwashing Center.
Lai Zhenxian'wife, Ms. Li Shaozhen, was also arrested in September 2005 and was sentenced to two years' imprisonment in Sanshui Women’s Forced Labor Camp.
17. [Foshan, Guangdong] Practitioner Ms. He Sifeng Arrested
Practitioner Ms. He Sifeng was arrested by the police on the morning of December 5, 2006, while distributing truth clarifying materials in her local area. Her home is in Yanbuhexi, the Nanhai District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province.

18. [Hengyang, Hunan] Practitioner Mr. Wang Jiding Sentenced to Four Years of Imprisonment
On July 15, 2005, practitioner Mr. Wang Jiding was arrested by members of the 610 Office and is in custody at this time. The Second Circuit Court of Law of Hengyang City sentenced him to four years' imprisonment.
On December 8, 2006, the Longshan District Court of Liaoyuan City convened a trial for nine practitioners who had already been held for more than eight months. On December 14 the court passed sentences, the longest being 11 years of imprisonment. Others ranged from three to nine years.
Now these practitioners and their relatives are appealing to the People's Intermediate Court of Liaoyuan City.

In the last ten days of October 2006, practitioner Zhang Yucheng from Atuo town was abducted by the 610 Office and brought to a brainwashing center in Weifang. Police officer Fu Jinbin took advantage of Zhangs' right to visitation to extort money from his relatives and also made a phone call to extort 6000 yuan from Zhang Yucheng's friend for "function expenses."
Liu Changqi, chief of Guangming Police Substation of Xiangyang Bureau Branch of Hegang City ordered residential police officer Gao Feng to frame practitioner Mr. Hu Shijun. Mr. Hu was sentenced to three years of forced labor.

22. [Fujian Province] Police of Changting County Persecuting Practitioners without Restraint
Recently, the police of Changting county of Longyan in Fujian Province arrested many practitioners. Practitioners Mr. Lai Musheng, Mr. Rong Huo, and Mr. Dahe are being held in Changting County Detention Center. Fellow practitioners Ms. Xiao Baohong, Ms. Yuan Qixiu, and Ms. Liu Yanmei were forced into homelessness.
