1. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Yu Huaicai Undergoing Emergency Treatment in the Hospital Due to Hunger Strike
Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Yu Huaicai lives in Hulan District, Harbin City. He has been on a protest hunger strike ever since he was arrested and detained. Mr. Yin is now undergoing emergency treatment in the Hulan District Chinese Medicine Hospital.

3. [Beijing] Mr. Zhang Yong and His Mother Li Lianna Sent to Forced Labor
Falun Dafa practitioners Mr. Zhang Yong and his parents live in the Shuanghe Medicine Corp Family Housing located in Fangcaodi Area, Chaoyang District. They were all arrested from their home (see http://www.clearwisdom.net/emh/articles/2006/11/5/79644.html). Mr. Zhang Yong's father was released, but his mother Li Lianna and he were both sentenced to two years of forced labor. Mr. Zhang Yong is in the Tuanhe Labor Camp, and his mother is most likely in the Women's Labor Camp.
In 1999, Mr. Zhang Yong and his mother went to Tiananmen Square to validate Falun Dafa. They have been harassed by police many times in the past several years. Their family is under huge mental pressure. In July 2001, Mr. Zhang Yong was forcefully taken to a brainwashing class (for one month) directly from his workplace.
4. [Beijing] Ms. Liang Qiuzhan and Two Other Practitioners Arrested
Falun Dafa practitioners Ms. Liang Qiuzhan, 56, and Mr. Wang Yan, 36, are both former employees of the Xuanwu District Park. Another practitioner, Mr. Zhao Hui, 32, is unemployed. On May 5, 2006, these three practitioners went to pass out truth clarifying materials at the Tanzhe Temple in Mentougou District. They were all arrested. Policemen ransacked Mr. Zhao Hui's home and took away his computer, printer, and Falun Dafa materials. It is said that the practitioners are all under custody in the Seventh Division of the Beijing City Police Department.
5. [Tianjin City] Ms. Zhang Wenrong Detained in Banqiao Women Labor Camp
Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Zhang Wenrong, 62, lives in Nantuo Village, Dongli District, Tianjin City. In 2001, she was arrested in her rental home by "610 Officer" agents and sentenced to one year of forced labor, which was extended for 6 months. Ms. Zhang was arrested again in October 2006 when she was passing out truth clarifying materials. She has been sentenced to 15 months of forced labor again, and she is now detained in the Banqiao Women Labor Camp in Tianjin City.
6. [Shandong Province] Mr. Han Fengran Detained
Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Han Fengran is employed by the Rail Transportation Office of the Shandong Province Yan Mining Corp. He has been arrested recently, and he is detained in the Zoucheng City Detention Center.

7. [Leiyang City, Hunan Province] Ms. Liang Nianmei Detained
Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Liang Nianmei, in her 50s, lives in Leiyang City. She has been arrested recently and is now detained in the Leiyang City Detention Center.

8. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Mr. Wang Hongge Sent to Police Hospital
Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Wang Hongge was illegally sentenced to thirteen years in prison and detained in the Shiling Prison in Siping City. After more than six years of torture in the prison, Mr. Wang is in very severe physical condition. On January 5, 2007, he was admitted by the Changchun Prison Administration Hospital due to bad health.

9. [Weifang City, Shandong Province] Mr. Yu Wei's Home Ransacked
At 3:00 p.m. on January 4, 2007, four policemen from the Kuiwen District 610 Office and the police station stormed into Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Yu Wei's home with excuse of a registration check. They recorded the ransacking by video and took his Falun Dafa materials away.
10. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Chen Lei on Trial
At 10:15 a.m. on January 10, 2007, the Daowai District Court in Harbin City put Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Chen Lei on open trial. Mr. Chen Lei insisted that his personal beliefs are not against the law, and his lawyer defended him. The trial was less than one hour, and the sentencing is due to come out a week later.

11. [Shandong Province] Ms. Wang Xiuping Arrested
On December 23, 2006, four policemen stormed in Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Wang Xiuping's home in Tai'an City and took away her computer and truth-clarifying materials. Ms. Wang was detained in the Tai'an City Detention Center.
Ms. Wang Xiuping is a teacher employed by the Shandong Province Agricultural University Affiliated High School. Her employer tried to force her to stop practicing Falun Dafa, saying that otherwise he would cut off her salary and not let her work. Ms. Wang never cooperated with the unreasonable request, as she firmly believes that there is nothing wrong with Falun Dafa teaching people to be good.
12. [Baoqing County, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Sun Hong and Ms. Wang Yue'e Arrested and Detained
Falun Dafa practitioners Ms. Sun Hong and Ms. Wang Yue'e are both employee of the 853 Farm. The Third Division Farm Police Station Head Zhu Xuewu (male), policemen Jiang Hua and Jiang Tao, Farm Director He Huaixiang (male), and Police Department Head Ni Qizhou (male), arrested these two women together and had them sent to the Jiamusi City Labor Camp.
13. [Beijing City] Ms. Liu Chunfang Arrested
Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Liu Chunfang, 44, lives in Xiaohuling Village, Qianjiadian Town, Yanqing County (in Beijing City). On January 8, 2007, she was arrested when passing out truth clarifying materials in suburban Beijing. Police from Yanqing County ransacked her home on the same evening and took two copies of Falun Dafa books.
14. [Zibo City, Shandong Province] Mr. Wang Bing and Ms. Si Chunye Arrested
On November 24, 2006, Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Wang Bing (employed by Gaoqing County Transportation Bureau in Zibo City) and his wife Si Chunye (also a practitioner, employed by a liquor factory) were both facing being arrested at home by the Gaoqing County State Security agents. Mr. Wang Bing jumped from the third floor which caused him to be severely injured. He has since escaped from the hospital. Ms. Si Chunye is still detained. Their elderly mother, in her 80s, and their 6- or 7-year-old daughter are now left at home without proper care.
15. [Kaifeng City, Henan Province] Mr. Xue Genzhu Detained
Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Xue Genzhu, 57, lives in the Power Company Family Housing in Kaifeng City. On the morning of January 5, 2007, more than ten policemen from the Jin'an Street Station ransacked his home and took away his computer and other items. One of his fellow practitioner visiting him was also arrested, but escaped in the afternoon with righteous thoughts. Mr. Xue Genzhu is now detained in the Kaifeng City Detention Center.

17. [Mishan City, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Ye Zhenghui and Mr. Mao Dexing Facing Trial
In July 2006, Falun Dafa practitioners Mr. Ye Zhenghui and Mr. Mao Dexing (both from Hulin City) were transferred to the Mishan City First Detention Center. The Mishan City Court was scheduled to put them on trial at 8:00 a.m. on January 12, 2007, and they are allowing friends and families to sit in.
