(Clearwisdom.net) Since the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party was published, more than 17 million Chinese people have quit the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and its affiliations. On January 14, 2007, citizens from Taoyuan, Taiwan held a rally to support the withdrawals. Mrs. Chiou Shu-fen, County Representative, said that the CCP will crash down, not because of its economic crisis, but because so many people are abandoning it.

Several hundred people attended the rally held in Minzu Park in Taoyuan. Many attendees held banners to support the withdrawals. Trucks covered with many truth-clarifying display boards drove up and down the street, further exposing the CCP's brutality.

Mr. Wan, the manager of the newspaper The Epoch Times in Taoyuan, said that everyone in the world should read the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party and recognize the evil nature of the CCP. Chinese people should be proud of the withdrawals from the CCP. She said that Chinese people will have a bright future without the CCP.

Mrs. Chiou Shu-fen, Country Representative, also came to support the activity. She said that the CCP will crash down, not because of its economic crisis, but because so many people are abandoning it. Mrs. Chiou condemned the CCP's brutality and pointed out that Chinese people don't have freedom under the CCP.

Mrs. Huang, who already quit the communist organizations, told everyone about her experience of being persecuted in China. She hopes that more people will learn the truth about the CCP.

Two citizens who passed by the activity agreed that the CCP is evil. They both go to China for business, and know the truth about the CCP. They learned about how Chinese people have renounced the CCP, and said that they understood those Chinese people and supported them.

Many citizens who passed by the activity also condemned the CCP's brainwashing techniques.

The activity was reported by several media outlets, including Liberty Times and China Times.
