(Clearwisdom.net) The Hamburg Summit will be held from September 13 to 15, 2006 in Hamburg, Germany. Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao will lead a group of 40 Chinese Communist senior officials and a delegation of about 400 affiliated subordinate members to attend the Summit. On August 28, I gave out fliers in front of the Chinese Consulate to clarify the truth and expose the persecution of Falun Gong. What I did was perfectly within the boundaries of free speech laws in Germany, but the Chinese Consulate distorted the facts and made an erroneous report to the Government departments in Germany, claiming that I had tied a banner to the fence of the Consulate area. Deceived by this erroneous report, three German policemen came to the site and asked me to leave.
On August 28, I sent forth righteous thoughts and did the exercises in front of the Chinese Consulate. Then I went to the public area in front of the Chinese Consulate and unfolded some boards. I held the boards while I was giving out fliers to clarify the truth about Falun Gong. While I was there, I saw a white car drive out from the Consulate. Two staff members from the Consulate saw me and the boards, which said in German, English and Chinese: "Stop the Persecution of Falun Gong." The boards showed six pictures of Falun Gong practitioners being tortured in China. At about 11:00 a.m., a staff member from the Consulate came out to the gate and watched me while talking on his cellphone. At about 12:45 p.m, a police car came, and the officers asked me to leave immediately. The person I had seen talking on the phone then came out from the Consulate and spoke to the police.
One policeman told me that I had to apply for a permit, but I reminded him that, according to German law, there was no need to apply for a permit if there was only one person, so what I was doing was within the law. Furthermore, I was exposing the persecution that is still happening to Falun Gong practitioners in China. I myself had been detained for more than one year and been subjected to inhumane treatment for not giving up the practice of Falun Gong. I also told them about the crimes of harvesting organs from living Falun Gong practitioners happening now in China. One of the policemen was listening while the other asked me to leave. I asked them whether they were pressured by the Chinese Consulate, and they denied it. I thought that police involvement under this circumstance was unreasonable, but I left anyway.
A Western practitioner in Hamburg learned about the incident and called the local police. He learned that the local police had not been involved because the Chinese Consulate reported it to the department above them. These two policemen were from that department, but they were told that I had tied a banner to the Consulate fence and had invaded other people’s property. I didn’t realize that the Chinese Consulate had lied to the police until some fellow practitioners asked me about this. In fact, I held onto the boards to make it easier for people to see. I didn’t even want to put them on the fence of the Chinese Consulate.
In order to cover up their crimes, the Communist regime lies to deceive foreign government officials and police. Although they don’t admit to the persecution of Falun Gong in China, I myself was detained without any legal procedures and held in the forced labor camp for 16 months. In the Women's Forced Labor Camp in Beijing, where I was detained, there were over one thousand inmates, 700f whom were Falun Gong practitioners. Among those I knew, the eldest was 74, while the youngest was 18 years old. Every Falun Gong practitioner was tortured and forced to attend brainwashing sessions from the time they were sent in. The torture was not stopped until those who could no longer bear the mental and physical persecution signed a guarantee statement to stop practicing Falun Gong.
The moment I stepped onto the free land of democratic Germany, I sincerely wanted to tell my story to every person, whether they were Germans or Chinese people who were deceived by the propaganda of the Communist regime. Only after the organ harvesting from living Falun Gong practitioners was exposed did I realize the real purpose for the physical exams of hundreds of Falun Gong practitioners detained in the forced labor camp. The labor camp spent a huge amount of money on medical instruments and had a large medical staff. We had blood taken for testing, our blood pressure was measured and we underwent electrocardiograms, but we were never given the results. Most of the Falun Gong practitioners detained at that time did not report their names, home addresses, or work units for the sake of safety of their families and co-workers. If they disappeared, no one would look for them, so they became the best source for organ harvesting. I worry about them, so I decided to go to the Chinese Consulate to express my concern in the hope that the Communist regime will stop the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners and that more people will come out to support us.
Sooner or later the lies will be exposed. Like the German police officers, more and more Chinese people will learn the truth about Falun Gong and soon everyone will abandon the Communist regime. So far over 13 million Chinese people have withdrawn from the Chinese Communist Party and its affiliated organizations. This is the choice that Chinese people have made. I hope the staff at the Chinese Embassy and Consulates will stop helping the evil and will choose the right path for themselves.
