(Clearwisdom.net) Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Wang Fengqiang, employed by Jinan City Power Equipment Factory (within the Shandong Province Prison system), was illegally arrested when he distributed truth-clarification DVDs on August 23, 2006. Now he is being detained and mistreated at the notorious "Legal Training Center" at Liuchangshan Labor Camp (Liuchangshan Road) in Jinan City.
Mr. Wang Fengqiang is 33 years old. He strives to do everything well according the teachings of Dafa. He works diligently and does not pursue self-interest. He is regarded as a good person by his colleagues. However, after "April 25", 1999, the officers at his workplace began to persecute him, having talks with him to pressure him to renounce Falun Dafa. They also subjected Mr. Wang to illegal detention for long periods of time, forcefully took him to brainwashing classes, extorted large amounts of money from him, and laid him off work.
At noon on August 23, 2006, when Mr. Wang went to Donghuan International Plaza Building D to distribute truth-clarification DVDs, the police found him and arrested him. He was taken to Licheng District Dongfeng Police Station in Jinan City. At 9:00 p.m. on the same day, he was taken to the notorious "Legal Training Center" at Liuchangshan Labor Camp by the officers from his workplace and Licheng District 610 Office agents.
Mr. Wang has a two-year-old daughter. His salary is his family's only source of income. His arrest and detention makes the family's situation extremely difficult.
