(Clearwisdom.net) Since the persecution began on July 20, 1999, agents from the Hengshui City 610 Office and related officials closely followed the wicked Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and head perpetrator Jiang Zemin. They have brutally persecuted Falun Gong practitioners. In the past six years, 40 Falun Gong practitioners have died as a result of persecution in various counties and districts in Hengshui City. The names and circumstances of these practitioners are written below.
Taocheng District:
Ms. An Xiukun, 49 years old, was an outstanding teacher at the Zhongxin Street Elementary School in the Taocheng District, Hengshui City. During an "illegal detention" on June 11, 2004 she was force-fed by police officers Geng Zhanwu and Cui Deru, which caused her death.
Ms. Xiao Xingai, 39 years old, was beaten and tortured by Xin Kun and Cui Deru from the Police Division at the Hengshui City Detention Center. She died from the persecution on June 15, 2001.
Mr. Yang Yun, 43 years old, lived in Hengshui City. He started practicing Falun Gong in March 1996. He suffered from lung and heart disease, as well as bronchitis and many other illnesses prior to practicing Falun Gong. He was also allergic to more than twenty types of food. Mr. Yang became very healthy after he started practicing Falun Dafa. On May 22, 2000 he went to Beijing to appeal for justice for Falun Gong and was arrested. He was subsequently sent to the Lubei Administrative Custody Center in Hengshui City and later sent to the Hengshui City Detention Center. The guards tortured him and demanded to know the person who organized the appeal. On March 1, 2002, the officials from Yang Yun's place of work, Zheng Genqi and Wang Changxin, both heads of the Hengshui City Brainwashing Class, and collaborators deceived Wang Yun. They told him to report to his work unit, where they arrested him and sent him to Hebei Provincial Brainwashing Center. The persecutors at the brainwashing center extorted 10,000 yuan "tuition" from his employers. Between 8:00 a.m. and midnight, the 610 Office agents and collaborators forbade him to eat or rest. They bombarded him with Dafa-slandering materials and tried to force him to attack Dafa and Teacher. They asked him about the source of Minghui/Clearwisdom truth clarification materials and tried to deceive him into betraying Dafa and fellow practitioners. Mr. Yang firmly refused to cooperate with them. The perpetrators took turns attacking him and would not give him a break. At around midnight, Yang Yun had difficulty breathing. He had shortness of breath and his face turned blue. His whole body, including his fingernails and toenails, were black and blue, and he was sweating profusely. He soon became dehydrated and confused. Yang Yun's family went to his employers and asked for his release and strongly protested the persecution. The next afternoon, officials from Mr. Yang's work unit took him back. After Yang Yun went home he never recovered and passed away in March 2003 at the age of 43. Two days prior to his death, officers from his place of work sent people to harass and monitor him, to see if he had gone to Beijing.
Mr. Yang Zhaoxiang, 76 years old, was a retired employee from the No. 3 Hengshui City Railroad Bureau in Hebei Province. He started practicing Falun Gong after "April 25", 1999. In October 1999, officers from the Hengshui City Police Department arrested his daughter under orders from the 610 Office and sent her to the Hengshui City Detention Center. Yang Zhaoxiang was frightened and fell ill. He was hospitalized and passed away in March 2000.
Ms. Liu Guifang, 60 years old, lived in Hengshui City, Hebei Province. She was previously very weak with rheumatoid heart disease, breast cancer, and cholecystitis, among other illnesses, all of which disappeared after she started practicing Dafa in early 1998. Her health improved greatly from Dafa practice. After the persecution against Dafa began in 1999, Ms. Liu used various means to clarify the truth and validate Dafa. In early 2000, she went to Beijing to validate Dafa. The local officials threatened Liu Guifang many times at her home and tried to coerce her to give up Dafa. She passed away on October 3, 2002, due to the severe persecution.
Wuyi County:
Ms. Wang Dongmei was in her 30s when she was persecuted in a Hengshui City brainwashing class, after which she was unlawfully sent to Division 5 of the Shijiazhuang Forced Labor Camp. Ms. Wang was physically tortured and mentally tormented in various ways. She was tied up with a rope, shocked with electric batons, deprived of sleep and isolated for a long time. The guards exhausted all kinds of tactics but failed to destroy her will, so they sent her to a mental hospital, where she was injected with drugs. After Wang Dongmei was released on medical parole, her family saw that she was confused, and slow-moving with blunted reactions and dementia. She forgot many things. When asked why she was sent to the mental hospital, she stammered and said she didn't know. When asked what had happened to her in the hospital, she slowly answered that she was given drugs and received injections. When asked if she was forced to take drugs and injections, she answered yes. There were black and blue marks on her arm from being tied with ropes. Her husband later abandoned and divorced her. Because she was not clear-minded, she fell into a pond on March 12, 2004 and drowned. This is another death that resulted from the Jiang group's persecution.
Fucheng County:
Mr. Liu Qiusheng lived in Qingdong Village, Cuimiao Township, Fucheng County. On February 22, 2002 he was tortured to death by Kou Wentong, the deputy head of the police department, and by Zhang Zhijun, head of the Political and Security Section. Mr. Liu was 44 years old.
On February 2, 2002, Mou Dafu, Cuimiao Township Party Committee secretary, Jing Shucang from Yinghe Police Department and other officers from the police department arrested Liu Qiusheng without presenting any ID or evidence against him. The only reason for the arrest was that Liu Qiusheng practiced Falun Gong. At the police department, Kou Wentong, the deputy head, and Zhang Zhijun, the head of the Politics and Security Section, tied up Mr. Liu and beat him for more than one hour until he lost consciousness. Later, other detainees said that Liu Qiusheng was savagely beaten many times and was brutally force-fed while being tied to the death bed. In the twenty days between February 2 and February 22, Liu Qiusheng, who was healthy before the arrest, was tortured to death by Kou Wentong and other perpetrators.
Ms. Wang Sulan, 39 years old, lived in Fucheng County and died from the persecution.
Ms. Zhang Xiuling, 68 years old, who had been illegally arrested several times, was savagely persecuted over the past six years because her whole family practices Falun Dafa. The abusers from the Cuimiao Town Police Department once hung a humiliating placard around her neck and paraded her through the streets. Her oldest son Liu Qiusheng was tortured to death by persecutors from the Fucheng County Police Department. Ms. Zhang passed away in early July 2005 due to constant harassment from the perpetrators.
Anping County:
Mr. Zhang Jianxun, 64 years old, lived in Anping County and died from persecution.
Jizhou City:
Ms. Li Jinxiu, 60 years old, lived in Xuzhuang Township, Jizhou City. She suffered from coronary heart disease, rheumatoid arthritis and many other illnesses before she started practicing Falun Gong in 1997. Her health improved greatly after she practiced Falun Gong. In May 2000, Ms. Li went to Beijing to appeal for justice for Falun Gong. On July 20 she was sentenced to three years of forced labor. The labor camp refused to accept her because she was ill. After she returned home, perpetrators from the Xuzhuang Township Police Department in Jizhou City constantly harassed and persecuted her. She passed away on December 13, 2005.
Mr. Shi Gejing lived in Xinzhuang Township in Jizhou City. He started practicing Falun Gong in 1997. After the persecution against Dafa began, he was deprived of the environment to practice his belief. He passed away on October 10, 2003.
Mr. Li Huimin, 53 years old, lived in Xinzhuang Village, Xiaozhai Township, Jizhou City. He started practicing Dafa in 1997. After July 20, 1999, he was held under administrative detention four times. In May 2000, Mr. Li was sentenced to five years in prison and was incarcerated at the Jidong Prison in Tangshan City. Li Huimin was physically tortured and mentally tormented for five years. He was subjected to grueling brainwashing, slave labor and other forms of inhumane mistreatment, which severely harmed his health. When he was released from prison in 2005, Li Huimin was extremely weak. His family accompanied him on the way home. He vomited all the way home. After he returned home, he often stumbled and had dizzy spells. In the evening of February 2, 2006, Mr. Li suddenly fainted and he was diagnosed with a brain stem hemorrhage. He passed away on February 5, 2006.
Ms. Wang Tonggui, 63 years old, lived in Zhouxianzhuang Village, Xiwang Township, Jizhou City. She previously suffered from headaches and stomachaches, among other illnesses. After she started practicing Falun Dafa in 1998, Ms. Wang's body was quickly purified within a short time and all of her illnesses disappeared. Jiang and his accomplices started persecuting Dafa in 1999. Ms. Wang was thus deprived of the group environment in which Dafa practitioners could help each other. Her health deteriorated and she passed away on June 6, 2004.
Jing County:
Mr. Liu Lianyi, 54 years old, lived in Nanjie Village, Sun Town, Liangji Township, Jing County. In October 1999, Liu Lianyi refused to give up his belief and was arrested and sent to the Liangji Township Police Department. Police department head Nie savagely beat Mr. Liu and later sent him to the Jing County Detention Center. He died from a brutal beating in November 1999.
Ms. Wang Jingfang lived in Depo Village, Beiliuzhi Town, Jing County, Hengshui City, Hebei Province. The local police frequently harassed and threatened her because she practiced Falun Dafa. In 2001, her two sons were illegally arrested and detained for several months. Her younger son suffered from a mental collapse due to the torture he experienced in detention. Her older son went on a hunger strike to protest the persecution and wasn't released until he was at the brink of death. His family was extorted out of several thousand yuan. In August 2002, Ms. Wang's older son was arrested again and sent to the Hengshui Brainwashing Class where he was beaten and otherwise abused. Later, he jumped out of a second floor window to escape. At present, he is still wandering homeless from place to place to avoid further persecution. The brutal persecution of her two sons was a great mental burden for Wang Jingfang. She passed away on May 29, 2004.
Ms. Sun Shuying, 60, was from Wencheng Township, Jing County, Hebei Province. She had many illnesses before she started practicing Falun Dafa in 1998, but became healthy through the practice. After July 20, 1999, when Jiang's Communist regime started the persecution of Falun Gong, Ms. Sun went to appeal for Dafa but was arrested by lawless people from the township and the local police station. She was detained for two days, threatened, and fined 500 yuan. After her release, Ms. Sun was often harassed, making her depressed and having a negative impact on her health. She never recovered. In the spring of 2001, her son was arrested and sent to a county brainwashing class and later a detention center for four months. This incident traumatized Sun Shuying even further. In 2003 she showed symptoms of a cerebral hemorrhage, and died on March 6, 2005.
Shenzhou City:
Ms. Liu Fuse, 67 years old, was an agricultural university graduate, and a retired employee from a department in the Shenzhou City government. In 1999, she was taken to a brainwashing center. She later escaped but had to leave home and live in different places to avoid persecution. In July 2001 Communist regime officials tortured her to death.
Mr. Yin Genwang, 69 years old, lived in Shenzhou City and died from the persecution.
Ms. Jia Jing was in her 50s and lived in Xin Village, Chenshi Township, Shenzhou City. She worked as a teacher. In 1998, within a few months of beginning Falun Dafa practice, she was cured of various illnesses. After the persecution began on July 20, 1999, agents from the township's 610 Office extorted money from her and threatened that she would be fired, and then arrested her. Ms. Jia was subjected to tremendous pressure and suffered a relapse of her old illnesses. She passed away on November 23, 2003.
Mr. Sun Daye, 41 years old, was from Chenshi Village, Shenzhou City, Hebei Province. After he and his wife started to practice Falun Dafa in the winter of 1998, he benefited physically and spiritually. After the persecution began on July 20, 1999, this couple went to Beijing twice to validate Dafa. Mr. Sun was several times detained and persecuted in the police station, at a 610 Office, at a brainwashing center and a detention center. His home was illegally searched. Sun Daye was cruelly beaten, threatened, fined, and otherwise severely harassed. The persecution traumatized him greatly, both spiritually and physically. On June 29, 2003, Mr. Sun died from a recurrence of his former illness.
Ms. Wei Shuguo was 78 years old and lived in Xiyangtai Village, Shenzhou City, Hebei Province. She started practicing Falun Dafa in 1996. She and her granddaughter went to Beijing to petition for justice and clarify the truth after the persecution started on July 20, 1999. On the evening of March 1, 2001, officers from the Shenzhou City Police Department ransacked her home, arrested her son, daughter-in-law, grandson and granddaughter. Her family members were brutally abused and beaten at the police department and the detention center. The police also arrested practitioner Mr. Ke Xingguo, an employee of the Central Ministry of Agriculture in Beijing who was hiding in their home to avoid arrest in Beijing. Mr. Ke Xingguo was cruelly beaten and detained in the Shenzhou City Detention Center, and later sentenced to ten years in prison. He is still being held in the Fourth Hebei Province Prison. Ms. Wei Shuguo's son and daughter-in-law were detained for nine months. During that time, neighbors, relatives, fellow practitioners, and her teenaged grandchildren had to do all the work on the family farm. The elderly Ms. Wei also had to help with the farm work. The stress severely damaged her mental and physical health. In December 2001, her son was released from prison after paying 7,000 yuan in extortion fees, but her daughter-in-law was sentenced to three years in prison. Only one week later, Ms. Wei Shuguo suddenly developed severe swelling and died in late December 2001.
Mr. Li Zhentong, 67, and his wife, Mrs. Zhang Xiuhe, also 67, lived in Qinghuitou Village, Donganzhuang Town, Shenzhou City, Hebei Province. They had joined the peaceful appeal in Beijing on July 20, 1999 and returned home safely. In 2000, police intimidated their practitioner son for distributing truth-clarification materials. He left home for fear of illegal arrest. Police and 610 Office personnel often harassed and bullied Mr. Li and Mrs. Zhang. They suffered physical abuse and psychological persecution. Mrs. Zhang passed away on July 3, 2003, and Mr. Li died on October 21, 2005.
Mr. Shan Wanchang, 61 years old, lived in Cuijia Township, Chenshi County, Shenzhou City. He started practicing Falun Gong in 1998 and benefited tremendously. After the wicked CCP started persecuting Falun Gong in 1999, Mr. Shan was twice arrested and detained at the Chenshi County Police Department. His home was ransacked. He was extorted out of money and was savagely tortured. Mr. Shan was forced to write a guarantee statement to renounce Dafa and was deprived of the environment to practice Dafa. He passed away on March 21, 2004.
Mrs. Su Xinyue, 78 years old, lived in Tangfeng Village, Tangfeng Town, Shenzhou City, Hebei Province. She suffered from illness and lethargy before beginning Falun Dafa practice in 1992. Through cultivation and practicing the Falun Gong exercises, all her previous diseases disappeared and she became energetic. However, because of the persecution against Falun Gong, Mrs. Su no longer had a good cultivation environment. Because she could only recognize a few words, she could not study the Fa by herself and she could not practice the exercises normally. Her illness relapsed and she passed away in the winter of 2004.
Mr. Zhang Zengkui, 40, was from Dayulin Village, Shenzhou Town, Shenzhou City, Hebei Province. After he began practicing Falun Gong in 1998, his rheumatic heart disease and stroke symptoms improved for the better. But because of the persecution by Jiang's regime after July 20, 1999, Mr. Zhang died from the recurrence of his illnesses on February 15, 2000.
Mr. Zhao Jinwang, 47 years old, lived in Xiyangtai Village, Shenzhou City. He benefited physically and mentally after he began Falun Dafa practice in 1994. On April 25, 1999 and July 20, 1999, Mr. Zhao went to Beijing to validate Dafa. Persecutors from the Shenzhou City 610 Office, the police and county police departments constantly harassed him. In August 1999 Mr. Zhao was arrested and sent to a Shenzhou City Study Class and held for 24 days. In October 2000 he was held at the Shenzhou City Police Department for one month. Persecutors from the police department's 610 Office often harassed him at home and coerced him to give up Dafa. He suffered mentally and developed cancer in 2004. He passed away in August 2005.
Ms. Liu Xinyun was a 28-year-old middle school teacher from Shenzhou, Hubei Province. After July 20, 1999, Jiang's regime started persecuting Falun Dafa. Because Ms. Liu was steadfast in practicing Falun Dafa, the Shenzhou 610 Office repeatedly locked her up in detention centers and sent her to brainwashing classes to persecute her. Ms. Liu became mentally unstable during her last brainwashing class incarceration. When her family members brought her home, police officers placed her under house arrest. She never recovered from the trauma of the persecution. In the summer of 2000, Ms. Liu jumped from a fourth floor balcony. She was seriously injured and paralyzed from the neck down. After a few months of agonizing suffering, she died.
Ms. Yang Xiaowen, a practitioner from Shenzhou City, Hebei Province, cultivated in Dafa steadfastly. As a result, she suffered long-term harassment and persecution by government agents, and passed away on August 2, 2005.
Mrs. Yang Xiaowen, 51, was a Dafa disciple from Matun Village, Shenzhou City, Hebei Province. She went to Beijing to appeal for justice for Falun Gong with her whole family on July 22, 1999. In the meantime, police officers from Shenzhou City broke into her residence while no one was at home and ransacked it. In late November 1999, Mrs. Yang and her husband again went to Beijing to appeal. Agents from the Shenzhou City Police Department took them back and detained them at a detention center. Four police officers, including Jia Shuangwan and Zhang Yuchao, shocked the couple on their heads and faces with electric batons and hit and kicked them. In 2000, Mrs. Yang was sentenced to a forced labor camp because she persisted in her steadfast belief. She was sent to the Shijiazhuang City Forced Labor Camp. Under Teacher's protection she walked away from the forced labor camp using the power of her righteous thoughts. In the autumn of 2001 Mrs. Yang went to Beijing again to validate the Fa. Afterwards, Shenzhou Police Department agents arrested and returned her to the detention center. After more than ten days on a hunger strike she walked out of the detention center openly and legitimately. However, due to long-term harassment and persecution by Communist regime agents, Mrs. Yang suffered severe mental and physical trauma. In the spring of 2005, after suffering harassment by agents once again, she developed symptoms of a serious brain hemorrhage. She could not speak, her arms and legs were paralyzed, and she could not take care of herself. Mrs. Yang's husband was also illegally sentenced to a forced labor camp because he steadfastly cultivated in Dafa. Later, he escaped from the labor camp with the power of his righteous thoughts, but decided to become homeless to avoid further persecution. Mrs. Yang's 20-year-old son was also beaten and disabled by police officers from the Shenzhou Police Department because he persisted in cultivating Dafa. After suffering huge mental and physical agony, Mrs. Yang Xiaowen passed away on August 2, 2005.
Ms. Ren Xiaochou, 65, was a practitioner from Mucun Town, Shenzhou City, Hebei Province. After the persecution started, she was repeatedly threatened, fined, and arrested by personnel from the township government. After Ms. Ren refused to pay extortion money, they forced her to do physical labor at the township government. Later she witnessed an incident at her daughter's home where the police took a family member away. This caused her great mental and physical trauma. On April 2, 2005 Ms. Ren showed symptoms of sickness, and died on July 8, 2005 of a cerebral hemorrhage.
Zaoqiang County:
Ms. Li Junying, 55 years old, lived in Shuiti Village, Xintun Township, Zaoqiang County. She had suffered from breast cancer for a long time. After Ms. Liu started practicing Falun Gong in 1998, she was cured of cancer and recovered full health. However, she had a relapse due to the persecution, and passed away in November 2003.
Mr. Zhang Guigen, 59, lived in Jiangzhuang Village, Zaoqiang County, Hebei Province. After he learned Falun Gong in 1998, all his illnesses disappeared and he became healthy. After the persecution started on July 20, 1999, Mr. Zhang was forced to give up the practice. As a result, his old illnesses recurred. He tried many medical treatment methods but none of them worked. He died in May 2002.
Gucheng County:
Mr. Liu Enfang, 77 years old, lived in Xiaohua Village, Xiazhuang Township, Gucheng County. After he started practicing Falun Gong in 1996, he quickly recovered full health. After the slanderous propaganda against Dafa started on July 20, 1999, Mr. Liu told everyone that Dafa was good. His daughter was persecuted and sentenced to one year of forced labor. He went to the labor camp but the guards refused to let him meet with her. Mr. Liu endured a lot of psychological stress, and he passed away on April 6, 2001.
Ms. Zhang Jinhong, 50 years old, was a teacher at the No. 3 Primary School in Gucheng Township, Hebei Province. She recovered from breast cancer after practicing Falun Gong. After July 20, 1999, Ms. Zhang's husband tried everything to stop her from practicing and interfered with her because of the pressure and propaganda from the evil Party. Additionally, she lost the cultivation environment, had a relapse of her old illness and passed away on May 17, 2005.
Ms. Wang Cuifen, in her 60s, was a physician of Chinese medicine in Gucheng County, Hebei Province. In the spring of 1998, she started to practice Falun Gong, and all of her illnesses vanished. After July 20, 1999, when the persecution began, Ms. Wang's family members feared she would get into trouble, so they forbade her from practicing Falun Gong. Wang Cuifen had a heart attack in the spring of 2004 and passed away.
Ms. Jiang Guixian, 52, was a resident from Zhengkou Town in Gucheng County, Hebei Province. After July 20, 1999 when the evil regime began suppressing Falun Gong, she was arrested and sent to a brainwashing class. Policeman Shao Li and others confiscated her family's property. The cadre of the division, along with 610 Office personnel, frequently threatened Ms. Jiang. Around April 2000, Shao Li and other police officers ransacked her home and threatened to again send her to the brainwashing class. Following that incident, Ms. Jiang had a stroke which caused a brain hemorrhage and she died suddenly.
Ms. Jia Xiushun was a resident of Qinghanzhen Village in Gucheng City, Hebei Province. In 1998, she started to practice Falun Gong, and all her illnesses disappeared. She was a changed person. After the persecution began on July 20, 1999, Ms. Jia was arrested, sent to a brainwashing class and fined. Jia Xiushun gave up the practice because of fear. She died of an illness soon thereafter, in January 2001.
Raoyang County:
Mr. Xing Zhuanyun, 81, was a practitioner from Beizhangbao Village, Raoyang County, Hebei Province. In the winter of 2004, personnel from the local 610 Office went to his village and asked him if he still intended to practice Falun Dafa. Mr. Xing answered, "Yes." However, later on the 610 Office made up a "guarantee letter" for him, stating that he would quit practicing. This had a profound physical and psychological effect on Mr. Xing. He passed away on February 11, 2005.
Mr. Zhu Zhisheng, 66, was a Falun Gong practitioner in Raoyang County, Hebei Province. In 2000, county police officers searched his home and extorted 6,000 yuan from him. Mr. Zhu died on August 29, 2000 following 22 days of continuous persecution.
Personnel Responsible for the Persecution of Dafa Practitioners
Due to great duress, coercion and promises of promotion and financial gains, some officials in Hengshui City actively directed and participated in the persecution of Falun Gong, which resulted in the death of more than 40 Falun Gong practitioners. These officials owe blood debts!
Officials in Hengshui City who participated in the persecution of Falun Gong:
Liu Dezhong: former secretary of the Hengshui City Party Committee. Has followed the vile Party in persecuting Falun Gong between 1999 and 2001, when he left his post.
Li Junqu: current secretary of the Hengshui City Party Committee. Former mayor of Hengshui City, has planned and personally participated in the persecution.
Tian Jieshi: former secretary of the Hengshui City Party Committee. He is currently deputy head of the Political Association, former head perpetrator in charge of persecuting Falun Gong in Hengshui City. During his term between 1999 and 2001, he was the head perpetrator who orchestrated the overall persecution in Hengshui City.
Zhang Zengliang: current secretary of the Hengshui City Political and Judiciary Committee. He took over after Tian Jieshi as the head villain in charge of persecuting Falun Gong. He has been head perpetrator, orchestrating the overall persecution in Hengshui City since 2003.
Wang Baojun: current secretary of the Hengshui City Political and Judiciary Committee. In charge of persecuting Falun Gong.
Ding Zhenou: first head of the Hengshui City 610 Office. Currently deputy head of the Hengshui City People's Congress.
Lu Songyin: head of the Hengshui City 610 Office. Currently deputy head of the Hengshui City People's Congress.
Ji Lijian: deputy head of the Hengshui City People's Congress, heading the persecution.
Liu Guangying: current head of the Hengshui City Police Department, persecution administrator.
Wang Wenhua: former head of the Taocheng District 610 Office in Hengshui City. Secretary of the Taocheng District Political and Judiciary Committee, head of persecution in the Taocheng District, and currently deputy head of the Hengshui City People's Congress.
Li Baoxing: currently secretary of the Hengshui City Politics and Law Committee, in charge of persecuting Falun Gong in the Taocheng District.
Xing Wenxue: current head of Taocheng District 610 Office, took this position in 2003 and in charge of persecution in the Taocheng District.
Wu Hanbing: head of the Taocheng District Police Department in Hengshui City, persecution administrator.
Sun Jiancai: deputy head of the Taocheng District Police Department in Hengshui City, in charge of persecuting Falun Gong.

Wang Changxin: officer from Division 1 of the Hengshui City Police Department and deputy head of the Hengshui City Brainwashing Class. He is vicious and devoid of human nature. He has arrested, beaten and interrogated Dafa practitioners and ransacked their homes for a long time.
Xi Xinkun: head of the Hengshui City Detention Center. He personally participates in the persecution of Dafa practitioners. He tortured Dafa practitioners and is one of the main perpetrators responsible for the torture death of Xiao Xingai.
Geng Zhanwu: head of the Hengshui City Administrative Custody Center. He is vicious toward Dafa practitioners and is one of the main abusers responsible for the torture death of Xiao Xingai.
Two Cases of Retribution
Hou Dajian, head of the Anping County Political and Security Section in Hebei Province, retired in 2005. He has persecuted Dafa practitioners since July 20, 1999 and arrested the practitioners and extorted money from them. His wife died from a terminal illness late last year.
Dafa-slandering propaganda posters were found inside Yucai Middle School in Anping County, Hebei Province. Dafa practitioners took the posters down and clarified the truth to people in the middle school. The school principal reported them and the practitioners were arrested. Soon afterwards, during a robbery, criminals stabbed the principal's wife several times, leaving behind severe knife wounds, and robbed her of more than 50,000 yuan in cash. People said that the principal and his wife were punished for persecuting Dafa practitioners.
