(Clearwisdom.net) Within less than three weeks since the revelation of the Chinese Communist regime's (CCP) harvesting of live Falun Gong practitioners' organs for profit in the Sujiatun Concentration Camp, Falun Gong practitioners in Toronto, Canada initiated an SOS Car Tour in Ontario. From March 27 to 31, 2006, practitioners visited the offices of mayors and members of parliament in 18 cities in the Midwest area of the province, calling upon the Canadian government and people to condemn the CCP's brutality and help stop the persecution of Falun Gong in China that has lasted for seven years.

Since a former journalist disclosed the Sujiatun Concentration Camp on March 8, 2006, people overseas were shocked. On March 17, the ex-wife of a doctor who once performed organ removal operations on living Falun Gong practitioners at the Sujiatun Thrombosis Hospital of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine confirmed these revelations. A veteran military doctor who did not want to disclose his name recently also revealed to the media that the Sujiatun Concentration Camp truly exists, and there are 36 similar concentration camps in China.

When Falun Gong practitioners arrived in a city, they would unfurl banners in front of the city hall and read a letter to the mayor. Passersby expressed their deep shock and showed their support for the practitioners. One passerby was extremely emotional, and said, "Too cruel, God will be enraged. Please pass me your signature collection letter, I want to sign."

A city councilor passed by and gave his name card to the practitioners, and said, "I support you."

Some members of parliament learned about the facts and signed the petition on the spot to express their support. They also told practitioners how to contact other members of parliament and asked practitioners, "What can I do for you?"

An overseas Chinese student learned about the Sujiatun Concentration Camp incident and said, "I'm ashamed of such a thing happening in my country!" He then signed the petition to call for an end to the persecution.

The Car Tour last week drew the attention of local media. Reporters from The Oakville Beaver, Orillia Today, Mississauga News, Orillia Packets & Times, Midland Mirror, A-Channel inquired in detail about the incident and filed reports on it.

One of the coordinators expressed that the CCP's acts are horrible and inhuman, but all this is taking place under the disguise of lies. Through the SOS Car Tour, we wanted to expose the Sujiatun incident to the public. We urgently call upon the Canadian government to pay attention to this situation. Write to the office of the Prime Minister and urge the Canadian government to meet with the Chinese Ambassador in Canada to require an explanation, and send people to China to conduct a thorough investigation.

In the appeal letter to mayors, Falun Gong practitioners mentioned that we Canadians should not repeat the mistakes of the past, just as when the Nazis killed millions of Jewish people during WWII, western society kept silent. When later generations ask us what we did when the Communists committed similar crimes in the 21st century, we will feel ashamed for remaining silent at this time. So we should take active steps to safeguard the basic morality and conscience of humanity.

The SOS Car Tour will travel through all the major cities in Ontario. The Car Tour last week visited the offices of mayors and members of parliament in 18 cities in the Midwest area, including Mississauga, Oakville, Hamilton, Guelph, Cambridge, Kitchener, Waterloo, London, Windsor, and delivered 36 copies of related materials regarding the Sujiatun Incident provided by the World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong. The next two weeks, the car tour will continue visiting cities in the eastern and northern areas of Ontario.
