On December 12, 2006, Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Sun Ren (in his forties) from Hongkeli Township, Yilan County, Heilongjiang Province drove his family vehicle in an illegal fashion. Police were in the process of fining him 200 yuan, when they found six sets of Dissolving Party Culture, a HP1020 printer, a package of printer paper, and three calendars. The police reported the find immediately, arrested Mr. Sun Ren, and then tortured him. Another practitioner who was in his vehicle escaped, but Mr. Sun Ren is still detained.
At around 9:30 p.m. on the same day, five policemen ransacked Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Gong Fengqiang's home. Mr. Gong Fengqiang's wife escaped quickly. One elderly practitioner was extorted seven thousand yuan cash on the spot. Mr. Gong Fengqiang and their guest, Ms. Wu Shulian, were both arrested.

10. [Xinji City, Hebei Province] Persecution Crime by Li Shaojun
Li Shaojun (male), is the Xicheng Village CCP Committee Chair in Nanzhiqiu Town, Xinji City. He said that he would report the group practice site to the police many times. On November 11, 2006, 6 to 7 policemen stormed into a Falun Dafa practitioner's home, claimed that Li Shaojun had assigned them to do it, and then proceeded to ransack the place.

11. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Mr. Shen Xuewu Arrested
On the afternoon of December 14, 2006, Wuchang Military Finance Institute Administration helped police arrest Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Shen Xuewu. Mr. Shen was a teacher employed by the Xiaogan City College. He was sentenced to three years in prison because he cultivated Falun Dafa after July 20, 1999. He was doing labor work upon being released. He was working for the Wuchang Military Finance Institute when he was arrested.
12. [Puning City, Guangdong Province] Ms. Huang Tingluan Secretly Sentenced to Three Years in Prison
Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Huang Tingluan, 63, lives in Puning City, Guangdong Province. She has been detained in the Puning City Detention Center for six months due to clarifying the truth about Falun Dafa and persuading people to do the three withdrawals. Guards did not allow her family to visit her in these six months. Recently, her family found out that she has been secretly sentenced to three years in prison, and her whereabouts are unknown.
13. [Fusong County, Jilin Province] Mr. Sun Changping and Ms. Yan Yuxiang Arrested
According to a reliable source, on December 14, 2006, Falun Dafa practitioners Mr. Sun Changping from Lushui Town and Ms. Yan Yuxiang (a teacher employed by Fusong Town Second Elementary) were arrested. They are both detained in a brainwashing class held in the Baishan City Police Academy (called the Chinese Police Institute).
14. [Liaoning Province] Ms. Liu Ronghua Forcibly Taken to Pingluoshanzhuang Brainwashing Class in Fushun City
Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Liu Ronghua lives in the Bayi Theater Neighborhood, Heping District, Shenyang City. She has been arrested many times in the past several years of persecution. She was sentenced to three years of forced labor after being arrested in 2003 and served in Masanjia Labor Camp. She was cruelly tortured during her term, which should have ended in August 2006. Because she refused to write a guarantee statement to stop practicing Falun Gong, she was never released, but instead forcefully taken to the Pingluoshanzhuang Brainwashing Class in Fushun City on December 10, 2006.

Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Liu Baorong, in her fifties, lives in Baozhuang Neighborhood, Wancheng District. On December 11, 2006, she was arrested from her home, and she is now detained in the First Detention Center located in Shangzhuang Township, Ruzhou City, Henan Province
18. [Weihai City, Shandong Province] Mr. Ruan Minghua Arrested
On December 14, 2006, Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Ruan Mignhua from Huangjiagou Village, Gao District, Weihai City was arrested when clarifying the truth near the Sunjiatuan Town Government building in Huancui District.
19. [Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province] Mr. Wen Kuan Sentenced to Prison
At 6 p.m. on April 23, 2005, Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Wen Kuan was arrested by policemen from Mingdebei Station in Qiaoxi District, Zhangjiakou City. Within only several days under police custody, he was beaten till he lost hearing in his right ear, his left ear's hearing was reduced, and he suffered from an inguinal hernia.
On September 8, 2005, Mr. Wen Kuan was sentenced to four years in prison by the Qiaoxi District Court and he is now detained in the First Ward, Jidong Prison.
20. [Shandong Province] Ms. Shi Haiyan Forcibly Taken to Wangcun Labor Camp
Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Shi Haiyan is from Liaoning Province, and she works in Shandong Province. She has been forcefully taken to the Wangcun Labor Camp located in Zibo City with an 18-month term.
21. [Zunyi County, Guizhou Province] Three Falun Dafa Practitioners from Chiping Village, Shiban Town were Arrested in Mid-November 2006
22. [Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Wu Yanqiu Detained in Harbin City Women's Prison
Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Wu Yanqiu was reported when passing out truth clarifying materials. Now, she has been sentenced to three and half years in prison and detained in Harbin City Women's Prison.
23. [Wuwei City, Gansu Province] Crimes of Wuwei City State Security Agents
In the middle of November 2006, practitioner Guo (gender unknown, first name unknown, in their sixties) was followed when going to fellow practitioner Ms. Han Xiuzhen's house. They were both arrested by the State Security Agents. On the next day, practitioner Guo was released due to their physical condition, but Ms. Han Xiuzhen is still detained. Several days later, at the beginning of December 2006, practitioner Guo was arrested again, and they have been missing ever since. Policemen have gone to some practitioners' homes to force them to write the three statements.
24. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Chen Lianhua and Mr. Xie Chengxin Taken to Brainwashing Class
On December 4, 2006, Falun Dafa practitioners Ms. Chen Lianhua (in her sixties), Mr. Xie Chengxin (in his sixties), and five other practitioners were arrested by policemen from the Jiang'an County Department and the Fuqin Station in Chengdu City in Ms. Gu (78 years old)'s home. Ms. Gu has been secretly sent to somewhere in Jiang'an County, but her exact whereabouts are unknown. Ms. Chen Lianhua, Mr. Xie Chengxin, and two other practitioners were detained for ten days in the Pi County Detention Center. On December 14, 2006, Ms. Chen Lianhua and Mr. Xie Chengxin were forcefully taken directly from the Pi County Detention Center to the Jinniu Brainwashing Class.
