1. [Zunyi, Guizhou City] Mr. Zhu Xingbi and Other Practitioners Detained
Mr. Zhu Xingbi and other Dafa practitioners were illegally arrested on November 2, 2006. Chishui National Security and Public Security officials seized practitioner Mr. Zhu Xingbi, from Xishui County, Guizhou City. Practitioner Mr. Wang Zeyan from Chishui City was also taken away. According to our sources, a dozen practitioners were arrested and locked up in the Chishui Detention Center. Their families were not allowed to visit them.
2. [Zhumadian City, Henan Province] Practitioners Ms. Wang Lihong and Others are Unlawfully Arrested
Ms. Wang Lihong, 40, worked for the power company in Zhuma City. She lived with her young daughter. On August 14, 2006, four police officers including Zhang Guangyu broke into Ms. Wang's home and conducted an illegal search. They arrested Ms. Wang and took her to the local auditing station because they found Dafa materials in her home. She was imprisoned for six months. Ms. Wang was finally released, but a month after she started working, she was arrested again on October 1, 2006, and was sent directly to Shibalihe Women's Forced Labor Camp in a suburb in Zhengzhou City. She didn't have time to talk to her family or bring any clothes.

On November 6, 2006, police from Tongde Street Police Station took Auntie Niu, 60, who lives in Baiyun District, Guangzhou City, because she was distributing Dafa materials. After the interrogation, they sent her to the Baiyun District Detention Center. The same day, over ten people from Tongde Police Station, Jingtai Police Station, and the street commission, broke into Ms. Niu's home and confiscated all her Dafa books and materials. 6. [Heilongjiang Province] Mudanjiang Prison Barbarically Tortures Practitioners Mr. Huang Guodong and Mr. Wang Hai
On February 23, 2006, the 8th Prison Ward in Mudanjiang Prison, Heilongjiang Province unlawfully detained practitioner Mr. Huang Guodong and tortured him in solitary confinement for 15 days. On February 24, officers from the 8th Prison Ward including, Wu Xuejun, Jiang Lei, Zhang Shengli, Song Junpiao, and Shen Guang, used four electric batons to shock Mr. Huang. Officer Wu Xuejun inserted an electric baton into Hunag's anus and brutally tortured him.
On March 15, 2006, the 1st Prison Ward in Mudanjiang Prison took Mr. Wang Hai and locked him in solitary confinement. They had Mr. Wang naked for eight days when the temperature was below 30 degrees F and immobilized him on the floor with shackles and sticks. Wang Hai was not given any water, and was only given a small piece of bread each day. Criminals including Liu Lijun and Fan Niao deprived Mr. Wang of sleep for half a month and beat him every day. Officer Song Junjie often shocked Wang Hai with an electric baton.

On November 7, 2006, the 610 Office in Datong District, Shanxi Province held a secret meeting with the City Public Security Bureau and made plans to round up practitioners in the area. That night, under instructions from the National Security 610 Office, officers from the City Public Security Bureau broke into many practitioners' homes. The police confiscated a lot of equipment and Dafa materials and arrested over 20 practitioners. The oldest was around 70 and the youngest was 9.
On November 10, one of the practitioners' family members went to look for the practitioner. A police pushed a man in his 60s and he fell on the ground.

8. [Lingyuan, Liaoning Province] Dafa Practitioners Including Mr. Cheng Guanghui Are Illegally Imprisoned
At 7:30 p.m. on October 25, 2006, Song Xiaoguang and four other officers from the Dongcheng Police Station in Lingyuan City went to practitioners Mr. Cheng Guanghui and Mr. Li Yongsheng's house and performed an illegal search without identifying themselves. They confiscated two cell phones, two MP3 players, one VCD player, a tape recorder and a calculator. Officer Song Xiaoguang illegally took over 20,000 yuan in cash and confiscated Dafa books, CDs, and tapes. The officers took Mr. Cheng Guanghui, Mr. Li Yongsheng, and Ms. Xu Guihua to the National Security Bureau and illegally detained them for 15 days. The practitioners were then sent to the 2nd Detention Center. Two weeks later, Mr. Li and Mr. Cheng were transferred to the Zhaoyang Forced Labor Camp.

9. [Yuxi, Yun'nan Province] Many Practitioners are Reported and Arrested
On November 16, 2006, seven practitioners from Hongta District, Yuxi, Yun'nan Province, went to Boyishan District to distribute truth-clarification materials. Villagers there didn't know the truth of Falun Gong and reported them to the Chunhe Police Station. The villagers then surrounded the practitioners and with knifes in hand kept them there. At 5:00 p.m., officers including He Xiaopei from the National Security Hongta Division came to arrest the practitioners and handcuffed them. The officers took the practitioners to the Hongta Division and performed illegal interrogations.
Practitioner Ms. Liu Shuhua refused to cooperate with the illegal interrogation. Officer He Xiaopei was outraged. He choked Ms. Liu and twisted her arm around to her back and threw her into the hallway. Officer He yelled at Liu Shuhua. Other practitioners told him that he shouldn't do that to her. He then beat a 62-year-old practitioner Ms. Sun Lanxian and pushed all the practitioners into a room. At 2:00 a.m., the police handcuffed the seven practitioners to bars in the hallway.

On November 18, 2006, officials from Zhaoyangchuan Police Station and Longjing City Public Security Bureau seized practitioner Mr. Cui Fushun from Qinlao Village, Zhaoyangchuan, Longjing City, and sent him to Longjing City.

12. [Zhaoyang County, Liaoning Province] Practitioner Mr. Yan Xuguang is Illegally Arrested
On November 4, practitioner Mr. Yan Xuguang went out in a car. Wu Baoliang from the Zhaoyang County National Security Bureau arrested him. Mr. Yan was released because of his weak physical condition but his car has not been released.
Many times Wu Baoliang confiscated practitioners' cars and then harassed them to pay for the cars. In 2003, Wu confiscated practitioner Mr. Chen Baofeng's taxi and ordered Mr. Chen to pay 5,000 "yuan". Mr. Chen later got 4,000 yuan back. Wu then went to Chen Baofeng's wife to threaten her and got 5,000 yuan from her.
Wu once took practitioner Mr. He Hongjun's taxi and harassed his family to pay 15,000 yuan to get the car back.

On the evening of either October 25 or 26, 2006, practitioner Ms. Ye Hongmei from Fuxin City was taken from where she lived to the Xindi Detention Center. Now her whereabouts are unknown.
14 [Beijing] More Information about Tuanhe Forced Labor Camp Torturing Practitioner Mr. Yu Ming
Currently the Tuanhe Forced Labor Camp is brutally torturing practitioner Mr. Yu Ming. Mr. Yu had been in a solitary confinement since he was imprisoned and there were 12 people taking turns to watch him around the clock. His cell is soundproof with monitoring equipment. The guards tied Yu to a specially-made chair and force fed him.

Mr. Dong Guorong, who works in Space China, was arrested in mid-October by the Dongcheng District Police.

At 10:30 p.m. on November 20, 1006, practitioners Ms. Yuan Xiuqing and Ms. Li Dejun from Beichen District were arrested.
17. [Anping, Hebei Province] Practitioner Mr. Yin Hengcang is Unlawfully Seized
At 2:00 p.m. on November 22, 2006, police broke into practitioner Mr. Yin Hengcang's home in Jiatun Village, Litun Township, Anping County, and confiscated all his Dafa books and materials. The police forced Mr. Yin's wife, who is also a practitioner, to sign and be fingerprinted to prove that the books and materials were taken from their home.
The police took the so-called evidence and Ms. Yin Di, Mr. Yin's daughter, who is also a practitioner, from work. Currently Yin Di's whereabouts are unknown.
18. [Linqing City, Shandong Province] The Police Arrest Practitioners and Extort Money from Them
On October 28, 2006, Qian Baocheng, Deputy Director of the Xianfeng Office Police Station in Linqing City, ordered several police officers to break into practitioner Ms. Li Fenglan's house and confiscate her property. They took Dafa books and materials and asked where they came from. Ms. Li refused to tell them and the next day several police took her to the police station. She was release after paying 1,000 yuan. The police also extorted another 500 yuan from Ms. Li's family.

20. [Jianyang, Sichuan Province] More Details about Practitioner Mr. Yan Zhenxiang
Practitioner Mr. Yan Zhenxiang was in his 40s and from Zhongba Village, Wumiao Township, Jianyang City, Sichuan Province. Mr. Yan was previously illegally imprisoned for two years. On November 13, 2006, Mr. Yan was grabbed and detained in the Er'echuan Brainwashing Center in Yingjie Town, Ziyang City, Sichuan Province. He is currently being subjected to brainwashing attempts.

23. [Jiangxi Province] Inmates and Officials from Jiujiang City Forced Labor Camp Torture Practitioner Ms. Huang Jinrong
Officials from the Jinjipo Police Station in Jiujiang City arrested practitioner Ms. Huang Jinrong on July 28, 2004, and sent her to Jiujiang City Forced Labor Camp. Guard Di Xiaoxiang tried to force Ms. Huang to renounce Falun Gong. He ordered drug offenders to slander and harass Ms. Huang and torture her physically. Ms. Huang barely got any rest. She couldn't bear the inhuman torture over a long time and was forced to renounce Falun Gong. After renouncing Falun Gong, she realized her wrongdoing and announced a solemn statement to void the act.
During a cold winter, guard Di Xiaoxiang ordered drug offenders to drag Huang Jinrong to the 3rd floor and hang her up in the air by handcuffs. This torture lasted several hours. After that, she was handcuffed to a bed around the clock for four months and she could only sleep on one side. This caused her extreme pain and mental distress and eventually memory loss. She became very weak and emaciated. Guards Di Xiaoxiang and Liu Junping still forced Ms. Huang to perform hard labor and kept her there for six more months before releasing her.

On the afternoon of November 14, 2006, several practitioners went to Ms. Cao Suying's home to study the Fa and were followed and reported by someone. The police station in Deyuan Town, Pi County, sent out dozens of police officers and hooligans. They arrested seven practitioners and confiscated all their books and materials. At the time, it caused anger and protest from a just crowd of bystanders. Fearing the crowd, the police released all seven of them that night.
Seven days later, on the afternoon of November 21, 2006, the Deyuan Town Police Station, together with the Pi County Public Security Bureau, took Ms. Cao from her home and told her family that she was at the Pi County Detention Center.

27. [Xishui, Hubei] Many practitioners Facing Illegal Sentences
Ms. Yang Yunhua is a practitioner from Xishui County, Hubei Province. She had been locked in the county's First Detention Center and subjected to brainwashing since 1999. Ms. Yang and six other practitioners including Mr. Yang Zhengwen, Mr. Rao Wangdong, Mr. Zhong Changkui, and Mr. Zhang Daqiu, were recently facing illegal sentencing. The sentencing was set around November 23 to 25.
During the time of detention, the guards would force practitioners to do hard labor. The guards took the money the practitioners made and often handcuffed them and beat them.

It has been verified that the Pengjiang District Public Security Division and National Security in Jiangmen City arrested 12 practitioners including Ms. Deng Meilan, Ms. Liang Yanchun, Ms. He Huihong, Ms. Li Aichun, Ms. Wen Wanming, Ms. Yuan Yuzhen, Ms. Chen Youzhen, Ms. Zhang Jiefang, Ms. Liang Heng, Ms. Tang Xiuxia, Ms. Nie Caixia, and Ms. Zhao Yuru, when they were studying the Fa in Ms. Deng Meilan's home.

Ms. Jiang Xiufang was unlawfully imprisoned in the 1st Team of the 4th Brigade of the Liaoning Province Women's Prison. Every day at 9:00 p.m. after finishing hard labor, Ms. Jiang was forced to sit on a small stool and people in the team would take turns to watch her. They tried to force her to watch slanderous materials and renounce Falun Gong. This lasted over two months. Ms. Jiang wasn't allowed to buy any food or daily necessities during this time.
