(Clearwisdom.net) National security agents from the Yuhu Police Department in Xiangtan City, Hunan Province and the Yuetang Police Department, in collaboration with the 610 Office, arrested, ransacked, and sent to a brainwashing center at least 15 Falun Dafa practitioners from February to September 2006.
On July 12, 2006, practitioner Ms. Peng Xiaohong, who works in the Xinhua Bookstore, was deceived into going to her workplace, where Yuhu Police Department security agents arrested her. They also ransacked her home. Frightened, Ms. Peng's elderly father did not know what was going on. The homes of Tang Guoguang, an innocent TV repairman, and retired teacher Liu were also ransacked.
On May 18, 2006, over a dozen staff members from the National Security Division of the Yuhu Police Department, in collaboration with the 610 Office, dragged practitioner Ms. Yong Saimei, who is over 60 years old, from the fourth floor to the ground floor and took her to a brainwashing center. Zhang Yanjun was also sent to a brainwashing center. On February 13, 2006, several plainclothes police intruded into Ouyang's home and ransacked it. On September 6, 2006, at 11 a.m., seven to eight plainclothes policemen waited at the door of retired teacher Ms. Qin Sanfeng's home. After Ms. Qin arrived, they stormed into the room, threw everything into disarray, and confiscated her Dafa books.
The national security agents of the Yuetang Police Department simultaneously ransacked the homes of practitioners Deng Changgeng and Mr. He Yunbo on July 12, 2006. Over a dozen of them carried this out. The police climbed up to the second floor of Mr. He's home, smashed the window, and snuck in to confiscate his property. The police also coordinated with the 610 Office to send practitioners Tao Shuyuan, Liu Gui, Liao (given name unknown), and Luo Xuemei from Hekou to the Wujia Garden Brainwashing Center, where personnel there tried to force them to "reform," threatening to send them to jail if they did not, like in the case of Xiao Zhiqiang. On March 30, 2006, practitioner Hu Decong was arrested by Zhang Guozheng and three other officers from the Jiancun Local Police Station in the Xiangfang Neighborhood. His home was also ransacked.
On February 25, 2006, the national security agents of Yisuhe Town in Xiangtan County suddenly dispatched over a dozen personnel to practitioner Mr. Liu Heqing's home to confiscate his property. They arrested Mr. Liu, put him into the police vehicle, and sent him to the Xiangtan City Mental Hospital with his feet in shackles. Mr. Liu was injected with drugs that suppress the central nervous system. Afterwards, the doctor discovered that his mental condition was normal, but Mr. Liu was not allowed to be released until after the CCP's congressional sessions were over.
Those who persecuted practitioners included Huang Shuaili from the National Security Division of Yuhu Police Department in Xiangtan City and Chen Yixin, Lu Gu, and Zhao Jianxiang from the Yisuhe Police Station of the National Security Division of Xiangtan County.
