Zhang Huiyan from the Yuanbaoshan Street Administrative Office in Dalianwan Town led a group of people to practitioner Ms. Yin Jinzhi’s home on October 9, 2006. They tried to force her to write the so-called three statements within two months and threatened to arrest her if she did not comply. Zhang Huiyan led policeman Wang Baoshan to Ms.Yin’s home again on the morning of October 14 and harassed her once more.

3. [Jilin City, Jilin Province] Practitioner Ms. Li Fengxia Arrested
Practitioner Ms. Li Fengxia from Jilin City, 42 years old, lives on Huangqitun Street in the Chuanying District. Several agents from the Huangqitun District Police Station surrounded Ms. Li’s home at 10:00 a.m. on October 12, 2006. They even went to her huband's workplace and forced him to go to their home and open the door. Then the police arrested Ms. Li, who is now being held at the Baishan Detention Center in Jilin City.
4. [Jilin City, Jilin Province] Practitioner Ms. Kong Xianfang Arrested
Shijinggou Police Station chief Gao Yang in the Fengman District and three other policemen went to practitioner Ms. Kong Xianfang’s home with the help of Li Guanghui from the Jianglian Community. Ms. Kong was deceived into opening the door. Four policemen went in and arrested her. They then ransacked her home and confiscated some Falun Dafa books and truth-clarifying materials. Ms. Kong is being held at the police station.
Ms. Kong, 67 years old, was an employee of the Jiangnan Oil Refining Factory, Jilin City Chemical Corporation. She was detained for four months for going to Beijing to appeal for Falun Dafa and had also been sent to a brainwashing center. Political & Security Section chief Sun Zhongming in the Fengman District Police Department extorted 3,000 yuan from her.

6. [Jiaonan City, Shandong Province] Practitioner Ms. Cui Guichun Arrested
Personnel from the Beijing Road Police Station arrested practitioner Ms. Cui Guichun from Zhangjialou Town on October 10, 2006, at her home. She is being detained.
In addition, the police arrested practitioner Ms. Liu Xianfeng at home.
7. [Baoding City, Hebei Province] Several Practitioners Arrested While Visiting Fellow Practitioners at a Forced Labor Camp
October 10, 2006, is family visiting day for the mens' team in the Baoding City Forced Labor Camp. Practitioners Mr. Li Yingeng, Mr. Liu Zengpai, Ms. Li Qingru, Ms. Hu Fengyun, Ms. Liang Caiping, Ms. Wang Xiaoshu, and Ms. Xiao Xiangyu and one other accompanied some family members of imprisoned practitioners to the labor camp. The police arrested them during the meeting. Ms. Cao Xiulan and six other practitioners were also arrested on October 11, the family visiting day for the women's team.
Li Yingeng was tortured so severely that his life was in peril. He has recently been released.
Some plainclothes policemen arrested Ms. Cao while she was walking along a street. They beat her, subjected her to verbal abuse, took her to a detention center, interrogated her, and locked her up for a night. Her family's assertive requests got her released. About a dozen other practitioners are still being held at the Baoding City Detention Center.
8. [Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province] Practitioner Ms. Xu Saiying Arrested
A dozen policemen from the Guangzhou City, the Tianhe District and the Wushan District Police Offices broke into the home of practitioner Ms. Xu Saiying. She was a retired engineer from the No. 5 Research Institute, the Guangzhou City Information Industry. They arrested her, ransacked her place, took photos, and confiscated her photocopier, Falun Dafa books, and truth-clarifying materials. Personnel from the Guangzhou City and the Tianhe District police departments went to her daughter’s workplace and informed her that Ms. Xu Saiying would be detained for 15 days and would be sent to a brainwashing center.

9. [Shihezi City, Xinjiang Autonomous Region] The Persecution of Practitioners Mr. Wang Xinmin and Ms. Liu Huijuan
Practitioner Mr. Wang Xinmin, 39 years old, is from Shihezi City. He was arrested in early 2006 for hanging up truth-clarifying banners. While being detained at the Akesu No. 1 Detention Center, he suffered from all kinds of tortures. He has since been illegally sentenced.
Practitioner Ms. Liu Huijuan, a retiree from Shihezi City, was arrested for distributing truth-clarifying materials in 2004. She was sentenced to six years of imprisonment. She is very weak from the torture. Her family has requested a medical parole but was refused.
10. [Tianshui City, Gansu Province] Practitioners Ms. Wu Lijun and Ms. Zhang Ping Disappear
Practitioners Ms. Wu Lijun and Ms. Zhang Ping are from the Jiayi School in the residential area of the Business Inspection Bureau in Qiaonan, the Beidao District, Tianshui City, Gansu Province. They disappeared nearly two months ago.

Practitioner Mr. Tian Fujing is from Jingxiazhou in Yuanjiang City, Hunan Province. He was deceived by the police and was then arrested before October 1 when distributing truth-clarifying materials.
12. [Macheng City, Hubei Province] Ms. Tao Xi’ai Arrested at Home
Li Jiede, Macheng City National Security Team chief, led many secret agents and personnel from the Songbu Police Station and broke into practitioner Ms. Tao Xiai's house while she was cooking. They arrested her, searched the house, and confiscated some Dafa books. Ms. Tao is currently being held at the Macheng City Detention Center.
13. [Qiandong City, Guizhou Province] Additional Information Regarding Practitioner Mr. Zhou Jianzhong's Arrest
Personnel from the Jianhe County Police Department in the Nanzhou District, Qiandong City, Guizhou Province, were waiting outside of practitioner Mr. Zhou Jianzhong's house and arrested him on August 2, 2006. They intended to sentence him. It was reported that he has been transferred to the Sanhui County Detention Center from the Jianhe County Detention Center. His whereabouts have been unknown for the past two months because all remaining family members have gone into hiding to avoid arrest.

15. [Chongqing] Practitioner Ms. Yang Wenyu Is Sentenced to Eight Years in Prison
Practitioner Ms. Yang Wenyu is from the Banan District, Chongqing. She has been on a wanted list posted by the Banan District and Nanchuan District police authorities since 2001. She had chosen to leave home to avoid arrest. Ms. Yang was arrested in the Nanchuan Area and placed in the Nanchuan Detention Center on July 18, 2006. Since then, there had been no information about her for several months. It was heard recently that she was sentenced to eight years of imprisonment in the Banan District.
Ms. Xie Chaoshu, Ms. Yang Wenyu's mother, was arrested in April 2006 and was sentenced to one and a half years of forced labor. She is being held at Maojiashan Labor Camp.
16. [Guiyang City, Guizhou Province] Ms. Shen Chengxiu and Five Other Practitioners Arrested
Five practitioners were arrested in Qianlin Park in Guiyang City on October 2, 2006. According to an insider, three of them were released that same day. Mr. Wang Jie was recently released, but Ms. Shen Chengxiu is still being held at the Baihuashan Detention Center. She has been handcuffed since her arrest.
