(Clearwisdom.net) I am a doctor. I made mistakes during the severe persecution. In June 2003 when I first corrected my mistakes I was still afraid and didn't have adequate righteous thoughts. The section head reported me to the 610 Office when I was clarifying the truth to my colleagues. Fortunately, I discussed this incident with fellow practitioners who helped me develop righteous thoughts. They sent forth righteous thoughts to help me and we negated the persecution by the old forces. Soon, the section head and the head of the hospital who encouraged him to report me received karmic retribution--they were fired due to a major medical accident.
Through diligently cultivating myself, I gradually caught up with Fa rectification. Only with Teacher's compassion was I able to make it to this day. I cannot express my gratitude in words. I can only solidify righteous thoughts and make diligent progress to take solid steps on the path ahead. Today I want to share my experience in clarifying the truth and asking people to quit the CCP.
I worked hard after I started studying the Fa. I refused gifts and bribes from patients, through which many people acknowledged my performance and ethics. Even after the persecution began, the hospital I worked at reduced my salary because I went to Beijing to appeal. Some hospitals promised me a high salary and asked me to work for them. In the past few years, many of my superiors recommended me for the post of section head, but they also hinted at the same time that I should give up Falun Dafa or at least refrain from clarifying the truth to people; but I refused. I used all opportunities to clarify the truth to my patients and asked them to quit the CCP, as I had done. After reading Teacher's article "Hurry up and Tell Them," I realized the heavy responsibilities Dafa disciples shoulder during the Fa-rectification.
Teacher said,
"During the Fa-rectification period, for the purpose of validating the Fa, Dafa disciples can make use of any form in ordinary society that is favorable for the Fa-rectification, but even then they only use things selectively based on what is needed to save sentient beings. [That is all right] because everything in the Three Realms was formed for the Fa-rectification. When you see sentient beings who need to be saved, what's crucial is getting the beings saved." ("Teaching the Fa at the 2005 Manhattan International Fa Conference")
I consider everyone I meet as someone with whom I have a predestined relationship. Before clarifying the truth to them, I first send forth powerful righteous thoughts to eliminate the dark minions, rotten demons and evil Communist specter behind them. It's easier to clarify the truth to common people, but officials, intellectuals and especially officials from the government, the judicial, legal and procuratorate system are deeply deceived by government propaganda. Their social position makes them feel superior, so it's harder for them to accept the truth. I clarified the truth to them as a classmate, a friend and a doctor. I started with the cause of illnesses that medical science cannot explain. I also spoke of heavenly and manmade disasters and prophecies. I talked about the high moral standards of ancient people and the moral degeneration of contemporary people. To help people understand, I talked about the corruption of the Communist Party and the role it played during past political movements and its wickedness. I talked about the heavens destroying the CCP; that each person who joins it would be stamped with the "mark of the beast" and only by erasing the mark would they be safe. This way, people who learned the truth not only quit the CCP themselves but they also helped their families quit.
One of my friends who is an official read Zhuan Falun prior to July 20, 1999, when the persecution began. After the persecution began, I went to Beijing repeatedly and persisted in practicing Truth-Compassion-Forbearance. She knows very well the vile nature of the CCP and repeatedly asked me to practice at home so I wouldn't get hurt. I used every opportunity to clarify the truth to her. Eventually she learned the facts and decided to start practicing Falun Gong. All of her illnesses disappeared within one month, and she clarified the truth to her family and friends. Once, when the city government issued a document that required the opinion of government officials, she tactfully removed one item that was against Falun Gong. During the holidays, related government departments issued each official a "red envelope" [bribes from patients]. She could not return the money, so she used it to make truth clarification materials to rescue sentient beings.
One of my classmates works in a court. He came to me with an illness once. I used the opportunity to clarify the truth to him. He said he knew that Falun Gong is great. In 2004 he went to the U.S.A and studied for three months. He heard a lot of the facts about Falun Gong. I gave him VCDs with the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party and the truth about Dafa. He gladly accepted them and reminded me to stay safe. I later met his wife and clarified the truth to her. She said she knows that Falun Dafa is great but she refused to quit the CCP. I have a good relationship with a relative of this classmate and clarified the truth to her at a gathering. She completely understood and her whole family quit the CCP. Later she told me that when she spoke with my classmate, my classmate said, "I'll quit the CCP since I'll be safe this way."
One of my relatives has always opposed Dafa and opposed my clarifying the truth. There are more than 20 Dafa practitioners among my relatives. He refused to listen to any of the practitioners. He thinks the CCP is very lenient toward Falun Gong. I told my relatives that this person is striking at good people following Truth-Compassion-Forbearance from the standpoint of the evil CCP, and therefore he is a truly bad person. His wife and son are both CCP members. During a meal I told his wife about prophecies and the tsunami. I asked them to quit the CCP and said that it's better to believe than not to believe, should something such as this prophecy turn out to be true. His wife understood and quit the CCP.
I have a metaphor for asking people to quit the CCP. It's like rescuing someone from a fire. He can save himself by following me, or I can drag him out and rescue him. If all else fails, I can hold him and carry him out in my arms. If he doesn't refuse my help, I can still rescue him.
After Teacher's article "The Closer to the End, the More Diligent You Should Be" was published, I felt the pressure of time. Since many people still have not learned the truth, I decided to walk the path Teacher has arranged for me and truly be more diligent as the end gets closer and save more sentient beings.
