(Clearwisdom.net) Fellow practitioners often talk about opposing the arrangements of the old forces. However, such arrangements of the old forces do not only manifest in direct interference in studying the Fa, doing the exercises, being forced out of work, divorce, ransacking the house, arrest, sickness karma and being deprived of life. They are also reflected in our xinxing, thought karma and areas that are more difficult to detect in our daily lives. Dreams, so-called hints, and illusory interference are examples.

The old forces can easily trap fellow practitioners who are attached to dreams, and whose dreams are also very "accurate," into following their arrangements. As a practitioner's dream was very accurate, he therefore believed very much in his dream. He did not use the Fa to measure whether the things in his dream complied with Master's requirements or whether a Falun Dafa practitioner should do those things according to the Fa. He acknowledged the dream since he believed it. As a result, he was truly arrested and his home was ransacked in the way he had dreamed just a few days earlier.

Falun Dafa practitioners often use the Fa to measure the words of ordinary people, friends, and family members, such as, "There has recently been a lot of evil," or "Be careful because there is a new movement," or "Hide for a while." However, they pay less attention to human concerns and good words from fellow practitioners. When a practitioner acknowledges them and accepts them, it actually means that these concerns and words comply with his fear. He has found an excuse to cover up his mentality of fear and therefore he follows the path arranged by the old forces.

After reading Master's comments on the article, "Study the Fa Well, and Getting Rid of Attachments is Not Hard" and the article "The Only Thing Falun Dafa Disciples Have a Role in Is Saving People," I saw that the above actions are the result of fear, of using perceptual knowledge to deal with illusory interference, and of acknowledging the old forces' arrangements. Master says,

"The fact is, those who can't step forward, regardless of the excuse, are concealing fear. Yet for cultivators, fear or lack thereof proves [one's] humanity or divinity, and it is what differentiates cultivators from ordinary people. It is something that a cultivator must face, and the biggest human attachment that a cultivator must remove."
