1. [Pingjiang County, Hunan Province] Jiang Xinghua from Yukou Town Arrested
Between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. on June 7, 2005, eight officers from the Yukou Town 610 Office and the town's police station in Pingjiang County arrived at Jiang Xinghua's home in two vehicles. Officers broke into Jiang's home, confiscated some Falun Dafa books and a cassette player, and took Jiang Xinghua into custody at the Pingjiang County Detention Center.

2. [Hebei Province] Practitioner Kang Yanshu Arrested
On June 20, 2005, officials from the Hengshui City 610 Office and Guo Dali, Guo Shuangnian, Zhao Jiantang and other officers from the Xuzhuang Township Police Station in Jizhou City arrested Kang Yanshu in Yezhuangtou Village, Xuzhuang Township, Jizhou City, Hebei Province. Kang Yanshu was held in custody at the Hengshui City Detention Center on so-called "criminal" charges.

3. [Shiyan City, Hubei Province] Practitioners Ms. Liu Xinchun and Ms. Yu Meina Arrested
Around 11:00 a.m. on June 29, 2005, two officials from the Shiyan City Education and Training Center talked Ms. Liu Xinchun, a retired teacher from the Liuyi Elementary School affiliated with Dongfeng Auto Works, into opening her door. Six officers led by Pei Zhiyong, section head from the Dongyue Police Department in Shiyan City rushed in to take Ms. Liu away. In addition, around June 18, the police followed and arrested Ms. Yu Meina, a retired worker from No. 45 Plant of the Dongfeng Auto Works. Ms. Yu's whereabouts are unknown.

4. [Shahe City, Hebei Province] Practitioner Ms. Zhang Caixia Held in Tangshan Prison
Ms. Zhang Caixia from Shahe City in Hebei Province, who participated in efforts to clarify the truth by pre-empting regularly scheduled cable TV signals during the Spring Festival season in 2003, has been recently sentenced to eight years in prison. She is being held in the Tangshan Prison. After being arrested, Ms. Tang managed to escape by keeping righteous thoughts in mind. She was arrested again. It has been reported that her escape resulted in three years being added to the original five year term she was facing.
5. [Fushun City, Liaoning Province] Lin Bai and Ms. Wang Guoying Sentenced to Prison
Practitioners Lin Bai and Ms. Wang Guoying from Shuncheng District in Fushun City, Liaoning Province were arrested by the police at the end of January 2005. After being unlawfully held for nearly six months in a detention center, they were sentenced to prison in early June 2005. Lin Bai is to serve a 9-year term and Ms. Wang is to serve 8 years.
Ms. Wang's husband Mr. Dou Zhenxiang is also a Falun Gong practitioner, who had been sentenced to life in prison around 2000. Their son is being raised by his grandparents, who are under financial strain.
6. [Zouping, Shandong Province] Ms. Sun Aimei and Mr. Qu Benhui Sentenced to Prison
Ms. Sun Aimei, 53, from Xibei Village in Jiaoqiao Town, Zouping, Shandong Province, has recently been sentenced to one year of forced labor. Mr. Qu Benhui, 49, who lives at the retail outlet in Jiaoqiao Town, has been sentenced to three years of forced labor. The police conducted a large-scale search and arrest a month ago and found Falun Dafa lectures in the two practitioners' home, which resulted in their being sent to the labor camp.

Mr. Zhang Xiquan lives at Wangjia Village in Liu'erbao Town, Liaoyang County, Liaoning Province. At 10:00 p.m. on June 7, 2005, officers from the Liaoyang Police Department climbed over a wall and secretly arrested him.
8. [Zibo City, Shandong Province] Mr. Jia Shiqiang Taken into Custody
On June 25, 2005, practitioner Mr. Jia Shiqiang from Zibo City, Shandong Province was videotaped clarifying the truth at the Yiwu Shopping Center. Officers from the Mashang Police Station arrested him the same night. His home was searched. He is being held in the Fujia Detention Center.
9. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Elderly Ms. Xu Jiamei Illegally Sent to Brainwashing Center
Ms. Xu Jiamei, in her seventies, lives in Shuiguohu in the Wuchang District of Wuhan City, Hubei Province. Around 10:00 p.m. on June 9, 2005, local police arrested her on her way home. She has been sent to the Yangyuan Brainwashing Center in Wuhan City.
10. [Jilin Province] Mr. Fan Minxiang Arrested by Officers from Yihe Police Station
On June 8, 2005, Mr. Fan Minxiang was arrested at work by three officers led by Zhai Changsen, director of the local police station. He faces a forced labor term.

11. [Nanchong City, Sichuan Province] Mr. Wang Shiping Arrested by Police
On June 26, 2005, Mr. Wang Shiping from Nanchong City, Sichuan Province was reported to the police while distributing copies of the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party and truth-clarifying materials. Around 4:00 p.m. on June 28, a dozen or so officers from Shunqing District in Nanchong City broke into his home to place him under arrest. His whereabouts are unknown.
12. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Chuanhua Group Company Employees Ms. Yan Xiuzhen and Ms. Dai Xuefen Arrested
Ms. Dai Xuefen, of the Chuanhua Group Company in the Qingbaijiang District of Chengdu City, Sichuan Province, was leaving the residential complex on a motorcycle around 9:00 a.m. on June 28, 2005 when officers from the security division stopped her. The officers took her into custody without any explanation. They also took away her motorcycle. In addition, Ms. Yan Xiuzhen was arrested by officers from the security division in a farm market almost at the same time. The two are Falun Gong practitioners.

On June 22, 2005, practitioners Ms. Wen Shuzhi and Ms. Li Shuxian (in her sixties) went to Wafangdian to clarify the truth and distribute materials. They were turned in to the police and arrested.
14. [Hulu City, Liaoning Province] Longgang District Police Arrest Mr. Huang Renxi
Mr. Huang Renxi, a Falun Gong practitioner, is a teacher at the Vocational High School affiliated with the Hulu City Zinc Factory in Liaoning Province. Police took him away from work on June 23, 2005.
15. [Laixi City, Shandong Province] Mr. Li Zuoqing from Liquangzhuang Town Sent to Forced Labor Camp
On April 16, 2005, Mr. Li Zuoqing from Liquanzhuang Town was reported to the police while clarifying the truth by Diao Zhuke, Gaofuzhuang Village Party secretary in the same town. A dozen or so police officers led by head of the Laixi City Political and Security Section broke into Mr. Li's home and arrested him. The officers beat his non-practitioner wife. Their 10-year-old son was scared, lay on the bed and dared not to make a move. The officers also searched Mr. Li's home.

Around 6:00 a.m. on June 22, 2005, Ding Hongqiang, director of the Chengguan Police Station in Zaoqiang County, Hengshui City, Hebei Province, led officers to break into Mr. An Dasheng's home. They took him away against his will. Mr. An is being held in the Zaoqiang Detention Center.

Practitioner Mr. Zhang Xiaotian from Tanghai County in the Tangshan area, Hebei Province was taken to the Tangshan City Legal Education Center by officials from the local 610 office in early June 2005. It is not clear if he is still alive.
19. [Shandong Province] Liang Yu from Shengli Oil Fields Sent to Brainwashing Center
On June 2, 2005, practitioner Liang Yu, of the Logistics Station of Gudao Extraction Plant in the Shenli Oil Fields, was taken to the brainwashing center in the Logistics Division by the plant officials. Prior to this persecution, Liang Yu had served three years of forced labor.

On June 23, 2005, Zhang Wei, of the 610 Office of the Tiexi District Political and Judiciary Committee in Shenyang City, without following any legal process, ordered officers from the Zhaijia Township Political and Judiciary Office and the Zhaijia Police Station to take Ms. Yao Sumei to the Zhangshi Forced Labor Camp from her home. Ms. Yao's family has been denied any visits.

21. [Longhui County, Hunan Province] Ms. Huang Jinlian Arrested by Police
Ms. Huang Jinlian, in her sixties, is a retired teacher who lives in the downtown area of the county. Since 2000, Ms. Huang has been detained three times for clarifying the truth. She was extorted of 6,000 yuan for "parole". On June 27, 2005, Zeng Fanglong, head of the security division, ordered Long Jiliang and other officers to break into her home and take her to the police department. The officers searched her home twice, but did not find anything. Still, they sent Ms. Huang to the detention center on June 28.

22. [Yishui County, Shandong Province] Lawless Officials Persecute Falun Dafa Practitioners
Around 11:00 a.m. on January 18, 2005, officers from the Yaodianzi Police Station in Yishui County arrived at Fengtai Village. They searched the homes of Mr. Zhang Jingxi, Mr. Zhang Yuzhe, and Mr. Zhang Yizhi, and confiscated Falun Dafa books and some truth-clarifying materials. The officers took into custody Mr. Zhang Jingxi, his wife Ms. Pan Xizhen, Mr. Zhang Yuzhe, his wife Ms. Zheng Xiaolan, Mr. Zhang Yizhi and his two non-practitioner sons.
Mr. Zhang Jingxi and Mr. Zhang Yuzhe were released after fifteen days of detention.
