I would like to write down some of my understandings of Dafa for exchanges with fellow practitioners. Please kindly point out anything improper.
Recently, while I was studying Zhuan Falun I read the passage, "When a person masters that ability he can crush a rock with the squeeze of his hand." At that moment I suddenly came to understand: We should use our abilities. Then I continued studying this lecture. After I finished I understood the following: After we can crush a rock when we master that ability, we can also make full use of it in saving sentient beings. Consequently, in whatever we do in Fa rectification, we should accomplish our goal in a leisurely, smooth, safe way, and no hindrance or persecution should happen to us.
We all are trying our best to do the three things well. Especially, in our efforts of truth clarification and the salvation of sentient beings, Dafa has bestowed upon us all of the abilities that the cosmos possesses, and it is only a matter of how we can make the best use of them. However, in the process of the salvation of sentient beings, the evil still persecutes some practitioners and some practitioners in jails are still suffering from all kinds of persecution. I think, when we are confronted with persecution, we should first look inside ourselves to uncover the attachments that exist in our minds and improve ourselves through Fa study. In the meantime, we should adjust our mentality and send forth our powerful righteous thoughts. We are the beings approaching consummation in Dafa, and the evil should definitely not persecute us. In the Fa rectification of the cosmos, we are given the sacred task of validating Dafa and saving sentient beings and the evil should not persecute us. We should exert the abilities that Teacher bestows on us to crush all the hindrances preventing Dafa practitioners from breaking out of demonic tribulations. We can also use our abilities to stop evildoers and have them fight each other. We can always exert our abilities at will if we use them only for the sake of good and righteousness.
My fellow practitioners, as beings in the cosmos created by Dafa, we should let go of the attachment of being afraid and use our abilities positively and freely. In this way we will completely eliminate the persecution that the evil imposes upon Dafa practitioners and the people in the world. We will eliminate all evil elements trying to destroy Dafa and accomplish our historical mission by doing well in helping Teacher in the Fa rectification of the human world.
