1. [Liaoning Province] Ms. Li Baojie's Family Preparing to Sue the Masanjia Labor Camp for Her Death
Ms. Li Baojie from Panjin City, Liaoning Province, over 30 years old, was tortured to death at 12:00 a.m. on April 8, 2005 by the Masanjia Labor Camp. Her body is currently being kept at Panjin Funeral Home. During the following 8 months after she was arrested, Ms. Li went on a hunger strike to protest against the persecution. She was severely tortured and she finally lost her life. Now Li Baojie's family is preparing to sue the Masanjia Labor Camp.

2. [Lingyuan City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Zhao Yunyan Jailed at Masanjia Beyond Her Term
Ms. Zhao Yunyan, from Sanshengyong Village, Tianyuandian Team, Beiluxiang, Lingyuan City, Liaoning Province, was arrested by police from Beiluxiang Police Substation when she was handing out truth-clarifying materials. She was sent to Masanjia Labor Camp and was severely tortured there. She has been jailed there for three years now. Ms. Zhao was not released even though she served her labor camp term.
3. [Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province] Ms. Kong Qingmei's Whereabouts Unknown After Serving a Three-Year Prison Term
Ms. Kong Qingmei, from Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province, is around 50 years old. When she went to Beijing to validate Dafa in July 2001, she was taken to Judong Labor Camp. No one has seen or heard from her since she finished her three-year term in the labor camp in August 2004.
4. [Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province] Ms. Zhou Lingfeng Sentenced to Seven Years
Ms. Zhou Lingfeng, about 50 years old, was sentenced to seven years after she gave out truth-clarifying materials in September 2001. She is now jailed at Nantong Women's Prison.
5. [Jilin Province] Liu Yujie Arrested by the Jilin Public Security Bureau
At about 9:00 a.m. on April 7, 2005, several people from the Jilin Public Security Bureau suddenly broke into Liu Yujie's home. When Liu Yujie refused to open the door, the police pried the door open and arrested him. Currently his whereabouts are unknown.

6. [Heilongjiang Province] Wuchang Public Security Bureau Arrests Over Forty Practitioners Including Ms. Zhang Yujuan
Ms. Zhang Yujuan was arrested and taken away by three policemen at the front gate of the Wuchang Weaving Factory on the morning of April 4, 2005, during her work hours.
On the morning of April 8, the police drove two cars to Xiao Yanzi's home and arrested him. On the morning of April 8, seven policemen broke into Ms. Wu Fenghua's home. Since she was not at home, the police failed to arrest her. Ms. Wu is now homeless. There were over forty practitioners arrested at the same time.
7. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Ms. Zhu Shuai Severely Tortured at Heizuizi Labor Camp
Ms. Zhu Shuai is 24 years old. She graduated from Changchun Engineering Institute. She began practicing Falun Dafa on April 25, 1999. She went to Beijing to appeal for justice for Dafa after she read Zhuan Falun only twice.
On October 30, 2004, Ms. Zhu Shuai was reported to the police and was sentenced to one year at a labor camp for giving out truth-clarifying materials in a park. Ms. Zhu Shuai remained very righteous and determined at the Heizuizi Labor Camp and she endured all of their torture. Before the Chinese New Year, Ms. Zhu Shuai, who was very thin, was shocked with electricity four or five times. Her miserable cries could be heard throughout the cells.
8. [Shandong Province] Mr. Zhu Deqing from Yanzhuang Village, Shan County Arrested
Mr. Zhu Deqing from Yanzhuang Village, Shan County, Shandong Province was forced to become homeless. On March 13, 2005, he was arrested in Beijing. He is now jailed at Shan County Labor Camp. He was sentenced to two years and then sent to a labor camp north of Jinan City.
9. [Panshi City, Jilin Province] Ms. Zheng Shuzhen Arrested for Posting Truth-Clarifying Posters
On April 8, 2005, Ms. Zheng Shuzhen, a bus conductor in Panshi City, picked up a poster reading "Falun Dafa is good" and she posted it on the window of her bus. When the bus went to Shizui, some police officers boarded the bus to search for a murder suspect and they found this poster. The police asked Ms. Zheng Shuzhen to take it down, but she refused. She said: "I heard that this poster can make me travel safely." When the bus came to its final stop, Ms. Zheng Shuzhen was arrested and she is now jailed at Panshi City Cheshan Detention Center.
10. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Police from Nangang District Public Security Sub-bureau Arrested Mr. Zhao Dezhong
At 1:00 a.m. on April 7, 2005, police from Nangang Public Security Sub-bureau broke into Mr. Zhao Dezhong's home. Mr. Zhao resides at Minjiatun, Dongguang Village, Xinxing Town, Shuangcheng City. They searched his home while he was sleeping. The police broke the glass of a frame that held Master Li's picture and they took away the picture. They turned over all the bookcases without finding anything. They then asked Zhao Dezhong to go with them but Mr. Zhao refused. The police said if he did not go, they would force him to go with violence. So they forcefully took Mr. Zhao to their police car and he is now jailed at Nangang Public Security Sub-bureau.

11. [Lanzhou City, Gansu Province] Mr. Ma Yongkang Arrested by Spies from the National Security Bureau
On April 7, 2005, Mr. Ma Yongkang from Lanzhou City was arrested by spies from the National Security Bureau. The police are now stationed at his residence and are attempting to arrest more practitioners.
12. [Tonghua City, Jilin Province] Ms. Liu Min Arrested by Police
On March 24 and 25 2005, Ms. Liu Min from Tonghua City, Jilin Province was reported to the Guangming Police Substation when she was clarifying the truth of Dafa, and giving out truth-clarifying materials to merchants in the market. The police followed Ms. Liu Min and arrested her. Ms. Liu Min is now jailed at the Tonghua City Detention Center.
13. [Chongqing City] Mr. Li Dongming Jailed at a Detention Center
Mr. Li Dongming, 51 years old, is an employee of Qijiang Mineral, Chongqing City Steel Co. On March 8, 2005, Mr. Li Dongming's home was searched by the Xinshan Village Police Substation, Dadukou District, Chongqing City. His Dafa books and truth-clarifying materials were confiscated. Li Dongmin is now jailed at Dadukou District Detention Center.
14. [Kunming City, Yunnan Province] Ms. Duan Fei Sentenced to Four Years
Ms. Duan Fei from Kunming City, Yunnan Province was arrested on September 12, 2004. She is now jailed at Kunming City Xishan Detention Center. This March, she was sentenced to four years in prison. She is now jailed at Kunming No. 2 Prison (The Women's No. 2 Prison).
15. [Yunnan Province] Ms. Kuan Deying Tortured at Xiaoshaba Detention Center
Ms. Kuan Deying from Yunnan Province went to Qiaojia County, Shaotong City to clarify the truth of Dafa in mid-November 2004, and was arrested and is being detained at Xiaoshaba Detention Center. The name of the policeman who is directly responsible for torturing Falun Gong practitioners is "Peng Hong." The deputy director of the detention center, Hu Yanzhou, asked Ms. Kuan Deying if he could take her fingerprints. As she refused, the deputy director slapped her on her face and handcuffed her after beating her badly with a bamboo stick.
16. [Guan County, Shandong Province] Ms. Feng Guanhui and Other Practitioners Arrested
On the evening of April 8, 2005, police from Chengguan Police Substation of Guan County broke into Ms. Feng Guanhui's home located at Houwang Village. They forcefully arrested Ms. Feng Guanhui and confiscated her computer and printer, among other items.
17. [Shanggao County, Jiangxi Province] Ms. Pan Suhong Jailed
Ms. Pan Suhong from Shanggao County, Jiangxi Province was arrested by the police several days ago. She is now jailed at the local detention center.
18. [Hegang City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Yan Jinbo Sentenced to Five Years
Ms. Yan Jinbo, 33 years old, lives at Liudian, Xiangyang District, Hegang City. She was an art teacher for the Dongshan District Primary School. She taught her students "Truthfulness, Compassion and Forbearance" in her class, and not to be deceived by the Jiang regime's lies. However, Ms. Yan was reported to the police and was arrested. Without notifying her family, Ms. Yan Jinbo was sentenced to five years and is now illegally jailed at Hegang No. 2 Detention Center.

19. [Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Zhou Zhaoxiang Transferred to Hegang City No. 1 Detention Center
Mr. Zhou Zhaoxiang, over 30 years old, resides at Gongren Village, Dongshan District. He was twice sentenced to a labor camp because he practices Falun Dafa. At the end of 2004, he was arrested again for validating Dafa and was jailed at Hegang City No. 2 Detention Center. He was severely tortured after going on a hunger strike. Mr. Zhou has now been transferred to the No. 1 Detention Center.

20. [Fushun City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Li Shulan Arrested and Tortured at a Brainwashing Class
On April 6, 2005, Ms. Li Shulan from Tiantun Community, Wanghua District, Fushun City was taken from her home by the local police. She has been sent to Luotaishanzhuang Brainwashing Class and is being tortured there.
21. [Jiyuan City, Henan Province] Mr. Yuan Shengjun Arrested and Jailed Again
At 11:30 a.m. on March 30, 2005, Wang Mingli, the team leader of the National Security Team of Jiyuan City, Henan Province, Wang Guoyou, the political commander and other members of the 610 Office suddenly broke into Mr. Yuan Shengjun's home to search his home. No matter how Mr. Yuan Shengjun clarified the truth to them, they refused to listen. They made a mess of his home. After one hour's confrontation, the police called 110 [similar to 911 in the U.S.] and four or five policemen came to forcefully arrest him. Mr. Yuan Shengjun is now jailed at the Jiyuan City Detention Center.
In November 2000, Mr. Yuan Shengjun was sentenced to three years in prison by the Jiyuan City Procurator because he went to the Minghui website [Minghui.org is the Chinese version of Clearwisdom] to download Master Li's new articles, and also because he wrote an open letter to Jiang Zemin.
Mr. Yuan was not released until November 2003.
22. [An'shan City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Hu Xianying Arrested
On March 22, 2005, Ms. Hu Xianying from Qidashan Town, Qixuan Community, Qianshan District, An'shan City was reported to police when she was giving out truth-clarifying materials. She was arrested by the Qianshan Police Substation. She is now jailed at the No. 3 Detention Center of the city.

23. [Wendeng City, Shandong Province] Ms. Shao Xixiang Sentenced to Forced Labor
Ms. Shao Xixiang from Zheku Town, Wendeng City was reported to the police when she was giving out truth-clarifying materials in mid-March 2005. She was arrested and detained by police from the Wendeng Public Security Bureau. Around March 25, Ms. Shao was sentenced to forced labor.
24. [Jianyang, Sichuan Province] Two Practitioners Arrested
A practitioner named Zhang from Yangma Town, Jianyang City is an excellent teacher. On March 20, 2005, he was reported and arrested when he was clarifying the truth of Dafa. Later, his home was searched.
Around March 27, another practitioner named Deng, who resided at the employee dormitory building of the Jianyang City Railway Station, was arrested by over ten policemen. His home was searched. In less than two weeks, this practitioner was arrested twice and his home was searched. Both practitioners are now both jailed at the Jianyang City Detention Center.
25. [Shandong Province] Ms. Zhang Zhongxia and Two Other Practitioners from the Shenli Oil Field Co. Tortured at a Brainwashing Class
Ms. Zhang Zhongxia, an employee of the Shenli Oil Field Co., Ms. Shi Ziying, a doctor from the Gongdian Clinic of the Shenbei Community and Zhang Yisheng, an employee of the Gongdian Clinic went to the countryside on April 6, 2005 to give out truth-clarifying materials. On their way, they were arrested by the Mineral Protection Team of the Shenli Oil Field and taken to a brainwashing class. Currently Ms. Zhang Zhongxia is jailed at the brainwashing class of the oil supply section. Shi Ziying and Zhang Yisheng are jailed at a brainwashing class at the Shencaipei School.

Ms. Hu Xiaozhen from Dongxihu District, Wuhan City, Hubei Province has been transferred to the Jiang'an District Brainwashing Class of Wuhan City from the Pi County Detention Center, Chengdu City, Sichuan Province. She is now being tortured there.
27. [Shaodong City, Hunan Province] Ms. Xiao An'jiao's Whereabouts Unknown After Arrest by the Shenzhen Public Security Bureau
Practitioner Ms. Xiao An'jiao was born in 1964. She is from Shaodong, Hunan Province. She was being followed by the police and so became homeless. After Ms. Xiao arrived at Longgang, Shenzhen City, she found a job by using an alias name. Recently, Xiao An'jiao was arrested and sent by the Longgang Public Security Bureau to an undisclosed location in Mainland China. Her whereabouts are unknown.

Practitioner Li Jifu's home was searched by Xiangmi Police Substation of Futian in mid-November 2004. Li Jifu is now jailed at Shenzhen No. 2 Labor Camp.
29. [ Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Zhang Chengyi Tortured to Mental Collapse
Mr. Zhang Chengyi, 43 years old was an employee of a Steel Factory in Dalian City. He was dismissed from his job after the persecution of Falun Dafa began on July 20, 1999. Three members of his family have been homeless for four years due to the persecution. Mr. Zhang returned to Dalian in 2004. However, he was monitored by the police substation. His children cannot go to school, since no school will accept them due to the persecution. His family currently lives a very difficult life.
Mr. Zhang Chengyi got a part-time job in a mall in Dalian. When he gave a VCD to someone after he clarified the truth to him, he was tape-recorded by a video camera in the mall. He was arrested on October 5, 2004. The court secretly sentenced Zhang Chengyi to two years in a labor camp. Currently Mr. Zhang is jailed in Team 8 of the Dalian City Labor and "Re-education" Camp.
Mr. Zhang Chengyi was later sent to the hospital. Since he was put under great mental pressure, he suffered a mental collapse. The police still tried to extort money from his wife, saying that the money would be given to him to see a doctor. Knowing that they were lying in order to get money from her, Mr. Zhang's wife refused to pay it.
