1. [Chenzhou City, Hunan Province] New Practitioner Mr. Wang Fuping Arrested While Clarifying the Truth about the Persecution
Falun Gong practitioner Mr. Wang Fuping from Chengping Township of Anren County of Chenzhou City of Hunan Province was arrested after he distributed truth materials in Fenghuang Town of Dinghu District of Zhaoqing County in Guangzhou City. He was illegally sentenced to one year in a forced labor camp and detained in Sanshui Forced Labor Camp of Guangdong Province.

2. [Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province] Policemen Threaten Mr. Zhang Shengbin's Family
On February 28, 2005, Zhao Bingqiang, a policeman from the Qiaodong Police Division of Shijiazhuang City, along with three local policemen, broke into Mr. Zhang Shengbin's home and tried to open a table drawer to search it. The 71-year-old practitioner stopped them.
On March 23, the police informed the company where the practitioner's son works that his father is a Falun Gong practitioner, and talked to the practitioner's son. The police threatened to dismiss the son from his job unless he turned in all the Falun Gong books.
3. [Pi County, Sichuan Province] Ms. Wu Yuanchun and Mr. Wang Enze Arrested and Tortured
On March 15, 2005 when Ms. Wu Yuanchun and Mr. Wang Enze from Bi County of Sichuan Province were posting truth-clarifying materials, the police arrested them. Mr. Wang Enze was beaten. The police even inserted an electrical baton into his anus to shock him. They also used other tortures to try to extort a confession.
4. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Sun Qian Sentenced to Six Years
Ms. Sun Qian from Dalian City was sentenced to six years and detained in Dalian Prison. She used to be an accountant of the library of the Police College of Liaoning Province.

5. [Shenze, Hebei Province] Ms. Shi Xinyan Arrested
On March 30, 2005, Ms. Shi Xinyan from Hou Village, Zhaoba Township, Shenze County, Hebei Province went to Xiaozhen Village of Wuji County to clarify the truth about Falun Gong. When she passed by a farmhouse, the family was having a birthday party. She distributed flyers and some materials about the Nine Commentaries on Communist Party to them. Later, she was reported to the police and arrested. Now she is detained at the Detention Center of Wuji County.
6. [Baoding City, Hebei Province] Ms. Lu Guifen, Ms. Fang Yongzhen, and Ms. Liu Xiufeng Suffer Persecution
In 2003, the police and officials of the 610 Office abducted Ms. Lu Guifen and Ms. Fang Yongzhen from their homes and have held them in custody to the present time because they refused to give up their belief in the principle of Truth-Compassion-Tolerance. The police sentenced them to the forced labor camp two times, sending them to Baoding Forced Labor Camp and Gaoyang Forced Labor Camp. However, the forced labor camps refused to accept them due to their poor health. After they were sent back into police custody, the police tortured them again
Ms. Liu Xiufeng was detained and forced to undergo brainwashing many times because she refused to give up her belief in Falun Dafa. She was also sentenced to a forced labor camp for one year. During her detention, the police forced her husband to divorce her. After she was released, she became homeless. To make a living she rented a small shop to sell snacks with her sister's help. On December 20, 2004, local policemen and officials of the 610 Office broke into her snack shop and arrested her without any reason or warrant.
On March 30, 2005 policemen and officials from the 610 Office sent Ms. Lu Guifen, Ms. Fang Yongzhen, and Ms. Liu Xiufeng to the Baoding Forced Labor Camp. They are now detained in the Xiaobailou brainwashing center located on Dongfeng Road.
7. [Chongqing City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Fan Defang and Ms. Yuan Suxian's Current Situation
On January 28, 2005 Ms. Fan Defang and Ms. Yuan Suxian from Jiulongpo District of Chongqing City went to the Tiaodengchang Area of Dadukou District of Chongqing City to clarify the truth about the persecution. They were abducted by policemen from Tiaodengchang Police Station and detained in the detention center of Dadukou District. They are currently still being detained.
Seventy-four-year-old Ms. Fan Defang's health condition is very poor. She has to stay in bed all the time and needs help to use the restroom. Her eldest daughter is suffering from breast cancer and is hospitalized.
8. [Xiangtan City, Hunan Province] Police Abduct Mr. Peng Yigang and Other Practitioners
On March 30 and 31 of 2005, policemen from all of the local police stations of Xiangtan City searched practitioners' homes and abducted many practitioners. The abducted practitioners included Mr. Peng Yigang, Mr. Zhang Zicheng, Mr. Zhu Guoqiang, and Mr. Guo Lifang. They are still being detained.
9. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Zhou Xiuju Arrested While Distributing Truth-Clarifying Materials
Ms. Zhou Xiuju from Dalian City of Liaoning Province was arrested by the policemen from Baoshuiqu Police Station of Kaifa District of Dalian City while she was distributing Falun Gong truth-clarifying materials. She is now being detained at the Yaojia Detention Center of Dalian City.
10. [Yantai City, Shandong Province] Practitioners He Lingdi and Wang Shuxuan Arrested
In March 2005, Ms. He Lingdi and Mr. Wang Shuxuan from Yantai City of Shandong Province were reported to the police twice while they were clarifying the truth about the persecution. They were arrested and sent to Wenhualu Police Station of Muping District. They suffered cruel beatings because they refused to cooperate with the persecution.
11. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Mr. Sun Shibin Arrested
On April 6, 2005, Mr. Sun Shibin, a teacher from the Subsidary School of Northeast Normal University, was arrested by policemen from Ziyoudajie Police Station.
12. [Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province] Ms. Chen Huaying Arrested
On the morning of March 23, 2005, Ms. Chen Huaying was arrested by policemen from Shanghairu Police Station at Qingshanhu District, Nanchang City of Jiangxi Province. When she was arrested, she was carrying a backpack full of Falun Dafa truth-clarifying materials. Ms. Chen Huaying is an employee of the Jiangnan Material Factory of Qingshanhu District.

The following lists some persecution facts in Pingdu City since July 20.
41 practitioners were sentenced to a forced labor camp.
163 practitioners were detained.
103 practitioners were abducted to the brainwashing center.
8 practitioners were sent to a mental hospital.
768,000 yuan in fines were confiscated.
144 practitioners were sent to prison.
7 practitioners were tortured to death.
The personal belongings confiscated include: 11 VCD players, 7 sewing machines, 23 TVs, 27 tape recorders, 14 bicycles, 11 carts, 5 tractors, 7 refrigerators, 3350 pounds of pignut, and 2 diesel engines.
14. [Huangshi City, Hubei Province] Mr. Chen Xuedong Arrested
Mr. Chen Xuedong from Huangshi City of Hubei Province is in his 50s. On March 29, 2005 he was arrested by the policemen from Xisaishan District. He is now detained in a hotel of the Chinese 15th Metallurgy Construction Bureau located at Chenjiawan of Huangshi City.
He is under the detention of the National Security Bureau.

15. [Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Tang Jinghui Arrested
On April 1, 2005 Mr. Tang Jinghui, who lives at 5-9-1-402 of Dongfengxincen area of Daqing City was reported to the police while he was distributing Falun Gong truth- materials at Daqing Petroleum School. Li Lin from the security office of the petroleum school, and Li Di from Huoju Police Station of Dongan Police Division, along with others, arrested him. The police confiscated one laptop, 4 copies of the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party, one CD of the Nine Commentaries, and about 200 flyers.
