Crimes Committed by Guards Zhang Guimei, Wang Zhufeng, and Zhang Shuhua in Heizuizi Labor Camp

Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Jin Min, 38, lives in Tonghua City. In the summer of 2004, she started serving a three-year term in the Heizuizi Forced Labor Camp in Changchun City. This was her third time in a labor camp. Seven of her relatives, including her mother, mother-in-law, aunts, and older sisters were also detained there at the same time. Currently, Ms. Jin is under strict monitoring and not allowed to leave her cell, talk to anyone, receive visitors, or even buy daily necessities.

In November 2004, most practitioners refused to fill out the labor camp questionnaire. Division Head Zhang Guimei (female) and the guards shocked practitioners with electric batons. Before January 1, 2005, almost all of the practitioners declared solemnly that their statements made under duress to stop practicing were null and void. On the morning of New Year's Day, practitioners loudly expressed their New Year's greetings to Master. Guards put steadfast practitioners and newly admitted practitioners in the Fourth Section for brainwashing and torture. Wang Zhufeng (female) and Zhang Shuhua (female) beat and cursed practitioners in the Fourth Section at will. They slapped their faces, kicked them, and shocked them with electric batons. Fifty-two year-old practitioner Ms. Zhu Xiyu was slapped by Wang Zhufeng, and kicked three feet away. She lost two front teeth instantly, and blood gushed from her mouth. Ms. Zhu was released after she had a mental collapse.

Female guard Zhang Guimei often slandered Falun Dafa, shocked practitioners with an electric baton, slapped their faces, kicked them with leather boots, and force-fed them with food or unknown drugs. Practitioner Ms. Wang Yuxiang, 41, is from Siping City. The guards often shocked her with an electric baton during her four-month detention. One side of her body was consequently paralyzed, and she was left emaciated.
