Perpetrators at the Baoding City Forced Labor Camp in Hebei Province Torture Falun Gong Practitioners
In November 2004, during an investigative survey conducted at the Baoding Forced Labor Camp, many practitioners refused to cooperate with the authorities, who then brutally tortured the practitioners. They beat and shocked six practitioners with electric batons. The practitioners were Zhang Yanwu, Jing Qi, Li Jianhui, Su Dengliang, Yuan Jinliang and Liu Erle.
