Facts of the Persecution
1. To Arrest A Falun Gong Practitioner, National Protection Brigade of Lixian City, Hebei Province Teamed with 610 Office in Climbing over the Fence and Prying Open a Private House Door
On the morning of December 7, 2005, the national protection brigade of Lixian City, Hebei Province and the local 610 Office personnel unlawfully surrounded the home of Falun Gong practitioner Mr. Zhu Xiaozhan. They climbed over the fence and broke into his house. Without using proper procedures or any legal justification, they robbed him of his personal property, then illegally arrested Mr. Zhu from his residence. From there he was transported to Baoding Brainwashing Center, where he remains for further persecution under conditions of false imprisonment.

2. Local Party Secretary General Zhang Jianjun of Laoyazhuang Town at Zhangjiakuo City Shouts and Proclaims Himself a Bandit
On the night of November 28, 2005, local party secretary general Zhang Jianjun of Laoyazhuang Town, Zhangjiakuo City, Hebei Province led his associates to make trouble at the house of Dafa practitioner Mr. Li Guang, who was forced to flee from his home under threat of the cadre's violent persecution. Upon his arrival, Zhang Jianjun was denied entry to the home by Mr. Li's family. During the incident, family members asked him, "Are you an official of the nation or a lawless bandit?" Zhang shamelessly admitted, "I am a bandit!"
