(Clearwisdom.net) There is a Falun Dafa practitioner in our area who cultivates pretty well. He understands the Fa, is firm in his practice, clear-minded, intelligent, and considers others in all situations. He is outstanding in Dafa work, always helping with various projects, and is especially good at communication. With only a few sentences, he can get to the point of an issue, providing great help to fellow practitioners. The practitioners that deal with him all admire him. Everyone would say that he cultivated very well and would talk about his strong points, etc.

Last month, however, this practitioner encountered some interference from his family and fellow practitioners, as well as some harassment by the evil. He earnestly looked into himself from the standpoint of the Fa. He could not find the reason and felt very puzzled.

When I saw this happening, I realized that I was at fault. At the same time my fellow practitioner was suffering from interference, I was talking about his strong points. Even though I did not mention his name, in other dimensions the dark minions, rotten demons, and the Communist evil spirit could see us idolizing that fellow practitioner and relying on him. How could we say that the trouble this fellow practitioner encountered had nothing to do with us?

Teacher has discussed this aspect of cultivation according to the Fa. Many practitioners have also written experience-sharing articles about this. Why do we still keep making the same mistake? We did not follow Teacher's Fa, and did not truly cultivate. Teacher wrote in a commentary article "Shed the Human Mindset" [Teacher's comments on "A Dangerous Phenomenon That Calls for Our Attention"]:

"Some students really haven't regarded studying the Fa as something important, and often look at situations that arise among Dafa students with an ordinary human mindset; and it's not limited to blindly admiring certain people. The display of this human mindset truly, in fact, bespeaks of the [difference between] a cultivator and an ordinary person. This brings upon oneself many problems in cultivation, and interferes with efforts to validate the Fa and the coordination and cooperation that takes place among students and that is based on the Fa."

Fellow practitioners, be alert! Even if idolizing other practitioners does not bring interference to them, it still interferes with validating the Fa and helps the evil.
