(Clearwisdom.net) After the photo exhibit at the National Tsing Hua University, and the Falun Dafa Photo Exhibit at the National Chiao Tung University, held especially for bidding farewell to graduates, a Nine-Day Falun Gong Lecture Study Camp for teachers was held in the National Chiao Tung University on July 5-13, 2004. It is one of the twenty-five study camps held in Taiwan during this summer vacation period.
July 5 happened to be the anniversary celebration for the founding of the Institute of Technology Research. A huge poster about the nine-day lecture series at the National Chiao Tung University was set up at the exhibition site, and some people attended the nine-day classes after visiting the painting exhibition.
The nine-day lecture classes included a video program of Master Li's lecture in Guangzhou City, teaching the five sets of exercises, and cultivation experience sharing of Falun Gong practitioners who are specialists and scholars in different fields.
The specialists and scholars who shared their experiences and understandings included Doctor Hu Naiwen from Shanghai Tongdetang (a renowned Chinese herbal pharmacy), Liu Zheng-yi, Supervisor for Students Affairs at National Chung Hsing University, Researcher Wu Hui-lin from the Chinese Institute of Economics and Business, Chang Chin-hua, Director of the Institute of News Research at National Taiwan University, Chu Wan-chi, a lawyer from New York State, Ao Man-guan, Director of the Orthopedics Department at Cheng Hsin Hospital, Shen Qunjin, Dentist in Taipei, Chen Yan-ling, Adviser of Campus Suicide Prevention Planning Lectures, and Professor Chang Ching-hsi, from the Economic Department of National Taiwan University.

According to a practitioner from Xinzhu, the number of people attending the nine-day lecture reached an all-time high in Xinzhu, and there was an enthusiastic response. Each day after the class, the attendees asked questions and requested Falun Dafa related materials. Thus, the first nine-day lectures were successfully concluded at the National Chiao Tung University. Many people attended the classes alone at the beginning and later invited their families to attend. There is one more nine-day lecture series planned to let more people know Falun Gong.

"(The content) often reminds us of the virtue of being tolerant, I benefit a lot in improving the relationship with my family members."
"I have more understanding about Falun Dafa, and my determination in cultivation is more firm."
"The talks helped me to understand the Fa principles in my daily life and getting rid of many attachments. I can find them in myself during the cultivation experience, and I have improved a lot."
National Chiao Tung University Students and Falun Gong practitioners distributed Dafa truth clarification materials to every teacher and staff member. They also displayed photos and materials outside the classroom. Many high-school students from summer camps stopped, watched, and talked.
No matter what unexpected things happen during the process, the activities would always come to a good conclusion. The closer to the end of the activity, the firmer was their belief, from being nervous at the beginning to solving the problem with a firm mindset. Since establishing the Falun Dafa Association, they have been devoted to helping people know the truth, but they hadn't yet held nine-day lectures to help the predestined people to truly understand Dafa. From this activity, we now understand that it is important to give people truth clarification materials, but it is even better to help people know about the Fa.
