(Clearwisdom.net) Since July 20, 1999, Jiang's followers have been brutally persecuting Falun Gong practitioners on a large scale. They have not only persecuted countless innocent Falun Gong practitioners but also have extended the persecution overseas by using Chinese Embassies and Consulates to spread lies and hassle Falun Gong practitioners. Recently, Falun Gong practitioners from Australia were attacked by a hired gunman in South Africa, a crime for which Chinese Vice-President Zeng Qinghong is the logical suspect. This represents an escalation of Jiang's group of gangsters persecuting Falun Gong practitioners around the world.
To let more people know about the shooting incident and help stop the spread of the Jiang faction's state terrorism, Falun Gong practitioners in Sanhsia conducted a signature collection activity on Taoci Street on July 15, 2004.

Youngge is a main town in Taiwan producing ceramic and porcelain products. There are many shops on Taoci Street, which is a renowned scenic street. Falun Gong practitioners set up poster boards explaining the shooting incident, truth-clarification literature and cloth for signing at the entrance of the street. The practitioners explained the facts to tourists and asked them to support righteousness and help stop the Jiang group's violation of human rights. Many tourists stopped to look at the poster boards and signed their names after learning the facts. One gentleman signed himself and also asked his wife and children to sign.
After the activity on Taoci Street, the practitioners went to Sanhsia downtown and clarified the truth in shops on street. Many shop owners knew about Falun Gong and the practitioners and signed after learning about the shooting incident.
At this time in which terrorism is being condemned worldwide, the Jiang group exports terrorism, which is a threat to the basic human rights of kind-hearted people around the world. We hope Falun Gong practitioners' efforts to persistently safeguard their beliefs and basic human rights will arouse more people's conscience to condemn this unprecedented, inhumane persecution.
