Li Lin, a Dafa Practitioner from Yushu City, Loses His Eyesight Due to Severe Torture While in the Yushu Detention Center
(Clearwisdom.net) Li Lin, a Dafa practitioner from Yushu City, Jilin Province, was abducted by the Yushu City Public Security Bureau and the 610 Office and detained at the Yushu Detention Center for one and a half years simply because he was determined to continue practicing Falun Dafa. He was so severely tortured in detention that he became blind in both eyes.

A 77-Year-Old Man From Tianjin Is Imprisoned For Being A Steadfast Practitioner
Mr. Wang Shouke, 77, is from Lutai Town, Ninghe County, Tianjin City. After practicing Falun Gong, he was healed of brain atrophy. On March 4, 2004, Mr. Wang was arrested and imprisoned in the Tianjin City Prison simply because he firmly insisted on practicing Falun Gong.
Ruthless Conduct in the Hongshan Detention Center, Inner Mongolia; Guards Electrically Shock a Female Dafa Practitioner's Nipples as a Method of Torture
(Clearwisdom.net) Early in the year 2000, officers from the Hongshan Police Station arrested Falun Dafa practitioner Song Kaijun, a teacher at Chifeng Normal School, who had gone to Beijing to appeal. She was returned to Chifeng City and held at Hongshan Detention Center, where she was beaten. The Hongshan Assistant Police Chief, Li Shucheng, who was responsible for persecuting Falun Gong at the time, directed another officer, Cai Yuguo, a man renowned for his merciless beating of prisoners, to torture Song Kaijun. Cai repeatedly punched and kicked her, and inflicted shocks and burns with an electric baton. He also used tortured her by hanging her up and handcuffing her from the back (1). Song Kaijun was interrogated and tortured many times, usually at night.
