(Clearwisdom.net) From March 8 to April 2, "Employee Life and Health Program: A Workshop Series for Introducing Falun Dafa" was held in the Taipei Central United Office Building. During this four-week activity, several Falun Gong practitioners were invited to give speeches, share their experiences with practicing Falun Gong, as well as explain the fundamental ways to have health and a good life.

This activity was sponsored by the Falun Gong association in the Central United Office Building. The organizer Ms. Lu said, "Falun Gong has a remarkable effect in healing and fitness. It emphasizes cultivating both mind and body and elevating one's character. The movements of the five sets of exercises are simple, and suitable for modern people to practice during breaks in their busy work and lives." A "Falun Dafa Introduction Activity" was held at noon every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. The activities included learning and practicing the five sets of Falun Gong exercises, and four lectures, including "The Way to Have Health and a Good Life," "The Miracles of Falun Gong" and "Life with the Law: Truthfulness, Compassion, and Tolerance Changed My Life."

The Central United Office has south and north buildings. Offices of Taiwan's central departments and associations are in these two buildings, where there are about 2,000 employees. Every day more than 1,000 people come here for public affairs.

Currently, over 20 government organizations in Taiwan have established Falun Gong associations, covering all bureaus, departments and associations such as the Agricultural Committee of the Administrative Department, the Department of Foreign Affairs, the National Trade Bureau of the Economics Department, and the Weather Bureau of the Transportation Department. The employees practice exercises and study the Falun Dafa principles during the lunch break to relax themselves from the pressures of their high-paced work life. There are over 900 practice sites in Taiwan. Every morning, tens of thousands of Falun Gong practitioners practice the exercises at parks, playgrounds, and schools.
