People Who Tortured Dafa Practitioners Suffered from Paralyzed Limbs

Jiang Wei, male, from the Fifth Community Group, Longshui town, Dazu County in Chongqing City. Committing crimes of stealing and robbing became part of his life. He was sentenced to forced labor reform in the Xishanping Forced Labor Camp, Beipai district, in Chongqing city.

Xishanping Forced Labor Camp spent millions of yuan to set up Group One and Section 7 for persecuting Dafa practitioners, particularly in November of 2000. There were the "minimum security" group, "maximum security" group and so forth within the section. When Jiang Wei became the head of the "maximum security" group, he used many vicious torture methods to persecute Dafa practitioners who were in maximum security, torturing them both mentally and physically. He did not even release elderly Dafa practitioners. Jiang Wei was rewarded a year's early release from his own detention term. He returned to Longshui Town in 2002, where he became paralyzed and bedridden shortly thereafter. Now, his left hand has withered, looking like a chicken's foot. His right leg has become paralyzed. He can only walk by using a crutch.

Tong Xinmin, Former Section Head of Political and Security Section in the Shuangtaizi Police Department Receives Retribution

After July 20, 1999, Tong Xinmin, former section head of the Political and Security Section in the Shuangtaizi Police Department, used all available means to recklessly arrest, detain and ransack Dafa practitioners' homes in Shuangtaizi District. Many Dafa practitioners were sent to endure forced labor reform or to leave their homes. Tong Xinmin suffered a stroke and has become as thin as a skeleton. He can no longer work.

Zhang Xiuming, deputy head of Police Department in Chisheng County, Hebei province, received karmic retribution after persecuting Falun Dafa. He died of cancer on February 14, 2004.

Zhang Xiuming, male, 49 years of age, was a former deputy head of the Police Department in Chicheng County. When holding this position, he took the advantage of his position by persecuting Dafa practitioners together with Qiu Jianguo and Song Wangui, the party secretaries of the county. Many Dafa practitioners in Chicheng County were detained, sentenced to prison, forced to have labor reform and even persecuted to death.

Liu Manzhen, a Retired Employee of Huaihua Railway Station, Hunan Province, has Developed Cancer and Was Responsible For Participating in The Persecution of Dafa Practitioners.

Liu Manzhen, female, 53 years of age, is a retired employee of Huaihua Railway South Station. She participated in the persecution of Falun Gong after July 20, 1999. Several Dafa practitioners from Huaihua Railway South Station were forcefully sent to the brainwashing class. She coordinated the Huaihua Railway Head Company and Huaihua Railway South Station to persecute Dafa practitioners. She focused her attention on watching over Dafa practitioners in the neighborhood. In 2002, a Dafa practitioner would be sent to Guangzhou Law School for mandatory brainwashing. This Dafa practitioner held a hunger strike, even removing the needle from her arm when she was given an infusion. Liu Manzhen, however, picked up the needle and randomly inserted it in the hand of the Dafa practitioner, causing excessive bleeding due to improper insertion. Liu Manzhen was diagnosed with cancer early this year.

Yuan Chunhui, Director of Kangzhuang Town Police Station, Gaomi County, Shandong Province, Dies Violently

Yuan Chunhui, director of the local police station in Kangzhuang Town, Gaomi County, Shandong Province, died violently: Yuan Chunhui recklessly and illegally arrested Falun Gong practitioners and took advantage of them by extorting money. (1) A Dafa practitioner, named Sun, was extorted 3000 Yuan due to his going to Beijing to appeal in 2000. (2) Yuan, head of a group of policemen, arrested 9 Dafa practitioners and sent them directly to the detention center in 2003. (3) In Fall 2002, Yuan, heading a group of policemen, broke into the home of Liu Chuanmei, a Dafa practitioner from Lijia Village, Kangzhuang Town. Yuan abducted Liu from her home and sent her to the forced labor camp because Liu said the words, "I practice." (4) In Fall 2003, Yuan abducted a Dafa practitioner named Song away from Song's home and sent directly to the forced labor camp without telling the family members. The forced labor camp refused to accept Song due to health problem. Yuan had to take Song back to the local police station and held her until midnight before he notified family members to pick her up. (5) Yuan continued to recklessly arrest Dafa practitioners until several days before he died. Among the arrested Dafa practitioners, Liu Tianxiang from Maojia Village, Kangzhuang Town was sentenced to forced labor reform after being arrested.

The Evil Actions of Gao Lirun, Deputy Head of the Police Department of Gaomi County, Shandong Province

Gao Lirun directed his subordinates to recklessly arrest Dafa practitioners. Under his direction, many Dafa practitioners in Gaomi City were abducted, their homes ransacked, extorted and even sentenced to prison or forced labor reform. Close to 100 Dafa practitioners were sentenced to forced labor reform and two were sentenced to prison in his hands.

Before the Moon Cake Festival in the Fall of 2003, while Gao Lirun and his wife were driving to Juchenghe township in Gaomi County, their vehicle collided with a big truck. The truck immediately turned over, exploded, and caught on fire. Gao Lirun was slightly injured, but he felt frightened for several days.
